Дуже приємна власниця Анна. Зустріла нас без додаткової оплати, хоча ми приїхали дуже поздно. Нагадувала, бо ми приїхали в день, коли всі магазини були зачинені. Вирішувала всі наші питання по ходу відпочинку. Як приватний асистент. І за це все ми не платили додатково. Вілла дуже зручна, є кондиціонер, великий басейн, величезна територія! Дуже зелено! Tolles Haus mit super sauberem Pool. Sehr hilfsbereite, nette und familienfreundliche Vermieter. Kukljica mit Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß in 5 Min. zu erreichen. Badebuchten auch fußläufig zu erreichen.

Es ist ein unglaublich schönes Haus, sogar noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Die Eigentümerin Lucija ist wirklich unglaublich Nettoumsatz hilfsbereit. Sie hat immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden und wundervolle Leckereien zur Begrüßung bereit gestellt. Wir haben schon einige Ferienhäuser gemietet, aber das hier war das am besten ausgestattete mit der, mit Abstand, besten Vermieterin. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

Wir haben uns für diese Villa entschieden, weil die so frei stand und ein großer Abstand zu den anderen Häusern war. Das heißt man konnte draußen länger bleiben, reden, feiern und auch etwas lauter ohne dass sich die Nachbarn sofort beschwert haben. Der Obstgarten hinterm Haus war auch mega. Die Fahrt zum Strand 15 Minuten. Insgesamt sehr schönes Anwesen, sehr nette Mieter. Ein kleines Problem mit der Spülmaschine wurde innerhalb weniger Stunden... Waldemar G, August 15th, 2021

Overall we were very pleased with our stay. The host was very friendly and we could communicate in English. She welcomed us with a huge platter of ham and cheese, fresh baguette, two huge watermelons and sweet peaches from her own garden. This was really kind. Excellent host - was very helpful and friendly. The house is his fathers and is situated in a quiet village about 40 minutes from the nearest beach. There was a miscommunication regarding the number of beds but that was sorted and we had to remove a cot and high chair to the basement. The photos make the place look nicer than it actually is but that didn’t spoil the stay. The pool and outside area is lovely and the air conditioning in every room was a godsend in the 40C heat. Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Tia war sehr angenehm und uns hat es im Haus an nichts gefehlt. Falls doch mal etwas nicht gepasst hat war nur eine kurze Whatsapp an den Gastgeber Roman nötig und das Problem wurde geklärt. Auch trotz der Tatsache das die Villa direkt an einer Hauptstraße liegt (Pool liegt auf der anderen Seite der Straße, also: Straße -> Haus -> Pool), ist es im und ums Haus sehr ruhig, nur die ab uns zu startende Flugzeuge vom Zadar Airport... We stayed a week with our 3 children (9,8,6 years) in Villa Basil. We had a wonderful time! It was very hot during our stay, but there was air conditioning everywhere inside, so it was still nice and cool to sleep. Outside there were plenty of places to sit in the sun or the shade. The owners are very friendly. Smooth communication and the woman was so kind to provide water, juice and something tasty to eat upon our arrival. The Villa was very beautiful and had a very nice and quiete Location. The Communication with Ivana went very well. She prepared the Villa für us. Everything was clean. The Pool Area was even more beautiful than in the pictures. Also there was a room with Billard and table Tennis. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

Ich war mit meinen Kinder und Großeltern für 2 Wochen in Zunici.
Das Haus ist Top,super Ausstattung, Sauber und gepflegt. Wir wurden Herzlichen empfangen und der Bäcker Service jeden Morgen war Klasse.
Man braucht definitiv ein Auto da man sehr abgelegen in den Bergen ist.Man kann aber ganz nah tolle Buchten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit dem Auto erreichen. Wir waren sehr Zufrieden und würden es wieder buchen.Vielen Dank für alles.... Sabrina, September 10th, 2019

Peaceful, spacious, comfortable & well equipped for our needs. Great outside space, lovely pool, excellent bbq & great games room for teenagers. Very attentive owners who were generous & on hand to answer any queries.

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Pool und Außenbereich. Die Lage war super, vom Flughafen Zadar sehr schnell erreichbar. Sehr nette Vermieter, und es wurde auch auf Anfragen sofort reagiert und alles möglich gemacht ( z.b. zeitiger Bezug der Unterkunft). Sehr zu empfehlen! Einzige Kritik ist das uns eine Grundausstattung an Gewürzen gefehlt hat, wie z.b. Salz, Zucker oder Pfeffer. Aber sonst sehr zu empfehlen.

Staying at Villa Nebesi was wonderful! Everything was at the highest level - beautiful, clean, quiet and very spacious. A beautiful jacuzzi, a swimming pool and a well-kept garden created an ideal place to relax. The atmosphere was unique, and the whole facility delighted with its charm. Herzliche Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin, schönes Haus mit viel Platz, toller Pool, hat alles gepasst. Lage außerhalb aber im nächsten Ort Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc.

Eine super schöne Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichem Besitzer der sich um Alles kümmert und immer telefonisch erreichbar ist. Wir waren 6 Personen und das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz. Jederzeit würde ich wieder kommen :0)
