Villa Nikolina is a beautiful rustic villa with elements of modern that can accommodate up to 8 people. The villa offers a living room, a kitchen, a dining room and 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The spacious outdoor area offers a beautiful terrace overlooking the pool surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. There is also a barbecue to prepare traditional Dalmatian specialties. Everything is surrounded by a high wall so complete privacy is guaranteed. There are 6 bicycle for you to explore the rural surroundings.

We stayed at this beautiful Villa with 5 adults and two little dogs and it was fantastic. The owner of this rental apartment were super friendly and the Villa and the outdoor space was very clean. Due to the property being completely surrounded by a wall the dogs were able to walk around by themselves and they had a very good time, too. Supermarkets, sights, beaches and beautiful promenades with bars and restaurants can be reached by car in a short time. Also the team of Zadar Villas was great and everything worked very well. We will definitely come back! Thank you for this great vacation! :-)

last week we stayed at Villa Nikolina in Polaca.
We had the best time at this place. The hosts are very amazing people.
The house is fully equipped. There is WIFI too. We cant be faulted.
Near the house there is a little supermarket, where you can buy everything.
The people in the village are very friendly.
We loved the landscapes and the weather.
We want to come back next year! We have taken the hosts in our heart! It was a really amazing week!!
