Top Einrichtung und wunderschöne Anlage kann man nur weiter empfehlen.

Hatten eine schöne Woche, auf Wünsche und Anregungen wurde schnell eingegangen, kleine Probleme wurden vom Vermieter kurzfristig gelöst! Alles sauber gerne wieder!

Die Villa hat 3 Etagen, welche über Außentreppen zugänglich sind. Das heißt, man kann das Erdgeschoss (4 Personen, 1 Bad) und erste Obergeschoss (8 Personen, 2 Bäder) auch getrennt nutzen. Im Erdgeschoss hatten die Zimmer leider nur ein kleines Fenster. Die zwei Küchen jeweils auf den Etagen waren relativ klein, aber gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns in dem Haus sofort wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Die Besitzer sind sehr gastfreundlich und immer bemüht dass die Gäste zufrieden sind. Wir wurden gleich mit regionalen Spezialitäten und Getränken begrüßt. Auch im Haus war alles vorhanden und sauber. Einziger kleiner Nachteil ist, dass nur eine Dusche im Haus ist. Peaceful, spacious, comfortable & well equipped for our needs. Great outside space, lovely pool, excellent bbq & great games room for teenagers. Very attentive owners who were generous & on hand to answer any queries.

This villa is perfect for a peaceful getaway, though within 10 minutes of a small town (Benkovac) that has a number of good restaurants. Sopot was a bit too rustic. Pizzeria Milonga was amazing (medium pizzas are just fine - the jumbo ones are HUGE!), but our favourite was Konoba Niko which was the friendliest and had the best food. Het zwembad was fantastisch! Werd goed onderhouden, ook tijdens ons verblijf. Fijne ligbedden. Schaduw en zon. Goed afgeschermd van buitenaf. De keuken was zeer compleet. De badkamers waren fijn. De bedden lagen comfortabel. Echt alles was zo lux. Buitenplaats met bbq was erg leuk en hebben daar zeker gebruik van gemaakt. Marijo, de eigenaar van de villa, was zeer prettig in de omgang. Goed contact met hem gehad.

Villa Oasis is a beautiful house at the hill of Zadar. It was very calm with a nice view. We are really enjoyed our holidays and loved to stay there. We will come again.

The facilities of the villa were just fantastic. We spent so much time there because there was nothing we didn't like. The owner was also one of the coolest people I have ever met. Every day he filled the refrigerators with drinks, although that was not part of the contract. Maid made sure every day was clean and tidy. A table full of free drinks, as well as fresh, delicious fruit and a nice wine cellar, plus there were even 3 e-bikes. It was really our best holiday so far.

Everything was great, especially the pool and the aircon.

Super schönes Haus in dem man sich total wohl fühlt Mega nette Vermieter, mit vielen guten Tips Lage ist top und zentral . Mit den Fahrrädern kommt man schnell überall hin . Dach Terasse ist wirklich toll. 150 Prozent Empfehlung.

Staying at Villa Nebesi was wonderful! Everything was at the highest level - beautiful, clean, quiet and very spacious. A beautiful jacuzzi, a swimming pool and a well-kept garden created an ideal place to relax. The atmosphere was unique, and the whole facility delighted with its charm. In addition, the owner of the facility was very helpful, friendly and just great - thanks to him we felt really welcome. Our children were so happy in this place that they cried when we had to leave. Das Objekt ist in der Realität genauso wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich. Alles sehr sauber und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich nett, auch zu unseren zwei Kindern, welche herzlich willkommen waren. Wir wurden mit frischem Obst und Gemüse versorgt und die Gastgeber waren bei allen Anliegen und Fragen jederzeit erreichbar. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

La villa que nous avons louée était très mignonne et fonctionnelle pour notre groupe. L’emplacement était également idéal. Le site est également parfait et sérieux. Vraiment très heureux de notre expérience !

Die Villa bietet alles was das Urlauberherz begehrt. Einen sehr schönen Pool, kleine chillout-Ecken und genügend Freiraum, um sich ungestört zu fühlen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und von Marija gut betreut. Alles ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Fliegengitter an den Fenstern und Klimaanlage sind vorhanden. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

It was a beautiful house with an amazing pool and just a 7 minute drive to the ocean. The owner was very nice and the neighbours were amazing ; )

Alles in allem ein sehr tolles Objekt, was man auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen kann. Können uns auf jeden Fall vorstellen wieder zu kommen.

Everything in this villa is brand new. It is very modern and the owner has taken special care to decorate it beautifully. It made us feel like we were having a 5 star experience. All the bedrooms are en suite with nice bathrooms (Lovely showers!) There are two kitchens, and a new gas BBQ, and the outside area is very relaxing with shade for those who like to keep out of the sun. Eine sehr ruhige und doch relativ zentrale Lage. Pizzaservice 2 Gehminuten entfernet. Ca. 500 m entfernt ist ein Backwarenverkaufswagen mit sehr guten Backwaren zu super Preisen. 5 min. Fahrzeit entfernt ein großer Supermarkt. Ins Zentrum von Zadar mit dem Auto ca. 10 min.
