Wir waren mit unserer Clique (8 Personen) für eine Woche in policnik. Das Haus war wie erwartet, wenn nicht sogar, noch besser. Die Gastfreundschaft ist der Wahnsinn. Wir haben einmal gegrillt & ein zweites Mal haben typisch „kroatisch“ gegessen (Marija ist eine super Köchin). The villa was amazing. Plenty of space for 8 people. The host was lovely let us drop are bags off before check in time and was really helpful. Villa was very clean. We all had a great stay! Would definitely come back!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa. It was immaculately clean and the pool was stunning and the cleanest we've ever seen. Tomislav was a fantastic host, he left us welcome drinks and a few essentials when we got there which was a lovely touch. The views are incredible, it's secluded and private so you feel like you are away from everything but you are actually very close to Zadar. The perfect place to get away from it all and relax. Excellent communication before arrival. The owner appeared immediately after I called from outside the villa. We we were given an explanation of all appliances etc plus suggestions of places to visit and local amenities. I would caution only that the two new bedrooms are not yet ready. A lot of care has been taken making this place feel like a home away from home. Everything was immaculately clean, easy to use and understand. The pool is refreshing and clean, with nice lights on until around midnight. There is a large TV, with access to Netflix, Disney, YouTube etc. WIFI is very good. The villa was very clean with homemade food and fully prepared.  Villa very modern with all equipment prepared stove oven, microwave, refrigerator, TV, internet, air condition .. Overall we were very pleased with our stay. The host was very friendly and we could communicate in English. She welcomed us with a huge platter of ham and cheese, fresh baguette, two huge watermelons and sweet peaches from her own garden. This was really kind. Vi boede 3 familier i huset i en uge. med samlet 8 børn i aldersgruppen 6 - 17 år. Alle havde en fantastisk uge i både huset men også på øen generelt. Very nice villa we had a very good stay there are many things to do 20 minutes from the villa, the villa is located in a quiet place the host is very welcoming and available to advise you wonderful places. You won't be disappointed with your trip.

It was a perfect holiday in a beautiful villa. The house and the pool are great! Mateo and his family are great hosts! They helped us with everything and made it a perfect holiday. The welcome was one we hadn't experienced before, tomatoes, cheese, pancetta, olives and delicious liqueur. We would definitely recommend this location, we enjoyed it very much. Mateo, Hvala vam! I recomend the Villa very much. I would book it again (and might come back in the future).

Everything was nice and clean. Owner is very helpful, came to help us with air conditioning in about 10 minutes after we called (it was 9pm and the fault was our) and fixed it right away. Just perfect!

We had a wonderful time in Villa Casa Kasijan. It was spotlessly clean, brand new and there was everything we needed and more for our stay. We loved the pool and outdoor kitchen - everything was so well maintained.  Danijel and his wife are perfect hosts (even meeting us at 5am when our flight was delayed!) and gave us good advice and tips on the area.
