This villa is everything and more! It has it all. Gorgeous views, they are amazing. There are enough things to do -tennis, football, swim, sauna, jacuzzi, bikes, relax....we were a family of 5 - 2 adults and children 18,16,11. They loved it. I played tennis every morning and they played football every evening. It is a very safe place. Beautiful is an understatement! Villa itself so clean and luxurious. The owners are lovely and helpful! Super liebe Leute

Es waren tolle 2 Wochen in der Villa Val, der Vermieter ist sehr nett, unglaublich bemüht, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir waren eine Woche zu viert, die zweite Woche 7 Personen, Nachzügler sind über den 20 Minuten entfernten Flughafen schnell abgeholt, ohne dass man am Haus von Fluglärm gestört wird. Es stehen ausreichend Parkplätze und 5 Fahrräder zur Verfügung. Alle Schlafzimmer haben das Bad en suite, also ist das Haus für bis zu 8... Blumenhaus, 10. 2022.

Das Objekt ist in der Realität genauso wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich. Alles sehr sauber und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich nett, auch zu unseren zwei Kindern, welche herzlich willkommen waren. Wir wurden mit frischem Obst und Gemüse versorgt und die Gastgeber waren bei allen Anliegen und Fragen jederzeit erreichbar. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Eine wunderschöne Villa wie zu 100% auf den Fotos abgebildet. Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der perfekte Ort zur Erholung und Entspannung nur leider keine Restaurants oder Bars in der Umgebung Minimum 20 Minuten Autofahrt bis zum Supermarkt und Minimum 40 Minuten bis in die nächste Altstadt wo man sich schöne Stunden machen kann. Wir würden diesen Ort aber trotzdem zu 100% weiter empfehlen und auch selbst nochmal dort Urlaub machen.

It all went very smoothly especially with the uncertainties caused by Covid 19. We had a great holiday!!!!!

Huge villa with many amenities for families. The 2nd and 3rd floor are modern, clean and comfortable but the 1st floor could do with a little refresh, particularly the bedroom and bathroom closest to the pool. The pool and hot tub were lovely and well kept. The location of the villa is great for catching a bus to Zadar, next door to a large supermarket and a short walk to a pretty beach and town. Great communication with the owner.

Our stay at this place was simply perfect. We were 10 people and the house impressed us. We stay for a week and didn't even have to leave the place every day. Some days we would just sit at the pool, read a book and enjoy our holiday. Thank you so much for this great week in Zadar :-) we will definitely come back!

Villa très propre , très bonne communication avec le propriétaire, très réactif pour le moindre petit problème... belle propriété, magnifique piscine , le propriétaire très discret pour le nettoyage de la piscine et l arrosage , jamais en notre présence...je recommande vivement cette villa

Wir waren vom 15. - 29. August 2019 in diesem wundervollen Objekt in toller Lage mit 3 Familien ( 12 Personen ) . Wir haben uns in diesen 2 Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt. Das ganze Haus ist in einem top Zustand. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren vorhanden und wir wurden nach einer Woche Aufenthalt auch gefragt, ob wir neue Bettwäsche und Handtücher wollen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Man kann sie auch problemlos erreichen wenn ein Problem auftritt. Also... Michael P., 18. 2019.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und herzlich, das Haus gerade für uns, die den direkten Trubel nicht wollten, einfach ideal. Auch in der größten Hitze ließ es sich mit dem Pool sehr gut aushalten. Und die Schildkröten Taten für die Entspannung ihr Übriges. Très belle maison au calme,conforme à la description...d'une propreté irréprochable..une belle terrasse ombragée et des extérieurs très bien entretenus pour profiter du soleil et surtout de la piscine entre deux visites...( La ville de Trogir fut notre coup de coeur❤) Hôte sympathique et très réactif .. The villa consists of two apartments, downstairs are two double bedrooms, upstairs one triple and one double bedroom. The location is great, about 5min walk from the beach and restaurants. Apartments were really nice and clean! The pool is amazing, with sun-beds provided. We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend staying in the villa. Thanks Tomislav!

A perfect place to relax, the swimming pool and the entire facility are clean, well-maintained, the hosts are very friendly and hospitable. All around peace and quiet.

Wir hatten einen tollen 2-wöchigen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft liegt abgelegen in einem kleinen Dorf, wodurch wir die Ruhe genießen konnten. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ca. 20 Minuten Fahrt mit dem Auto entfernt. Es gibt insgesamt 3 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und ein offener Wohn- u. Essbereich mit einer ausziehbaren Couch. Außerdem einen schönen großen Balkon, der zum Frühstücken einlädt. Desweiteren gibt es ein Bad mit WC... Jennifer A, 29. 2020.

Przepiękna nowoczesna willa z basenem i tarasem z jacuzzi na dachu. Pokoje wygodne i super wyposażone, super salony gdzie można spędzać czas, wspólnie gotować czy jeść posiłki. Na tarasach miejsce dla wszystkich. Super spędziliśmy tam czas, a Pani Właścicielka jest przecudowna i przemiła osoba.

The villa was very clean with homemade food and fully prepared.  Villa very modern with all equipment prepared stove oven, microwave, refrigerator, TV, internet, air condition .. Etc and everything you need.  Swimming pool was very clean with a filter also was table tennis and grill in Garten and much more.  The location of this villa is very nice.  What was very important the owner of the villa was full friendly uncomplicated very nice contact also he was very helpful he... Overall we were very pleased with our stay. The host was very friendly and we could communicate in English. She welcomed us with a huge platter of ham and cheese, fresh baguette, two huge watermelons and sweet peaches from her own garden. This was really kind. The property was very clean and pleasantly decorated. There was plenty of outdoor space and comfortable sitting. We enjoyed the hot weather of 32degrees Celcius. The place was clean and private. It was family friendly and the beds were comfortable. It is in a great location and the pool was a huge hit with my kids.

All in all a great experience... the villa has everything you need - with the view from the terrace being the absolute highlight. We stayed there with 11 friends and had a great time. Mia is the perfect host and was there for us whenever needed, responding almost immediately. Highly recommend this place to everyone.

Hatten eine schöne Woche, auf Wünsche und Anregungen wurde schnell eingegangen, kleine Probleme wurden vom Vermieter kurzfristig gelöst! Alles sauber gerne wieder!

Had a wonderful time in this beautiful villa. The photos do not do justice to the superb outside space and pool. Would highly recommend the villa to anyone thinking of staying in this area. The owner is knowledgable about the local area and sent tips for things to do whilst in the area and also for other parts of Croatia. Great communication and we had a great stay here!
