Beautiful new villa with a fantastic pool, ideal quiet location for a perfect family holiday. We spent a perfect week here.

Die Villa ist ein Traum und hat alles zu bieten was man für einen schönen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Die vielen sportlichen Möglichkeiten, sowie Bereiche zum entspannen und erholen es war einfach alles vorhanden. Auch die Betreuung und Kommunikation mit der Agentur ZadarVillas klappte hervorragend. Um es kurz zu machen wir werden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen und wieder wundervolle Tage in der Villa Marta verbringen.

We were staying at Vesna's and Mladen's house for 2 weeks in the july 2019 and it was the perfect surrounding for an active vacation. We came there with 3 couples and found a house in the typical rustic / country-style of croatia. Everything was very clean, modern and was working fine. The pool was clean, the lights worked fine. You showed a genuine interest in our well being and we really appreciated all the efforts that you made to make our journey to Croatia worth remembering! The house is big and it was well suited for housing 6 adults and 8 children. The garden is ideal for hanging out and the kids loved the pool.

La gentillesse des hôtes qui nous ont offert un repas (charcuterie, fromage et pain) à l'arrivée. Puis, des fruits et du vin de leur production tout au long du séjour. La cuisine extérieure est très pratique et très appréciable.

The accommodation is beautiful, as it is. The pool, the open-air kitchen with a large communal area, everything you need to have a good time. The first floor is available to guests with 3 rooms, and there are 2 more rooms in the separate building. We were greeted with chilled soft drinks and fruit upon arrival, and we also received a gift upon departure. There is a supermarket next door, and the beach is also easily accessible. Everything was great.

Beautiful villa, finished to an incredible high spec. Everything works, everything is well thought out. Pool is lovely. Highly recommeneded!

Great Location, optimal base for Dalmatia exploration Great villa design, all amenities provided to live the house both inside and outside. Full optional kitchen! Rooms are spacious, hot and cold water pressure was perfect. Perfect AC in all rooms So many spaces to stay all together, outside or inside, perfect silence during the night to sleep, enjoying relaxing swimming in the lighted pool. ON the pool.. was so good! Very welcoming hosts, Marina and Ivan, property is quite new and has every modern convenience. Lovely touch was the basics in the fridge and cupboards, so could relax straight away. Really was a great villa. Book with confidence. David

The house is beautiful and very clean. All rooms are nicely furnished. The outdoor area with pool and a great patio is really beautiful and we had a lot of fun at the pool and great evenings outside. The contact with the owner was very uncomplicated.

Es war ein toller Urlaub für meine Familie und mich Kinderfreundliche Umgebung ruhig gelegen und nicht weit vom Strand Eine sehr schöne Villa , die keine Wünsche offen lässt Super Gastgeber , die man immer erreichen konnte und die ein tolles Abendessen für uns zubereitet haben . Vielen Dank

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in dit mooie, schone huis met zwembad en grote tuin. Voorzien van wasmachine, oven, magnetron, vriezer. Slaapkamers met grote kasten. Zwembad heeft een douche. In het buitenhuis/bijgebouw is een buitendouche en wc en een overkapping met lange tafel met banken. Ligstoelen, schommelstoel, zitjes. Er is altijd wel een goed plekje te vinden. Wir, Familie mit zwei Teenagern und Hund haben hier zwei wunderschöne Wochen verbracht. Das Haus ist wunderschön und komplett ausgestattet inkl. Fliegengittern und allem was man so braucht. Im Kühlschrank erwartete und ein leckeres Willkommen mit Wurst, Käse und Rotwein. Die Familie ist super nett und immer da, wenn man sie braucht. Ausflugsziele wie Novigrad ( ca. 15 min) oder Zadar und Biograd ( ca. 30 min) sind gut zu erreichen. Empfehlen können wir das Konoba... Joern R., July 27th, 2022

Die Villa Leonardo ist eine tolle Unterkunft für mehrere Personen. Es war alles sehr sauber, das Grundstück ist sehr großzügig und bietet alles, was man benötigt. Der Check-In sowie die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei.

We do not usually write reviews but happy to do after such a wonderful stay. Great host - very helpful and family who owned made us feel very welcome- ideal location for us as we wanted to see zadar/ split, the coast and parks but need a car which we had Wonderful house with very well maintained pool- accommodation on 2 levels each with own kitchen and bathrooms with upstairs ideal for our teenagers - many thanks again and hope to return to Croatia some time soon and would be happy to... Świetnie spędzony czas, mili i przyjaźnie nastawieni gospodarze,zawsze pomocni,super komunikacja! Bardzo polecam.

The whole property was absolutely amazing. I have never been at holiday home which was so well equipped! Everything you need is there: place to grill, big swimming pool and even an old tavern which was kind of attraction for us. Mirko who is the host is very nice and friendly. It was clean, beautiful and what is the most important, our kids have lot of space to play and rub with no option to be bored. Amazing place for families withs kids as well as for a group of friends :)

Die Villa ist genauso wie auf den Bildern. Sehr sauber und super ausgestattet. Mega schöner Blick auf die Bucht. Küche hat alles was man braucht. Sogar einen Kaffeevollautomaten. Man ist in 5 min. unten am Strand. Brot kann man vom Bäcker kaufen, der jeden Morgen vorbei kommt. Supermarkt ist in der Nähe. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Kurze Whats App an Katharina und sie hat uns sofort weitergeholfen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt... Heike L, Germany, July 6th, 2022
