We spent our summer vacation with six people at Villa Kate. From the first contact through the duration of the entire vacation to the checkout, everything worked perfectly. Very friendly, professional and obliging. In particular, the hosts of Villa Kate, represented by Antonija, were very accommodating and hospitable. What a wonderful house! We enjoyed this beautiful home a lot, all descriptions and pictures match the reality. The contact with the owners' family was easy and always friendly, they all were very helpful. Our home offers pool, jacuzzi, bar, patio lounge, barbecue grill/outside kitchen, large rooms, billard, darts, kicker, a sports area, garden with fresh vegetables, chilling zones, ... did I forget something? We had an amazing stay, thank you for hosting us!

We had a very nice stay in this villa. The hostess was very friendly and was always available when we had questions. The stay was super clean and had all the necessary equipment. The villa is in a beautiful location where you can relax, but it is also only 20 minutes from Zadar where you can eat and go out. We are super satisfied with our stay. We definitely recommend this villa!

Everything was perfect. We had such an amazing stay. The villa was so well designed with a lovely pool and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We really appreciated having essentials provided like dishwasher tablets and washing powder. The couple that owned the villa were so friendly and welcoming - their home made wine was delicious and they very kindly drove us to the port when we had to leave. Die Verantwortlichen Personen sind echt nett und hilfsbereit. Es war alles super sauber und komfortabel. Der Strand ist nicht weit entfernt und überhaupt nicht überlaufen.

Unser Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus war ausgezeichnet. Es ist mit allem nötigen ausgestattet und darüber hinaus waren Getränke und alle nötigen Haushalts und Pflegeartikel ausreichend vorhanden. Das Haus war blitzsauber und die Vermieter waren für alle Fragen schnell erreichbar und haben regelmäßig während des Aufenthalts den Pool und die Anlage gepflegt. Very nice house, very nice and tastefully furnished and a very nice garden with pool

Das Haus ist sehr schön und komplett ausgestattet. Es liegt ländlich mit sehr netten älteren Nachbarn, die uns mit Gebäck und Obst versorgt haben. Die Komunikation und Betreuung mit und von Lana war freundlich und nett. Auch bei kleineren Problemen war sie sofort da. Wir kommen wieder.

Everything in the house was awesome. It was very new, everything was clean, nice bedrooms and bathromms, the bbq place was great and last but not least the pool was a dream. Thank you very much!

Very nice place to stay if you have a car! There are three apartments so you can either come at a few and meet other persons and still have some privacy or come with more friends/family and take all three apartments but still have some privacy! The owner is very nice, and his son speaks good English and answers quickly by Wats' app/phone message.

Unterkunft, genauso, wie auf den Bildern. Moderne, neue Einrichtung! Alles in mehr als ausreichender Menge vorhanden (Teller, Besteck, etc.) Staub oder ähnliches sucht man vergebens, es war sehr sauber! Die Unterkunft wird über Zadar Appartments verwaltet, die eigentlichen Vermieter wohnen direkt hinter dem Ferienhaus. Sie standen immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite! Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub in Kroatien verbracht. Das Haus, der Pool, das Gym usw. waren super. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht, dass wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt hatten. Durch ein schweres Gewitter am Abend hatten wir für ca. 1 1/2 Tage keinen Strom. Der Vermieter hat uns sofort am nächsten Morgen einen Generator zum Haus gebracht, so dass wir den Stromausfall prima überbrücken konnten. Auch hat er uns einen Abend bekocht. Das war sehr... Von Anfang bis Ende ein perfekter Urlaub. Ist alles genauso wie im Inserat beschrieben. Wir haben uns rundherum Wohl gefühlt.

The house is awesome and the landscape is beautiful. Ivana, the responsible, was very friendly and cool with us We were a group of friends (+/- 23 years old) and it was perfect

We had a wonderful time in villa moki. It was just like the pictures. Really clean. Especially the pool which was spotless. We loved the outdoor living area and fire. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Great spot, nice and quiet but close enough to be able to adventure out. The one down side was that we had to leave at the end of the week.

Our stay at this place was simply perfect. We were 10 people and the house impressed us. We stay for a week and didn't even have to leave the place every day. Some days we would just sit at the pool, read a book and enjoy our holiday. Thank you so much for this great week in Zadar :-) we will definitely come back!

Das Haus liegt außerhalb an einer Landstraße, ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet und die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge in Nationalparks, Städte oder ans Meer mit wunderschönen Stränden.
