Wir waren mit unseren Kindern 10 Tage in diesem schönen Haus und haben jeden Tag voll und ganz genossen. Im Haus gibt es alles was man braucht und der Pool ist einfach toll. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und hat uns von Anfang an perfekt unterstützt. In der Gegend kann man viele tolle Ausflüge machen und die kleine Bucht in der Nähe ist sehr schön. We stayed at this beautiful Villa with 5 adults and two little dogs and it was fantastic. The owner of this rental apartment were super friendly and the Villa and the outdoor space was very clean. Due to the property being completely surrounded by a wall the dogs were able to walk around by themselves and they had a very good time, too. Sehr abgeschieden, daher aber auch sehr ruhige Lage. Sehr schöner Pool und Außenbereich im Allgemeinen. Schöne Innenräume mit allem, was man braucht. Kommunikation lief ebenfalls reibungslos.

The Villa is very quiet a bit outside of the center. Beautiful, spacious outdoor area with front and back terrace + sitting area (large dining table) right in front of the house - sea view ️. There are enough umbrellas, umbrellas and seat/lounge chairs (some in the garden shed). The barbecue area is well laid out and has a very convenient outdoor sink and a lot of counter space all around. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Gastgeber waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Objekt ist stilvoll und passend eingerichtet.... Leider etwas im Inland, dafür aber für einen sehr guten Preis.

Tolles Haus, die Bilder sind genauso wie es im Echt aussieht. Sehr ruhige Lage, vielleicht fast zu ruhig.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Lucas Haus, das unseren Urlaub absolut perfekt machte. Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl. Das Haus, der Garten, der Pool. Alles war traumhaft schön und sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Lage des Hauses ist super. Wenige Minuten mit dem Auto zum Meer oder nach Rovinj. Auch mit dem Fahrrad alles schnell zu erreichen. We have been at this lovely place for 12 days. It has everything we needed. Owner and his wife were very kind, and helpful if we had any questions. The pool was a bit cold, and it is pretty windy, but thats the weather to blame, and not the house and property.

Tolles Haus mit schönem Pool, sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche, in jedem Zimmer ein TV mit Netflix, Tennisanlage und Outdoor Fitnessstudio. Super freundliche Vermieter. Sehr zu empfehlen für Familien mit Kindern. Ca. 10 Minuten Fahrzeit nach Zadar, großer Supermarkt in 5 Min und kleiner Minimarkt 2 Min zu Fuß.

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche hier, ruhig und abgelegen ca. 20 min zu den verschiedenen Stränden und nach Zadar. Die Vermieter waren sehr zuvorkommend und jederzeit zu erreichen. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt und es war alles Sauber.

Es war hervorragend. Die Vermieter waren super nett.

Das Haus ist in einer idealen Lage um Ruhe zu haben, aber man ist auch schnell in Zadar (mit dem Auto 10 Minuten). Das Haus entspricht den Bildern und Tomislav ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sollten wir wieder in Zadar Urlaub machen, immer wieder in diesem schönen Haus.
