The Villa is beautiful with great views, perfect sunsets and just a short walk/ cycle to the beach and village. It is extremely well equipped, clean and comfortable. The host is lovely - so welcoming and friendly but unobtrusive. If you are looking for a quiet break away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, then this is the perfect place to be.

The location, pool, facilities and view. Everything was great. Shopping centre just a few minutes away. Gas station including shop and 24 H shop cigarettes and alcohol within walking distance.

What a stunning two weeks we had in Marija’s Villa. The place is wonderful and the pictures do not do it justice. Clean, bright, spacious and with a wonderful pool and BBQ area with real attention to detail. We were two families of 4 and the two separate properties worked so well. Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus das keine Wünsche übrig lässt. Sehr liebevoll angelegtes Grundstück mit großem Pool. Das Highlight für unsere Kids waren aber die Schildkröten die auf dem Grundstück leben. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Der Pool wird täglich gereinigt und das Grundstück gepflegt. Wir hatten einen traumhaft schönen Urlaub bei Marija und ihrer Familie und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Am Anreisetag wurden wir herzlich von der Vermieterin persönlich empfangen. Es standen Antipastiplatten und selbst gebackenes Gebäck bereit. Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich traumhaft. Liebevoll eingereichtet und wirklich sehr sauber und ordentlich. Wir konnten uns während des ganzen Aufenthalts bei Fragen und Wünschen an die Vermieterin wenden. We had a truly wonderful stay. The villa is finished to a very impressive standard. The owners have really thought of everything. It is even more amazing than the photos, we really couldn’t believe our luck when we arrived! The pool and outdoor area is beautiful, the pool is heated so lovely for a swim and the garden and outdoor seating areas are beautiful. We didn’t use the outdoor oven but a lovely touch. A really spacious villa with everything you could need. A lovely view and chilled atmosphere around the heated pool. Hosts are very friendly and villa was spotless. Supermarket only a 75m walk, which is very convenient!

We liked it very much, the communication with the landlord was perfect as well. Location and facilities definitely 4 stars

What a great family. They welcomed us with food and brought some fresh cherries. Lovely people with an exceptional friendly character. The villa is close to 2 supermarkets where you can find everything you need. The villa is simply beautiful. The rooms were clean and the stone oven in the pool house is a real highlight. We were a group of 10 guys and will definitely come back. Thank you for the great stay!

I can not say enough wonderful things about this house, it's hosts, the location!!!! 35 minutes to beaches, 35-40minutes to Krka National Park, driving distance to Zadar and ferries out to the islands, closest town ten minutes away had markets and restaurants that fit our needs! The privacy, quiet, warm reception and welcome from this host and his partner were fantastic! Beautiful house in the middle of a small town Lepuri. Spacious rooms, large heated swimming pool, and terrace made our stay unforgettable. One small remark: there were no blinds in the bedroom adjacent to the living room.

An amazing host. Doesn’t speak much English but showed good hospitality is a universal language. The host made the experience easily one of our best stays. The house, the pool, the everything!

Een heel mooi, modern en comfortabel huis. Heerlijk terras met zwembad en alles super schoon. Ruime hoeveelheid aan equipment. Centrale maar toch heel rustige liggen en een heel hartelijke ontvangst van de behulpzame gastvrouw.

Our stay at this place was simply perfect. We were 10 people and the house impressed us. We stay for a week and didn't even have to leave the place every day. Some days we would just sit at the pool, read a book and enjoy our holiday. Thank you so much for this great week in Zadar :-) we will definitely come back!

Der Pool ist traumhaft, die Betten bequem und die Besitzer sind außergewöhnlich aufmerksam und spendabel! Sie stellen auch eigenes Olivenöl her, dass wir nur empfehlen können! Restaurants und Supermarkt in Fussnähe! Strände auch nicht weit weg- ca 20 min zu Fuß oder mit Auto, jedoch wenig Parkplätze.

The check-in was easy and easy, the landlords were always available, also partly in German, the house leaves nothing to be desired, very clean, really great facilities (from towels, bed linen, to complete dishes, pots, pans), the pool was fantastic, the separate grill hut a dream. From the terrace you can see the sea. We were 6 adults and each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. The beaches are reachable in a short time. For a holiday anytime to be recommended.
