Wir waren alle zufrieden! Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass kein Supermarkt im Ort ist, aber das wussten wir vorher. Ansonsten ist das Haus gut ausgestattet. Bei Fragen/Anliegen wurde uns sofort geholfen. Vielen Dank für alles.

A very great place to stay. The house is amazing, spacious, lots of things to do a swimming pool, games like darts, pool billard and table tennis. The beds are great, the sleeping rooms all have a bathroom. Kitchen is well equipped, everything you need to enjoy a great holiday time. Host was nice and responsive. We (5 adults) had a great time and would definitely recommended a stay here!

My son and his friends had a great time at Villa Amarena and enjoyed every minute of it. Thanks a lot for your support!

Prekrasna kuća, jako dobro opremljena, sadrži sve što je potrebno. Dvorište ograđeno, izolirano, cijeli dan ima hladovine, bazen za osvježenje. Sve je odlično.

The villa is great. A mit of Space and Highlight is the entertainment floor and wellness area. You can easily spend a day there during cloudy days. BBQ area is also spacious and nice.

One less attractive thing is the location. The town itself has nothing to mention and it’s really in the countryside, so 30-40 mins driving to the nearest sea. Een heel mooi, modern en comfortabel huis. Heerlijk terras met zwembad en alles super schoon. Ruime hoeveelheid aan equipment. Centrale maar toch heel rustige liggen en een heel hartelijke ontvangst van de behulpzame gastvrouw.

Das Haus war mit allem nötigen Zeug ausgestattet alles neu sehr hochwertige Möbel.
Alles war blitzblank es war nicht mal ein Staubkorn zu erkennen
Hilf bereite Gastgeber super freundlich wurden gut empfangen mit einem Geschenk verabschiedet was nicht selbstverständlich ist.
Ich kann jeden die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

La gentillesse des hôtes qui nous ont offert un repas (charcuterie, fromage et pain) à l'arrivée. Puis, des fruits et du vin de leur production tout au long du séjour. La cuisine extérieure est très pratique et très appréciable.

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sofort wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Die Besitzer sind sehr gastfreundlich und immer bemüht dass die Gäste zufrieden sind. Wir wurden gleich mit regionalen Spezialitäten und Getränken begrüßt. Auch im Haus war alles vorhanden und sauber. Einziger kleiner Nachteil ist, dass nur eine Dusche im Haus ist. Perfekt für eine Gruppe mit mehreren Leuten / Familie. Alle Zimmer gut geschnitten und moderne Ausstattung. Dachterrasse super, insbesondere mit Ausblick aufs Meer.

Sei es das Haus,die Umgebung oder unser Vermieter..wir haben absolut nichts auszusetzen. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und versuchen bald wieder zu kommen

We travelled as a group of eight people to Zadar and decided to book Villa Mestrovic as accommodation. First positive aspect was that we were able to check in earlier. Secondly the villa was very clean and it was everything described as written on Airbnb! Highlight of the accommodation is the Pool, we really enjoyed relaxing there. We stayed one week at Villa Kate, and it was amazing! The four bedrooms are very nice, and with the four bathrooms, it felt like staying in a hotel! Although the weather wasn’t great, we still enjoyed the villa’s incredible amenities: the pool, the soccer/basketball/badminton court (!), table tennis, and more. It was a lot of fun! (Note: the court will eventually be shared with a new villa, but for now, that villa doesn’t exist yet, so we had all the facilities to ourselves... Matt Juillet, September 23rd, 2024

In a very quiet original location. Just as our idea of Croatia is. No mass tourism, but everything necessary for living easily accessible. Even with our two children 9 and 14 years old, there was never any boredom.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Lucas Haus, das unseren Urlaub absolut perfekt machte. Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl. Das Haus, der Garten, der Pool. Alles war traumhaft schön und sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Lage des Hauses ist super. Wenige Minuten mit dem Auto zum Meer oder nach Rovinj. Auch mit dem Fahrrad alles schnell zu erreichen.
