Villa Oasis is a beautiful house at the hill of Zadar. It was very calm with a nice view. We are really enjoyed our holidays and loved to stay there. We will come again.

What can I say...? We stayed in Villa Val for 11 days and we loved every minute of it! The house is located in a very quiet street where you can relax pritty much undisturbed. On the other hand, in a quick walk of few minutes you can reach the nearest beach, bars and restaurants and with the bikes provided you can reach all that even faster. Hier und da, gab es minimale Mängel, die leicht zu beheben wären. Ansonsten war die Vermieterin sehr gastfreundlich und unsere 21 Tage, wie im Fluge vorbei. Luxus ist natürlich der Pool und die überdachte Terrasse, welche vor Sonne oder im seltenen Fall, auch mal vor Regen schützt.

In dem Haus ist alles, was man benötigt, sogar ein extra Kühlschrank für Getränke und ein Wasserkocher. Auch gibt es ein Staubsauger. Vormieter haben einige Putzsachen da gelassen, so dass man kurz zwischendurch mal sauber machen kann. An jedem Fenster sind Fliegengitter angebracht. Alles war sauber und funktionierte. The stay there was so relaxing, we enjoyed it very much!

The rent was great as everything you need was available for a perfect stay. The house is around half an hour driving of the principal's spot to visit. You will be in the middle of a small village. The house was extra clean. Good flexibility from the owner for the check-in hour. Ivana the owner was very kind, available and reactive to all our questions. Thanks for your great welcome!

We just spent 14 days with our family at this lovely place. So much needed rest with the beauty of the house, pool, fireplace etc. Everything we could possibly think of was there. Towels and beddings were changed during our stay, beaches, stores and Zadar is within a 25 minute drive. The place has every basics you can think of. We will definitely be back. Thank you for our lovely stay.

A very nice, modern and well-kept property. We felt extremely comfortable here. The landlord Karlo is very concerned that his guests are okay and you have a nice holiday. As a welcome, cold drinks, fresh fruit and vegetables from Omas garden next door were available.In addition, a large plate of ham and cheese... top!!! We had a great holiday here.

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 7 Freunden im Alter von 20 Jahren 10 Nächte in der Villa. Der Vermieter war super. Er kam zur Übergabe und ging mit uns kurz das Haus durch. Danach ließ er uns unsere Privatsphäre und kündigte sich immer frühzeitig an, wenn er zum Poolreinigen kam (nur 2 mal in den 11 Tagen). Had an amazing 10 days at this fantastic villla. Would not hesitate to book it again! It has everything you need for a fabulous holiday. Very luxurious and super clean. The pool area is very chilled and a great place to eat in the evenings. Overall we were very pleased with our stay. The host was very friendly and we could communicate in English. She welcomed us with a huge platter of ham and cheese, fresh baguette, two huge watermelons and sweet peaches from her own garden. This was really kind. Spacious and comfortable villa, very well equipped (tableware, glasses, pots, pans, hygiene products, capsules for the washing machine and dishwasher, coffee capsules, two hair dryers). The pool is very well-maintained and cleaned regularly. In the garden there is a shower, ping-pong table, and trampoline. Ein sehr schönes neues und gepflegtes Haus am Rande eines Vorörtchens von Nin. Absolut ruhig gelegen, morgens und abends kommt nur die Schafherde vorbei, sonst kein Verkehr :-) Kleiner Supermarkt im Dorf, sonstige Infrastruktur und Ausflugsziele sind mit dem Auto aber gut erreichbar. This fantastic villa gives well needed rest after tracking in the mountains and National parks nearby. Zadar is 20 min drive away and a great place to visit and revisit.

ein ganz tolles Haus; sehr luxuriös und modern eingerichtet; es fehlt an nichts, außer vielleicht ein Handbuch für die Bedienung einiger Geräte. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett, immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Wir würden und werden es wahrscheinlich auch, dieses Haus immer wieder für unseren KroatienUrlaub buchen.
