Une très belle maison très agréable à vivre et de très bonnes ondes nous y avons passé 15 jours formidable.

Tolle Villa. Hochwertige Ausstattung. Alles sauber. Der Inhaber war fast täglich kurz da um nach dem Rechten zu schauen und hat immer Hilfe, Tips und Unterstützung angeboten ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Super angenehmer Mensch.

Zwembad. Overdekt terras met bbq. Ruime tuin.

Sehr gepflegt und alles vorhanden mit viel Liebe zum Detail! Das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis war unschlagbar und das Haus ist super sauber und schön groß. Auch der Vermieter war jeder Zeit erreichbar.

Large swimming pool. Clean water, which the housekeeper came to take care of every day. Beautiful outdoor equipped kitchen with dishwasher, brick oven for grilling. Huge outdoor sitting area in the shade, where all 12 of us could fit. Large overgrown and well-maintained garden with privacy. It is about a 5-minute walk to the beach. We’ve recently stayed a week in Villa Zizi, with a group of 5 friends. During this week it was pretty warm in Croatia. The pool was great during the week, and the airconditioning kept us cool inside. The villa is beautiful and very complete, with great views. We’ve enjoyed multiple sunsets from the terrace.

This is a fantastic villa with great facilities and fantastic support from the owners. We had a group of 11 adults and there was more than enough room and things to do within. It is in a fairly remote location so you aren't going to upset any neighbors but you will need to have a car as there's not a lot within walking distance. I would definitely recommend it to others

We stayed at this beautiful Villa with 5 adults and two little dogs and it was fantastic. The owner of this rental apartment were super friendly and the Villa and the outdoor space was very clean. Due to the property being completely surrounded by a wall the dogs were able to walk around by themselves and they had a very good time, too. We had a lovely holiday at this very spacious and comfortable villa. The pool was fabulous, the communication with hosts was clear and prompt. Nothing was too much trouble if we needed anything it was brought to us without delay. We highly recomend this place.

Super schöne und sehr großzügige Villa. Sehr zu empfehlen. Es ist sehr sauber und alles da was man braucht. Der Pool ist fantastisch und die Vermieter kümmern sich regelmäßig um alles und sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub und kommen bestimmt gern wieder.

Perfekt für eine Gruppe mit mehreren Leuten / Familie. Alle Zimmer gut geschnitten und moderne Ausstattung. Dachterrasse super, insbesondere mit Ausblick aufs Meer.

Wir haben als Familie einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Villa Iris verbringen dürfen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber und auch der Housekeeperin Martha lief super. Martha gab uns einige Tipps für Ausflüge oder Restaurants die alle absolut toll waren. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und es fehlt an nichts, toller Pool schöner Ausblick. Vi boede 3 familier i huset i en uge. med samlet 8 børn i aldersgruppen 6 - 17 år. Alle havde en fantastisk uge i både huset men også på øen generelt. Især husets have var fantastisk at opholde sig i, vi nøde poolen og de grønne områder. husets placering gør at man kan gå til mange ting som handlemuligheder, restauranter, bar, stranden mm. Maison très calme et très bien entretenue. L’hôte est arrangeant, il vit dans la maison collée à celle louée. La piscine et la terrasse sont très agréables, le seul bémol est la quantité de guêpes. Néanmoins, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison. Nous recommandons grandement !

Very nice place to stay if you have a car! There are three apartments so you can either come at a few and meet other persons and still have some privacy or come with more friends/family and take all three apartments but still have some privacy! The owner is very nice, and his son speaks good English and answers quickly by Wats' app/phone message.

Wir waren mit 7 Personen in der Anlage. Es war alles vorhanden, was im Urlaubsalltag benötigt wird. Neben 2 großen Bädern verfügt das Haus über eine weitere Toilette. Der Pool ist relativ groß, so dass man schöne Bahnen ziehen kann. Poolbrause, ausreichend Liegen nebst Poolhandtüchern auch kein Problem. Alles perfekt

Es waren tolle 2 Wochen in der Villa Val, der Vermieter ist sehr nett, unglaublich bemüht, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir waren eine Woche zu viert, die zweite Woche 7 Personen, Nachzügler sind über den 20 Minuten entfernten Flughafen schnell abgeholt, ohne dass man am Haus von Fluglärm gestört wird. This property is quite superb. The villa is very clean and well equipped. There are comfortable living spaces and the bedrooms were lovely. Every bedroom has an ensuite. When we arrived we were welcomed by Mia’s mum and dad. There was a roaring fire in the grate. We had no hired car so Mia’s dad very kindly took us down to Zadar to the car rental place. Great property, with excellent facilities, great host who was very accommodating and we everything was pretty much available locally from shops and restaurants.

We travel a lot and have stayed in many properties. This by far was the most professional, comfortable, clean and welcoming. The house was perfect and just as described. The owner was extremely gracious and helpful with directions and suggestions. The check in/out process was painless! The location is near beautiful beaches and Konoba Mika, our favorite local restaurant with amazing local cuisine and friendly service.
