Wir waren zum ersten Mal in der Villa Silentium und äußerst zufrieden. Es war sauber und alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Das Ferienhaus ist ruhig gelegen und hat einen eigenen Pool. Die Gastgeberin ist äußerst nett und hat uns auch während des Urlaubs auf Nachfrage tolle Tipps gegeben. Wir können das Haus absolut empfehlen.

Super schöne Unterkunft mit guter Anbindung an die Stadt. Toller Service des Besitzers, der jederzeit zur Verfügung stand. Sehr leckeres Essen an einem frei gewählten Tag auf Kosten des Besitzers.

Tomislav was a great host, answering fast to our questions, giving advices for the area. The villa is just excellent, amazing (now even heated!) pool, nice outdoor area with bbq. If you go with kids, nice play area with sand and lots of toys. Great sunset views. You are totally on your own, but also in (a bit farer) walking distance to town (about 35-40 min to Zadar harbour area). Inside of the apartment is also top! Dejlig have, terrasse og pool. Dejligt område. Fin gåafstand til byen. Fantastiske idrætsfaciliteter tæt på. Super søde og hjælpsomme værter.

We had a great holiday staying at Ana's villa. Very friendly welcome, super clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The garden and pool area are very private as the neighbouring house was not occupied. About 15 minutes by car from Zadar, the coast at Sukosan and the lake at Posedarje. (the roads are excellent) Would thoroughly recommend Villa Andu!

We had a great 7-night stay at Villa Rose. The villa is in a great location only 15-minute walk to the lovely historic town of Nin. We had a car for convenience, but everything is within walking distance. A number of great restaurants, shops, bakeries are on your doorstep.The villa itself is absolutely great; everything is as the photos. The owners, Ivan and Marina, went above and beyond to ensure we had the most comfortable and enjoyable experience, especially as we were travelling with a baby. We stayed one week at Villa Kate, and it was amazing! The four bedrooms are very nice, and with the four bathrooms, it felt like staying in a hotel! Although the weather wasn’t great, we still enjoyed the villa’s incredible amenities: the pool, the soccer/basketball/badminton court (!), table tennis, and more. It was a lot of fun! (Note: the court will eventually be shared with a new villa, but for now, that villa doesn’t exist yet, so we had all the facilities to ourselves... Matt Juillet, September 23rd, 2024

Ein wunderschönes Land-Grundstück, sehr schöner Pool und ein perfekter Ort für Ausflüge in alle Himmelsrichtungen. Aber alles noch übertroffen von den sehr netten Besitzern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Perfekt für uns 8 Männer nach dem Abi - super location, toller Pool, prima geschlafen, es hat alles gestimmt...nach dem nächsten Abi kommen wir wieder...

Had a wonderful time in this beautiful villa. The photos do not do justice to the superb outside space and pool. Would highly recommend the villa to anyone thinking of staying in this area. The owner is knowledgable about the local area and sent tips for things to do whilst in the area and also for other parts of Croatia. Great communication and we had a great stay here!

Sehr sauber und gepflegt! Sehr netter und hilsbereiter Vermieter, der passende Tips für Restaurants, Ausflüge ect. hatte und auch sonst immer ansprechbar war. Poolreinigung bekam man quasi nicht mit, war sehr diskreter Ablauf bzw. wurde mit uns vereinbart wann es besten möglich ist. Im Haus selbst alles da was man braucht oder auch nicht. Wir, 9 Freunde aus Deutschland, haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Villa Bandela verbracht. Die Villa ist freistehend, sehr ruhig gelegen, die Nachbarn sind absolut entspannt, sodass man jederzeit Musik hören kann und man kann sich sichtgeschützt im Außenbereich bewegen.
