Our stay lasted 8 days, but if possible, we would have stayed at least 2 weeks. The hosts (the entire family) were very helpful and kind, ensuring our comfort and ensuring our stay was as pleasant as possible. They were genuinely hospitable. Villa Tereza is a beautiful property. It is very well equipped and immaculately presented. Our communication with both Zadar Villas and the hosts was perfect from start to finish. Both responded very quickly to queries and were very helpful.

Ein wirklich toller Ort um mit einer großen Gruppe Urlaub zu machen. Die Nähe zum Flughafen (10min) und auch die schönsten Strände (30min) in der Umgebung sind schnell erreicht. Außerdem hat man sehr viel Ruhe da es keine Nachbarn gibt. Der Vermieter ist wirklich sehr nett und zuvorkommend und hat uns an einem Abend auch lecker bekocht.

Wir waren 5 Mädels und haben eine Woche in der Villa verbracht. Sie war nicht ganz zentral aber auch nicht völlig abseits. Also alles machbar. Die Villa selbst ist ein absoluter Traum. Perfekt durchdacht, großzügig mit en-suite Bädern. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Der Pool und die Gartenmöbel einfach super! Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und die ganze Abwicklung lief reibungslos.

Das Haus ist nur zu empfehlen. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Alleinlage mit atemberaubender Aussicht aufs Meer. Man ist in 3 Gehminuten am eigenen kleinen Strand. Ein Traum!!!

The villa was great, it had everything - great pool, sea entrance right in front of the garden, great barbecue, inside kitchen and livind room in modern simple design, also all rooms with their own bathroom was very convenient. Overall a great house with everything you need. The owners were also very helpful in terms of any questions we had.

Sehr ruhig in Alleinlage inmitten von Olivenhainen, liegt das Ferienhaus dennoch nur 1km vom nächsten Strand entfernt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und waren bei Bedarf schnell zur Stelle. Das Haus an sich ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet es fehlte an nichts.

Vi fløj til Zagreb, hvilket ikke kan anbefales. Det er min 4 timers køretur til Nadine/huset. Fly til Zadar eller split i stedet for. Huset kræver Billeje. Men huset havde en fin pool, som desværre også hvepse og andre flyvende insekter var interesseret i. Godt internet og A/C. Vi vil gerne tilbage hertil.

Villa Nebesi is magnificent, in a very peaceful countryside about 15 minutes from the sea. The region is magnificent. The villa is very well decorated, the swimming pool is pleasant and the pool house with fridge is a real plus. The owner is very friendly and always ready to give good advice. I highly recommend … we will definitely go back!

Beautiful house in the middle of a small town Lepuri. Spacious rooms, large heated swimming pool, and terrace made our stay unforgettable. One small remark: there were no blinds in the bedroom adjacent to the living room.

Great location, towels, kitchen utensils etc all available for cooking indoors, pool was fabulous and deeper than expected.

This villa is absolutely lovely, as were our hosts. The hot tub, sauna, tennis court/football pitch and pool meant it was the perfect place to relax. Ideally, you'd need a car as there isn't anything to do within walking distance of the villa, but the host went over and above to help us with Taxis, our airport transfers etc. We have left some treats as a welcome gift and our host was on hand for anything we needed. Nice house, top view, very friendly owner.

The villa is a 15 minute drive to the centre of Zadar and the same to the small town of Nin (Uber also readily available if you’re without a hire car). The location itself is very quiet, but, there are plenty of small supermarkets close by for provisions, and it feels safe at all times. The hosts were excellent.
