Ich bin stank beeindruckt, die Villa ist mega Groß, schön und modern. Die Besitzer sind auch mega freundlich und der Preis is mehr als gerechtfertigt. Ein paar Macken gibt es natürlich schon z.b. die Dusche geht bei längeren Duscheinheiten über aber das ist nicht wirklich schlimm. Die Positiven Aspekte überwiegen mehr als deutlich. Ich war sehr zufrieden kann ich nur weiter empfehlen ????

Wow. Was für ein Haus, was für tolle Gastgeber. Aber der Reihe nach: Wir sind mit 6 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern (14/15) gereist. Wir mögen es, wenn unser Ferienhaus einzigartig und liebevoll gestaltet ist. Das Haus hatte wirklich alles. Einen tollen Pool, eine Tischtennisplatte, Billard, eine Karaoke-Anlage in der alten Taverne (Im Winter ist der Teil eine charmante Konoba), Massage-Sessel uvm. Wundervolle Villa. Da wir unsere beiden Hunde mit hatten, war es fantastisch, dass das Grundstück so groß und umzäunt war. Sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet und perfekt gepflegt. Wir haben bereits für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht. Es war super ruhig und im Grünen. Von dort konnte wir mit den Fahrrädern wunderschöne Ausflüge machen und waren in wenigen Minuten am Meer und in Rovinj mit dem Auto.

We spent there fantastic and unforgetable one week in the end of June. Comfort, pleasure and relax are the best words to describe our experiences. The house is big enough, fully equipped and simply beautiful. The swimmingpool has the stairs inside and the jacuzzi area which makes it safer for the kids to stay there and enjoy it all together. Amazing property with everything you needed

We are a family of 4 (parents and 2 teenagers) and were made to feel very welcome. Everything in the villa is new or very well maintained and views from the villa are stunning. It was a pleasant walk down the hill into the beautiful fishing village of Novigrad and we ate in the Novigrad restaurants on several evenings. Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool, die Schildkröten und der hauseigene kleine Spielplatz sorgten dafür, dass sich auch unsere Kinder sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die Besitzer sind super nett und haben uns jederzeit mit Tipps zu Ausflugszielen und Restaurants geholfen. Es gibt z. B. in der Nähe einen Bäcker mit einheimischen Backwaren, der uns von den Besitzern empfohlen wurde. Von allein hätten wir den Bäcker wahrscheinlich nicht... Stephan T, July 3rd, 2021

The house is big and comfy. It has lots of equipments, a nice pool, a full bar and a garden in front of the house with fresh fruits and vegetables (the figs and tomatoes were great!). We were 3 families and we had a nice stay in this house. Just be aware that some rooms don't have A/C (initially 3 bedrooms out of 7 and the living rooms) but the owner had one more during our stay (so now only 2 bedrooms out of 7 don't have A/C).

The villa delivered everything it promised. Very modern, well-kept and clean house. The owners are very nice and even welcome you with drinks and small snacks. The outdoor area is great with a great pool, a charcoal grill and even a music box (Bluetooth). We would have loved to stay much longer.

Accueil très chaleureux avec 1 bouteille de vin offerte à l arrivée. Hote disponible et soucieux de nous rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible. Piscine qu on apprécie en rentrant des excursions.

Ein sehr netter Vermieter, der sich um dein Wohlergehen sorgt. Alles original wie auf den Bilder. Wer eine Auszeit braucht und nicht mitten im Geschehen sein möchte, ist dieses Haus perfekt. Ruhig gelegen. Sehr sauber. Die Anreise war problemlos. Sehr viele schöne Ecken direkt in der Ungebung. Zum einkaufen fährt man 15-20 Minuten.

Lage für Ausflüge ideal Zadar, sehr zu empfeheln ein Abstecher nach Biograd mit Ausflug zu den Kornaten oder einfach nur eine Bootstour Auf den Spuren von Karl May: Krk, Plidvicka, Zrmaje Flußfahrt, Paklenica Park

Herşey çok güzeldi!

Ein wirklich toller Ort um mit einer großen Gruppe Urlaub zu machen. Die Nähe zum Flughafen (10min) und auch die schönsten Strände (30min) in der Umgebung sind schnell erreicht. Außerdem hat man sehr viel Ruhe da es keine Nachbarn gibt. Der Vermieter ist wirklich sehr nett und zuvorkommend und hat uns an einem Abend auch lecker bekocht.

this villa is beautiful, modern, clean, has beautiful ever-changing views of the sea. The house has been built and equipped to a very high standard, and we enjoyed it very much.

My family and I had the most amazing week at Villa Dora. It is a beautiful villa – very luxurious, clean and comfortable. The fact that Vanja and Marino had thought of everything that we might need to ensure a perfect stay and were so helpful with planning our activities really made our holiday. We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxury villa as a base to explore Zadar and the local area.
