Sehr netter Vermieter, Bozo war super, machen wir wieder

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich toll, hat eine umfassende Ausstattung (zwei voll ausgestattete Wohnungen) und ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Gastgeber haben uns mit offenen Armen empfangen, waren sehr sympathisch und haben sich um alles gekümmert. Vom Ort der Villa sind Zadar, diverse Strände sowie Bademöglichkeiten und andere Touristenziele sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Villa ist absolut zu empfehlen!

Een heel mooi, modern en comfortabel huis. Heerlijk terras met zwembad en alles super schoon. Ruime hoeveelheid aan equipment. Centrale maar toch heel rustige liggen en een heel hartelijke ontvangst van de behulpzame gastvrouw.

We stayed in the villa for 10 days and it was amazing. It felt like our second home, there was nothing that we could fault. The owner was also great and was always on hand to answer any of our questions. He also helped arrange local trips. The location was excellent, close to the beach, walking distance to the bars and restaurants, but at the same time in a quiet area away from the overcrowded tourist area.

A very nice modern villa with everything that you need for a great vacation. Large pool, barbeque, and great outside space. We stayed two adults and two children but the villa is big enough for two families. We rented a car and it is a 10 minute drive from Zadar. There is also a small supermarket and a bakery within walking distance. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Très bon séjour dans cette maison avec piscine, bien placée pour visiter les environs de Zadar. Accueil très chaleureux.

The villa is absolutely beautiful and well equipped. Spotless clean. Heated pool and big barbeque house. The owners were helpful and enthusiastic to make our stay as great as possible! Communication with them was quick and easy. Our group was 4 adults and 2 children and villa was comfort for everyone. 

Deze villa ligt in het kleine dorp Vrana, vlakbij Pakostane. Als je even weg wilt zijn van alles en iedereen, dan is dit de ideale plek om bij te komen. Het huis bevindt zich op het het platteland tussen de boeren, kippen, schapen en schildpadden. Er zijn fietsen, een zwembad, pingpongtafel en de vriendelijke eigenaresse woont ernaast. Zij heeft één avond voor ons (Kroatisch) gekookt en in de ochtend kregen wij verse eieren van de kip. Alle bewoners van het dorp zijn super... Mr Anoniem , August 23rd, 2019

De villa is ruim en verzorgd, en je hebt alle nodige faciliteiten, het zwembad is groot en netjes. Je zit er in alle rust en wordt door niets of niemand gestoord. Je kunt ook altijd terecht bij de fantastische host Katarina voor eventuele vragen of problemen.

Skabrnja is 25 minutes by car from Zadar. It's a cozy little village and gives you an impression of rural life in Croatia. The house is really nice and the premises was spotless and very well maintained. The best of all, however, was our host Ana. We couldn't be more happy with her. When we arrived at the house she had prepared a ham and cheese plate for us. There was water in the fridge and chocolate for the kids. She also took an effort in helping with all our requests. Top... We stayed for two weeks at the beginning of June with our 3 yr old son. We had a great time. The pool is the best we've had in the past 4 years of Villa holidays. So clean and whilst not heated it was the perfect temperature for splashing about in and cooling off. We all loved it. And, unlike most villas in Croatia, the pool is gated, so very safe for young children. A massive bonus for us. Tomislav is a fantastic host - very warm, friendly and accommodating. Es ist ein unglaublich schönes Haus, sogar noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Die Eigentümerin Lucija ist wirklich unglaublich Nettoumsatz hilfsbereit. Sie hat immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden und wundervolle Leckereien zur Begrüßung bereit gestellt. Wir haben schon einige Ferienhäuser gemietet, aber das hier war das am besten ausgestattete mit der, mit Abstand, besten Vermieterin. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Bellezza, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home, thanks to the warm hospitality of our hosts, who did everything possible to make our stay special. They also surprised us with homemade wine and delicious pastries, which added a personal touch to the experience and made us feel even more welcome. Everything was wonderful! The house looks exactly like the pictures. Check in was straightforward and Marko was very personable, nice and available if we needed anything. The sea is no more than 8 minutes walk away and we even had our own small private beach. We can only recommend the villa to everyone :)

I would have rated 20, but Booking only allows me to give 10:) It is a perfect, paradise-like place, where you are surrounded with green, you have a large pool only for you, huge garden (hard to say who loved it more - me, my wife, our daughter or our dog;). Quiet, for people who love nature, but still close to Rovinj and beaches. The villa is very well equipped, wi-fi with strong signal, and the outside kitchen is all you need for summer cooking:) Bike and hike routs around.

Eine super schöne Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichem Besitzer der sich um Alles kümmert und immer telefonisch erreichbar ist. Wir waren 6 Personen und das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz. Jederzeit würde ich wieder kommen :0)

Das Haus von Ivan und Sanja ist wunderschön. Tolle, moderne Einrichtung, schöner, gepflegter Garten und ein sensationeller Pool, an dem man auch die Abendstunden unter einem Walnussbaum sitzend den Abend ausklingen lassen kann. Die Gastgeber sind äußerst aufmerksam, hilfsbereit aber dennoch sehr diskret, um die Privatsphäre des Urlaubers nicht zu stören. Toll war’s!
