Wow, this villa really was exceptional - immaculate - pool area was great with younger children as you could lounge or eat & still keep eyes on the children - 10 minutes in a Bolt/Uber to town costing anything between €4 & €10. There was also a bus stop 20 metres up the road but it was easier for us to just grab a taxi because we had younger children - all the facilities you could need in the villa. We stayed at this beautiful Villa with 5 adults and two little dogs and it was fantastic. The owner of this rental apartment were super friendly and the Villa and the outdoor space was very clean. Due to the property being completely surrounded by a wall the dogs were able to walk around by themselves and they had a very good time, too. Nice cozy well-equipped house surrounded by a nice garden with trees flowers and a pool with relaxing sun beds. Air-conditioning, TV and good internet. Capacity for hot water in the shower was a little limited and asked for some planning with a larger group. Everything was well prepared for our stay including some nice surprises such as fruit, soda and homemade olive oil and liquor. Der Aufenthalt war äußerst entspannt und das Haus war perfekt ausgestattet. Durch viele kleine Details fühlte man sich herzlich willkommen. Der Pool hat an warmen Tagen für Erfrischung gesorgt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We stayed in the villa for 10 days and it was amazing. It felt like our second home, there was nothing that we could fault. The owner was also great and was always on hand to answer any of our questions. He also helped arrange local trips. The location was excellent, close to the beach, walking distance to the bars and restaurants, but at the same time in a quiet area away from the overcrowded tourist area.

The villa was very clean, well equipped, and had more than we expected. Well-thought-out solutions, air conditioning in every bedroom, mosquito nets on every window. Comfortable beds. Well-equipped, large bathrooms. Contact with the owners is very good, if you need anything they respond immediately. Only advantages, we are very satisfied. We recommend!

First of all, we would like to thank the owners. They were very friendly and were always available when needed. Upon arrival, we received a very friendly welcome and there was a large fruit basket and drinks in the fridge. Thank you for that. Overall we were very pleased with our stay. The host was very friendly and we could communicate in English. She welcomed us with a huge platter of ham and cheese, fresh baguette, two huge watermelons and sweet peaches from her own garden. This was really kind. It is just wonderful here, Perusic is a small village super quiet and has a beautiful landscape! The Villa is simply beautiful and equipped with everything you need. The landlady was super nice and if you need something, fresh bed linen etc. You just need to let them know. The pool is great and is also cleaned every day, but you do not get that with you because the pool boy comes every morning at 5 am, which I find really pleasant. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Vermieterin sehr nett. Sie hat uns Getränke kaltgestellt und Obst, Käse, Schinken und Semmeln besorgt. Das hat uns sehr überrascht und gefreut. Wenn wir ein Problem hatten, hat sie uns schnell geholfen. Ein wundervoller Urlaub. Alles top. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Haus ist wunderschön. Die Hausbesitzer waren sehr freundlich und man bekommt sogar beim Einzug eine Willkommensplatte zum Essen, was sehr gut gepasst hat, da man doch etwas unterwegs war. The whole property was absolutely amazing. I have never been at holiday home which was so well equipped! Everything you need is there: place to grill, big swimming pool and even an old tavern which was kind of attraction for us. Mirko who is the host is very nice and friendly. It was clean, beautiful and what is the most important, our kids have lot of space to play and rub with no option to be bored. Amazing place for families withs kids as well as for a group of friends :)

Das Haus ist nur zu empfehlen. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Alleinlage mit atemberaubender Aussicht aufs Meer. Man ist in 3 Gehminuten am eigenen kleinen Strand. Ein Traum!!!

I stayed at the property with my husband & 2 teenage children. It was great as the upper part to the villa was completely separate with the kids own lounge & kitchen. We were made to feel so welcome. Jure greated us will a meat & cheese plater & drinks. He was quick to answer any questions & to help us whenever needed. I would definitely come back here. We had a perfect stay in this beautiful villa. The owners are so kind too. There are many nice thing to do in de villa as it has the pool, trampoline, pool table and table tennis. We had a lot of beautiful sunsets from the terrace. Some nights we did a barbecue with fresh fish, meat and vegetables from the market from Zadar, very nice! De villa was mooi en verzorgd. Alles aanwezig. Het zwembad was heerlijk, precies zoals de foto's. Hele gastvrije en lieve verhuurders.

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche hier, ruhig und abgelegen ca. 20 min zu den verschiedenen Stränden und nach Zadar. Die Vermieter waren sehr zuvorkommend und jederzeit zu erreichen. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt und es war alles Sauber.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Nebesi. The property is very modern and was very clean and well kept. The views are stunning and the pool warm and inviting The best feature was the location, as long as you are after peace and quiet. All you could hear was the occasional cockerel or tractor going past. That said, it was close to the sea and shops.
