Es war für uns als Familie ein sehr schöner Urlaub, das Haus ist sehr sauber gewesen und voll ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht, der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Top Vermieter immer erreichbar und alle Fragen beantwortet. Hat sich die Zeit genommen und uns die Gegend gezeigt, dank Ihm hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub, immer wieder gerne.

Sehr schöner Ausblick, ruhige Lage, sehr schöner Pool und Terrassenbereich, Supermarkt zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr nette Vermieter, die immer hilfsbereit und erreichbar waren.

This is a fantastic villa with great facilities and fantastic support from the owners. We had a group of 11 adults and there was more than enough room and things to do within. It is in a fairly remote location so you aren't going to upset any neighbors but you will need to have a car as there's not a lot within walking distance. I would definitely recommend it to others

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 7 Freunden im Alter von 20 Jahren 10 Nächte in der Villa. Der Vermieter war super. Er kam zur Übergabe und ging mit uns kurz das Haus durch. Danach ließ er uns unsere Privatsphäre und kündigte sich immer frühzeitig an, wenn er zum Poolreinigen kam (nur 2 mal in den 11 Tagen). Comfortable, clean and modern home. Fully equipped kitchen, grill and everything necessary for grilling. Equipment and supplies for outdoor sports and bicycles available (we recommend morning trips around the area). Towels and supplies available, bathrobes, slippers. Bathing in the heated pool is pure pleasure. The pool and jacuzzi are cleaned regularly. And a very nice and helpful owner.

Wir waren eine Gruppe aus 8 Personen und das Haus war traumhaft. Es war schön abgelegen und man war schnell am Meer. Das Ein- und Auschecken hat super funktioniert. Gerne wieder!

Die Villa ist rund um perfekt. Alles ist sehr modern und sie lässt keine Wünsche offen. Von der Dachterasse hat man einen atemberaubenden Ausblick und von dort kann man super Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Kurt gesagt es war rundum perfekt. Zusätzlich ist der Vermieter auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Er steht immer für hilfreiche Tips zur Verfügung und sorgt sich sehr um seine Gäste. Super schöne Unterkunft mit guter Anbindung an die Stadt. Toller Service des Besitzers, der jederzeit zur Verfügung stand. Sehr leckeres Essen an einem frei gewählten Tag auf Kosten des Besitzers.

We are a family of 4 (parents and 2 teenagers) and were made to feel very welcome. Everything in the villa is new or very well maintained and views from the villa are stunning. It was a pleasant walk down the hill into the beautiful fishing village of Novigrad and we ate in the Novigrad restaurants on several evenings. Das Ferienhaus ist vor Gastfreundlichkeit nicht zu übertreffen. Das Haus war sauber und wie auf der Internetseite beschrieben ausgestattet. Auch vor Ort war immer jemand als Ansprechpartner da. Tipps und Hinweise waren sehr hilfreich und machten den Aufenthalt angenehm.

Voor wie rust en ruimte zoekt - weg van de drukke kustplaatsen - is dit een heel fijn vakantiehuis. De uitrusting van de woning is compleet, de tuin zeer goed verzorgd en het zwembad bijzonder aangenaam. Maar bovenal is de gastvrijheid van de eigenaar fantastisch. We werden ontvangen met kaas en vleeswaren, en gedurende ons verblijf regelmatig voorzien van vers fruit en eieren. The hostess is very helpful and friendly. The house is beautiful and perfect for 9 people. We were there with three families in total and felt really comfortable. The house offers everything your heart desires. It is remote. It is also very centrally located, meaning you never have to travel far anywhere. We will definitely come back.

A superb swimming pool and very well-maintained setting. Position very quiet, very welcoming hosts. Lots of accessible visits close to the house. We recommend!!!!

This is a beautiful villa with amazing attention to detail and everything you could need. Katarina was on hand to answer any questions and ensure we had a great stay. The villa is in a perfect location for a peaceful break but with easy access to many tourist attractions. This area of Croatia is stunning- you will not be disappointed.

Ivana was a wonderful host for us, she made us feel very welcome, so we immediately felt like we're at home. She is one of the kindest person we ever met. She also was very helpful as she guided us regarding the activities to do etc.

She is always available for any help.

The villa is wonderful as well! Very very clean in all ways, which is much appreciated.

Just returned from a week vacation in the villa. We absolutely loved the place! The owner Marinko is a really nice host and I would recommend everyone to book this villa!

Huge villa with many amenities for families. The 2nd and 3rd floor are modern, clean and comfortable but the 1st floor could do with a little refresh, particularly the bedroom and bathroom closest to the pool. The pool and hot tub were lovely and well kept. The location of the villa is great for catching a bus to Zadar, next door to a large supermarket and a short walk to a pretty beach and town. Great communication with the owner.
