6 of us stayed at this amazing villa. The host was so nice and accommodating. When we arrived they have pre- prepared fruits and nibbles for us to have. The villa was so pretty and The location was really easy to get to from the airport. Zadar town is only 20min drive away. This was our first time in Zadar and the host had the best recommendations for dinner. Thanks to Vesna and Tomislav our stay was perfect.

family of 8 (7 adults 1 child) had a fantastic 10 nights stay end of July. Goran our host met us there and is very informative and friendly. Villa is lovely and clean, spacious and fully equipped. The pool was clean and refreshing after long and busy days out. What impressed us is the free gallons of drinking water Goran provided, a godsend on hot days. Me and my friends had a great time in the house. It has everything you may need. Our host was a really nice lady which even bring us some goodbye presents at checkout which was really thoughtful of her. I would highly recommend this place and host!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Lucas Haus, das unseren Urlaub absolut perfekt machte. Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl. Das Haus, der Garten, der Pool. Alles war traumhaft schön und sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Lage des Hauses ist super. Wenige Minuten mit dem Auto zum Meer oder nach Rovinj. Auch mit dem Fahrrad alles schnell zu erreichen. We would like to say that this villa is a very great way to spend your holiday next to the crowded city of Zadar - you can spend pleasant time with your family and friends, where you have a private swimming pool for yourself, completely prepared for guests. A separate building where adults can feast in the evenings with a fireplace, fully equipped with a toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. Die Villa ist rund um perfekt. Alles ist sehr modern und sie lässt keine Wünsche offen. Von der Dachterasse hat man einen atemberaubenden Ausblick und von dort kann man super Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Kurt gesagt es war rundum perfekt. Es waren tolle 2 Wochen in der Villa Val, der Vermieter ist sehr nett, unglaublich bemüht, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir waren eine Woche zu viert, die zweite Woche 7 Personen, Nachzügler sind über den 20 Minuten entfernten Flughafen schnell abgeholt, ohne dass man am Haus von Fluglärm gestört wird. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. 9 Tage pure Erholung. Der Strand war nur 10 Autominuten entfernt. Das Haus war wundervoll. Die Kinder hatten Spaß. Es war einfach super. Was praktisch ist , ist das das Haus so zu sagen aus zwei Wohnungen besteht. Zweite Wohnung ist durch eine Außentreppe zu erreichen. Die Villa ist schön und sauber. Der Pool ist klasse. Der Garten lädt zum relaxen ein. Die Eigentümer sind sehr zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen. War ein super Aufenthalt.

Wir durften 2 wundervolle Wochen in diesem schönen geschichtsträchtigen Haus verbringen. Man merkt das es mit viel Liebe eingerichtet wurde in viele großen und kleinen Details. Der Kontakt vor Anreise war sehr angenehm, und bei der Ankunft (trotz Verspätung unsererseits wegen Stau) wurden wir herzlich Empfangen. Alles wie angegeben und alles perfekt ! Kann man buchen ohne zögern.

Die Villa hat 3 Etagen, welche über Außentreppen zugänglich sind. Das heißt, man kann das Erdgeschoss (4 Personen, 1 Bad) und erste Obergeschoss (8 Personen, 2 Bäder) auch getrennt nutzen. Im Erdgeschoss hatten die Zimmer leider nur ein kleines Fenster. Die zwei Küchen jeweils auf den Etagen waren relativ klein, aber gut ausgestattet. The house was perfectly equipped, even more than expected. And Ivan was always helpful and more like a friend than a householder. I could always recommend him. The best host I've had until now.
