Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dem genau unseren Vorstellungen und der Beschreibung entsprechenden Haus von Luka und seiner Familie. Luka war uns ein hervorragender Gastgeber mit so viel Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit. Das Haus und der Garten sind wunderschön, sehr viel geschmackvoller, als wir es bisher kannten und mit genau dem Maß an Komfort und Purismus, das wir uns vorgestellt hatten. Es war ganz wunderbar, und wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

Die Begrüßung von unseren Vermietern war sehr herzlich und wir fühlten uns gleich willkommen. Das Grundstück ist groß und der Poolbereich verfügt über viel Naturschatten. Der Pool war top gepflegt (jeden 2. Tag gereinigt). Die Küche verfügt über alles was man braucht und alle Räume sind super sauber. We had a wonderful stay at La Vie. We had 10 family members stay here for a week in August. We had access to the entire villa. The property is beautiful outside and in. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, the rooftop pool is fab, includes a bar area and space to sunbathe and congregate. The kitchen is on the ground floor and had everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch. Most nights we ate out except a bbq evening. The bathrooms were immaculate. Herzliche Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin, schönes Haus mit viel Platz, toller Pool, hat alles gepasst. Lage außerhalb aber im nächsten Ort Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc.

Villa Moki enjoys a peaceful location near Benkovac which means that the necessary shops, such as the bakery, are close by. Several beaches and popular coastal towns, including Biograd na Moru, are within a 20-minute drive, making the location truly fantastic. The Villa itself is very comfortable, new and clean. Our holiday in this house was amazing. We loved the Pool and the Whirlpool. You can see the sea from the Terrace. It is quiet but you can walk to a bar where you can also get a great pizza! The Beach is also in walking distance and the water was really clear and nice. All in all we had a great holiday!

Thanks Tomislav and Moma (owner of the house) for a really good week! You showed a genuine interest in our well being and we really appreciated all the efforts that you made to make our journey to Croatia worth remembering! The house is big and it was well suited for housing 6 adults and 8 children. The garden is ideal for hanging out and the kids loved the pool.

Der Gastgeber war sehr nett, war sehr unkompliziert und das Haus (mit 2 getrennte Wohnungen im Obergeschoss) waren sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gab neben den Pool, spielen für Kinder e.g. Billard, Darts, Tischtennis.

This is a house to slow down and become holiday feeling. Martina is the perfect host, always available, friendly and helpful. The offered meal, the wine, oil and all other things are great, tasting fine and delicious. We had the luck to be part of the grill season in the „grill house“, which was extraordinary.

Beautiful and comfortable. The location is in a country setting with easy access to Zadar and Split. The outdoor space is absolutely gorgeous. Comfortable newsrooms and baths, functional kitchen, WIFI, and cable!!! It was spectacular!

This house is really amazing. The view from the terrace grants you with sunrise and sunset and with the grill you can enjoy great Croatian food. Very clean, great style and super friendly and helpful hosts. I can highly recommend a vacation there. Thanks again for having us!

This is a fantastic villa with great facilities and fantastic support from the owners. We had a group of 11 adults and there was more than enough room and things to do within. It is in a fairly remote location so you aren't going to upset any neighbors but you will need to have a car as there's not a lot within walking distance. I would definitely recommend it to others

Check in and communication were super easy, Leti is always there for you. The whole house was super clean and it’s not far to the city. We really enjoyed our stay and would always recommend this place.

Wir haben zwei Wochen Urlaub in der Villa M&M gemacht. M&M sind die Anfangsbuchstaben der Vermieter. Mario und Maria – und dies beiden möchte ich zu allererst hier lobend erwähnen. Das Haus ist liebevoll, hochwertig und praktisch eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Selbst Müllbeutel und Spülmaschinentabs waren vorhanden. Die Villa hat 3 Etagen, welche über Außentreppen zugänglich sind. Das heißt, man kann das Erdgeschoss (4 Personen, 1 Bad) und erste Obergeschoss (8 Personen, 2 Bäder) auch getrennt nutzen. Im Erdgeschoss hatten die Zimmer leider nur ein kleines Fenster. Die zwei Küchen jeweils auf den Etagen waren relativ klein, aber gut ausgestattet. Villa Oasis is a beautiful house at the hill of Zadar. It was very calm with a nice view. We are really enjoyed our holidays and loved to stay there. We will come again.

Wir waren 5 Mädels und haben eine Woche in der Villa verbracht. Sie war nicht ganz zentral aber auch nicht völlig abseits. Also alles machbar. Die Villa selbst ist ein absoluter Traum. Perfekt durchdacht, großzügig mit en-suite Bädern. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Der Pool und die Gartenmöbel einfach super! Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und die ganze Abwicklung lief reibungslos.

Wir waren eine Woche im Juni in der wundervollen und modern eingerichteten Villa. Für uns war das Haus einfach perfekt. Vor allem auch durch den Gastgeber Marinko, der uns top Informationen über gute Restaurants, Ausflugsziele, Taxiunternehmen, Reservierungen etc. mitgeteilt hat. Er kümmert sich wirklich herzlich um alles. Die Villa ist mit allem nötigen und noch vielen weiteren Extras ausgestattet. Es ist alles sehr sauber und neuwertig. Man ist zu Fuß sehr schnell... We stayed for 10 fantastic days in this comfortable and beautiful villa. Quiet location within a 10 minute drive of the town of Zadar which was a lovely mix of culture, history and modern vibes. We arrived late at night at the villa and Tomislav was there to welcome us. He was helpful and easy to contact for our various needs (car hire etc).
