An absolutely well designed whole house. With so many space on it. Spotless clean. Definitely will come back again.

Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, sehr schöne Anlage, der Pool wird jeden Tag gereinigt. Der Mitbewohner, der Esel Maggy, belebte das Ganze zusätzlich. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Und nochmal vielen Dank an die Vermieterin für die leckeren Trauben und Feigen

We had a wonderful ten days staying at Villa Marija. The villa is well located between Zadar to the south and the Paklenica national park to the north. Poličnik itself is quiet but there are two small supermarkets and a pharmacy within walking distance. The surrounding area is full of lovely restaurants and lots of interesting places to visit. We recommend doing a guided tour around Zadar old town, visiting the national park, the castle at Novigrad and the sea organ in... Jon B., UK, August 23rd, 2022

What a great family. They welcomed us with food and brought some fresh cherries. Lovely people with an exceptional friendly character. The villa is close to 2 supermarkets where you can find everything you need. The villa is simply beautiful. The rooms were clean and the stone oven in the pool house is a real highlight. We were a group of 10 guys and will definitely come back. Thank you for the great stay!

Eine super schöne Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichem Besitzer der sich um Alles kümmert und immer telefonisch erreichbar ist. Wir waren 6 Personen und das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz. Jederzeit würde ich wieder kommen :0)

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa. The house was even nicer as in the pictures. Everythinl was clean and tidy. We enjoyed relaxing days at the pool or whirlpool, the barbecue as well as the kicker, billiard and darts. The kids (3-5 years) loved the trampolin, soccer field and playground. (and of coursw the pool) Groceries can be bought either in tiny shops close by (5 minutes by car) or in larger supermarkets in the area (about 20 minutes by car) Natali and her family were very friendly... Eine tolle Ferienvilla! Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Das Haus hat alles, was man sich wünschen kann. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Die tolle Wohnküche ist bestens ausgestattet. Im Außenbereich gibt es eine tolle Grillstelle. Man hat auch einen wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer. 30 Meter entfernt befindet sich der Strand. Der Pool ist traumhaft, wir und unsere Kinder haben ihn jede Minute genossen. Vielen Dank, für den tollen Urlaub.

Das wunderschöne Haus liegt in unvergleichlicher Lage, ist perfekt ausgestattet und ist ein ruhiges Refugium nahe dem quirligen und wundervollem Zadar. Tolles Haus mit super netten und zuvorkommenden Vermietern. Alles da, was man für einen unbeschwerten und erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Wir haben uns in Katharinas und Emils Haus rund um wohl gefühlt. Danke, dass wir ihre Gäste sein durften

Super schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Die Kommunikation hat sehr gut geklappt und wir konnten schon vor der Check-in Zeit in die Unterkunft.

Wir waren vom 15. - 29. August 2019 in diesem wundervollen Objekt in toller Lage mit 3 Familien ( 12 Personen ) . Wir haben uns in diesen 2 Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt. Das ganze Haus ist in einem top Zustand. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren vorhanden und wir wurden nach einer Woche Aufenthalt auch gefragt, ob wir neue Bettwäsche und Handtücher wollen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Man kann sie auch problemlos erreichen wenn ein Problem auftritt. Also... Michael P., September 18th, 2019

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The property had a pool on the ground floor and a hot tub on the rooftop – a perfect combination for relaxation. We had two apartments on top of each other, each with its own kitchen and bathroom, which gave us extra comfort and privacy. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, both at check-in and check-out – she really made us feel at home. The sea was within walking distance. Das Haus ist schlichtweg genial. Die Beschreibung und Bilder sind absolut zutreffenden und der Aufenthalt war perfekt. Super sauber und gepflegt. Der Ausblick und die Sonnenuntergänge habe uns jeden Tag auf neue Begeistert. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar. Wir waren mehr als nur zufrieden mit der Unterkunft, hätte nicht besser sein können. Sehr ruhige Gegend und tolle Atmosphäre.

Every think was clean und only wow to say. 

Ivan was a very good Host. If we had a question he answered us very fast.

Also he gave us a lot of tips where we can eat good or what is near to our house what we can look.

I have nothing bad to say about the apartment and the host.

Spacious and comfortable villa, very well equipped (tableware, glasses, pots, pans, hygiene products, capsules for the washing machine and dishwasher, coffee capsules, two hair dryers). The pool is very well-maintained and cleaned regularly. In the garden there is a shower, ping-pong table, and trampoline. On the terrace there is a functional grill and comfortable chairs with a large table. Very efficient contact with the owner, who responds quickly to questions and requests. The air... Haben uns in der Woche wirklich erholen können. Tolles Haus und großartige Anlage. Super großer Pool. Fantastischer Freisitz mit großem Gassgrill. Vermieter regieren auf Anfrage sehr schnell und die Tipps für Restaurants und Strände sind wirklich gut. Nur die Innenausstattung der Küchen könnte, für den ambintionierten Koch, besser bestückt sein.

The house was very clean and very quiet. The facilities were also absolutely good and we had everything we needed. The pool is clean, there are plenty of sun loungers, and the lady who takes care of the house is absolutely fantastic!
