Das Haus ist sehr schön und komplett ausgestattet. Es liegt ländlich mit sehr netten älteren Nachbarn, die uns mit Gebäck und Obst versorgt haben. Die Komunikation und Betreuung mit und von Lana war freundlich und nett. Auch bei kleineren Problemen war sie sofort da. Wir kommen wieder.

Very nice villa, very well equipped and a great pool! Our host was present during our stay: benevolence and discretion. We had a very good stay at Zvonko!

The place was clean and private. It was family friendly and the beds were comfortable. It is in a great location and the pool was a huge hit with my kids.

Villa położona z dala od turystycznych szlaków. Cisza i spokój. Basen bardzo dobrze utrzymany. Możliwość zagrania w tenisa stołowego. Rowery. Do tego gospodarze dzielili się z nami warzywami z ogródka. Można też u nich kupić ekologiczną oliwę.

In 1 woord geweldig. De kinderen hebben enorm genoten van het zwembad en de grote tuin eromheen. Huis is erg ruim en schoon. wij verbleven er met 2 gezinnen en dit was super. Op loopafstand is een supermarkt oor de dagelijk. In de omgeving (Zadar) genoeg te beleven. Het huis zelf ligt in Galovac, iets buiten Zadar. Rustige buitenwijk. Wel heb je een auto nodig om naar Zadar te gaan. Voor ons was dat geen probleem, wij waren met de auto. Auto is veilig op eigen terrein te parkeren. Ook erg... Souad. A, August 7th, 2021

La propriété est très très belle et fonctionnel, l’accueil des propriétaires est très chaleureux. Nous avons passé un très bon moment en famille car cette maison offre beaucoup d’équipements et ce pour tous les âges. Ne pas hésiter !!!

Our stay at this place was simply perfect. We were 10 people and the house impressed us. We stay for a week and didn't even have to leave the place every day. Some days we would just sit at the pool, read a book and enjoy our holiday. Thank you so much for this great week in Zadar :-) we will definitely come back!

The Villa is very quiet a bit outside of the center. Beautiful, spacious outdoor area with front and back terrace + sitting area (large dining table) right in front of the house - sea view ️. There are enough umbrellas, umbrellas and seat/lounge chairs (some in the garden shed). The barbecue area is well laid out and has a very convenient outdoor sink and a lot of counter space all around. Super nice house with everything there On and on. Half an hour drive from Krka waterfalls. You will need a car.

La Villa è esattamente rispondente a quanto rappresentato nelle foto. Dettagli ricercati, camere ampie, accoglienza e pulizia ineccepibili. La piscina è molto piccola ma per i bambini è stata preziosa. La posizione è un po’ infelice, perché inserita in un contesto rurale e lontano circa 15 km dal più vicino centro cittadino... ma siamo stati davvero molto bene. Super Haus, sehr netter Vermieter, tolles Pool auch für Kinder, Entfernung zum Strand war spitze!

Wir waren wirklich begeistert! Neben den tollen Sportmöglichkeiten mit Tennisplatz (Kunstrasen), Basketballkorb, Tischtennisplatte, Fitnessstudio im Freien und einem tollen Pool gibt es geschmackvoll eingerichtete Schlafzimmer und einen riesigen Wohnbereich mit offener Küche und Esszimmer. Es ist alles, was man braucht, vorhanden. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und immer ansprechbar, wenn man Fragen hatte. Wir waren in der Hochsaison da, so dass man in Restaurants in den umliegenden... The villa consists of two apartments, downstairs are two double bedrooms, upstairs one triple and one double bedroom. The location is great, about 5min walk from the beach and restaurants. Apartments were really nice and clean! The pool is amazing, with sun-beds provided. We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend staying in the villa. Thanks Tomislav!

We were extremely happy about the personal greeting and gifts we received. We really enjoyed our time here and the silence. Everything was perfect.

Toller Urlaub in Kroatien. Ein paar Probleme bei der Buchung wurden durch Gastfreundlichkeit vor Ort ausgebügelt. Wir empfehlen einen Mietwagen und einen Ausflug nach Zadar.

Wir haben die Zeit in unserem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Ana war von Anfang an sehr hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns mit frischem Obst, kalten Getränken und einer Wurst- und Käseplatte willkommen geheißen. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber und hat Platz für eine Familie. Für 6 Personen wird es a.M.S sehr eng. Der Pool ist ausreichend und sauber, war aufgrund des Wetters kühl, aber den Kindern hat dies nichts ausgemacht. Der Ort ist sehr ländlich, hat aber 3 kleine... Christopher K, September 3rd, 2021

The villa was very clean with homemade food and fully prepared.  Villa very modern with all equipment prepared stove oven, microwave, refrigerator, TV, internet, air condition .. Etc and everything you need.  Swimming pool was very clean with a filter also was table tennis and grill in Garten and much more.  The location of this villa is very nice.  What was very important the owner of the villa was full friendly uncomplicated very nice contact also he was very helpful he... Very good. Everything was great. House was fantastic. Comunication was easy and very fast reply on everything. Easy to get information and tips on what to do on vaccation and so on.

We had a great holiday staying at Ana's villa. Very friendly welcome, super clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The garden and pool area are very private as the neighbouring house was not occupied. About 15 minutes by car from Zadar, the coast at Sukosan and the lake at Posedarje. (the roads are excellent) Would thoroughly recommend Villa Andu!
