Beautiful house, well maintained and clean, hosts are extremely nice and helpfull. Very close to the mall but further from the beach and down-town so car is must have if you want to get around. House has big backyard and very beautifull warm swimming pool and the jacuzzi. We really enjoyed our stay at this property and would highly recommend it.

Es war eine wunderschöne Woche, die wir in Šopot verbringen durften. Das Haus war ausserordentlich schön und der Gastgeber war extrem gastfreundlich (inkl. Tomaten aus dem eigenen Garten, Schinken und Bier zur Begrüssung). Wir können dieses Haus nur weiter empfehlen und würden auf jeden Fall noch einmal dort hin gehen.

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Krasa. The charming house and garden were beautiful. The pool was refreshing, the bbq and sitting corner was just amazing in the evenings. We enjoyed the peace and quiet. But there is plenty to see in the area, too and just a drive away. The house was super clean and all rooms where lovingly decorated and equipped. A perfect mix of old and new. Perfect also for our dog as the whole property is fenced off which makes it safe and secure, he loved it too... Pauline R, September 18th, 2021

Quiet, new house, nice pool, great view, perfect location

In a very quiet original location. Just as our idea of Croatia is. No mass tourism, but everything necessary for living easily accessible. Even with our two children 9 and 14 years old, there was never any boredom.

Wir waren im September 2020 mit zwei Familien (4 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder) in diesem Ferienhaus und waren vom ersten Moment an restlos begeistert! Das Haus ist mindestens genauso schön, wie auf den Bildern und die Vermieter sind wirklich unfassbar freundlich. Wir wurden mit einem großen Korb an frischen, regionalen Lebensmitteln empfangen und alle unsere Fragen und Wünsche wurden sofort beantwortet und erfüllt. Great villa! Clean, big and perfect for a big group of people that wanna chill. Like 20 mins drive to zadar which is the main town which was really cute with amazing food! Host really nice and available at all times! Nice pool and good internet connection considering all 13 of us in our group were using it! Had a great time and would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house. Ivana is very hospitable and provided us with fresh melons, tomatoes and peppers from the family's own cultivation. The house and the pool are very beautiful and absolutely clean and well maintained. We will definitely be very happy to come back.

Definitely one of the best properties on the island Ugljan. Host Ana is an extremely friendly and caring during the whole stay. It’s one of the few villas that have all you need and vicinity of beaches in Muline is just a walk away as well as two restaurants and a grocery store. Great experience and great hosts.

We had a most wonderful welcome from our hosts, and were presented with a platter of regional meat, cheese and bread, a bottle of red and white local wine and some fresh figs from their garden! There was chilled bottled water too. Any time we contacted the hosts we got an immediate and helpful reply.

The Villa is very new, beautifully decorated and offers everything you need (pool, parking, air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, kitchen etc.) By car, you are in the center in a few minutes and from the Villa you have a good view over the city.

Check in and communication were super easy, Leti is always there for you. The whole house was super clean and it’s not far to the city. We really enjoyed our stay and would always recommend this place.

The place was lovely. It was a quiet spot, about 20 mins from Zadar, and close to another few towns. 3 good bedrooms, tv with satellite, kitchen with cooking utensils, and fine big bathroom. As nice as the place was, the hosts were better. Welcoming, super friendly, and incredibly helpful and responsive, they made our stay a pleasure. Thank you Marina and Vedran for being such great hosts.

Wir waren 11 Erwachsene und konnten dank des schlechten Wetter das Haus super ausnutzen. Whirlpool, Sauna, Fitness und Tischtennis für jeden was dabei . Toller Aufenthalt! Für größere Gruppen sehr empfehlenswert.

Das Ferienhaus ist ca. 10 Minuten von der Innenstadt Zadars entfernt und dadurch recht ruhig gelegen, aber trotzdem nicht allzu weit weg. Das Haus mit Garten und Pool ist sehr großzügig angelegt und man hat viel Platz. In die Einrichtung wurde viel Liebe zum Detail gesteckt. Zudem ist auch alles vorhanden was man für den Haushalt benötigt (Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler mit Tabs, Bügeleisen etc.). Unsere Vermieterin Marija + Familie war super freundlich und hat...
