Furnished to a very high standard, you have everything what you need. everything was very clean, many towels, washing machine and dryer are also available. we were completely satisfied.

Wir sind eine Großfamilie mit unterschiedlichen Ansprüchen und Vorstellungen und haben schon viele Urlaube erleben dürfen, aber eine so hilfsbereite und offene Kommunikation soowie liebe zu Detail in allen Belangen haben wir noch nie erlebt. wir können die Vermieter zu 150 % weiterempfehlen und auch die Unterkunft war perfekt! wir waren sicher nicht das letzte mal Gäste in der Villa Trapakul ! Great house - very well equipped, with a beautiful view. Excellent location for visiting National Parks: Plitvica, Palenica, Krka.

This villa is perfect for a peaceful getaway, though within 10 minutes of a small town (Benkovac) that has a number of good restaurants. Sopot was a bit too rustic. Pizzeria Milonga was amazing (medium pizzas are just fine - the jumbo ones are HUGE!), but our favourite was Konoba Niko which was the friendliest and had the best food. The villa is fairly new, and Goran, the owner, met us on arrival. He also got us some provisions as we didnt actually get there until around 11.30pm. The pool is... , 14. 2018.

Unsere Familie hat zwei entspannte Wochen in dem schönen, modernen Ferienhaus mit Pool verbracht. Das Haus ist zentral in der Region gelegen, man benötigt zu jedem Ziel ca. 30 min, d.h. zum Meer, den Bergen oder nach Zadar, Nin. Die Anfahrt ist unkompliziert und das Haus gut erreichbar. Unterkunft, genauso, wie auf den Bildern. Moderne, neue Einrichtung! Alles in mehr als ausreichender Menge vorhanden (Teller, Besteck, etc.) Staub oder ähnliches sucht man vergebens, es war sehr sauber! Die Unterkunft wird über Zadar Appartments verwaltet, die eigentlichen Vermieter wohnen direkt hinter dem Ferienhaus. Sie standen immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite! Our stay in Villa Blue Sky was very nice and everything was perfect! The landlords are very nice and accommodating! the villa is best equipped and very comfortable, moreover it is only a few minutes walk from the beach!

Ubytovanie sa nachadza v pokojnej casti Privlaky, cela tato oblast je ale pokojnejsia a neturisticka. Plne vybavena vila s velkou vyhodou vlastenej kupelne pre kazdu izbu/miestnost, Velky bazen vhodny na plavanie aj zabavu pre deti, komfortne sedenie/lezanie pri bazene pre vsetkych. Niekolko teras, moznost grilovania... Na plaze je to par minut autom (beach Sabunike aj pesi...).

Maison très agréable de part sa proximité avec la plage, sa piscine, son confort. Nous avons passé en famille et entre amis un très bon séjour. Propriétaire accueillant!

This is a nicely appointed, fairly new, villa. The owner, Nevenka, is helpful and easy to contact if you have any questions. The facilities are good, with tennis court, (unheated) swimming pool, sauna and children's swings. The tennis court has a nice AstroTurf surface producing very few bad bounces. The court has a low concrete wall around most of the perimeter, with a very limited run-off at the sides. You cannot therefore play a match on it, because some shots would take you into the... Liebe Marija, wir haben uns bei euch sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen. Es war ein wundervoller Urlaub. Villa sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Die Vermieter der Villa sind nett, zuvorkommend und sehr Gastfreundlich. Ein Auto ist absolut empfehlenswert. Es war ein traumhaft schöner Urlaub in der Villa Iris, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Wir haben hilfreiche Tipps bekommen und hatten dadurch auch noch 2 wundervolle Tage auf einem Boot.

The Villa was very beautiful and had a very nice and quiete Location. The Communication with Ivana went very well. She prepared the Villa für us. Everything was clean. The Pool Area was even more beautiful than in the pictures. Also there was a room with Billard and table Tennis. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

We had a great stay at the Villa Noa. The House is extremely beautiful and very clean. Also Tomislav was always available, very caring and supplied us with everything we needed. This was easily the best airbnb experience we've had yet. We will definitely be back!

The handover was done on time. We were on arrival in a constant exchange via WhatsApp with the owners. The communication in advance was always very helpful, personable and all questions were dealt with in the short term. The house is very well furnished, the 4 bedrooms are large and there is a bathroom next to the common area on the ground floor (open kitchen, dining area and living room) on each floor.
