We had a lovely stay here the villa in fabulous has everything you need and exceeded our expectations :)

The facilities are top shelf and close enough to town but far enough to offer a tranquil relaxing stay . Well done!

We really enjoyed this holiday home. The house is very well furnished and has a lovely swimming pool. Contact with the owner was very pleasant. A convenient location for many excursions in the region (nature & culture). Definitely recommended.

We hebben een fantastische week gehad. Zwembad en jacuzzi werden 2 keer per week schoongemaakt. Gastheer goed bereikbaar per app. Ik raad t iedereen aan en zou graag nog een keer terug komen. Er komt iedere ochtend een bakker langs om half 8 in de ochtend. Jammer dat we daar pas de laatste dag achter kwamen. Verder was alles perfect.

Es gibt wirklich nichts zu bemängeln. Das Haus war genau wie auf den Bildern abgebildet! Noch dazu waren die Vermieter extrem freundlich, standen uns bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung und haben uns sogar mit frischem Obst und Gemüse aus eigenem Anbau versorgt. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und auch die Nachbarn waren sehr nett. Ein Auto ist zwar ein muss, aber damit erreicht man dann auch alles was das Herz begehrt: Nationalparks, Strände, Zadar, etc.

Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und die Villa war wirklich sauber und super gepflegt. Der Pool war ein Traum in dieser Hitze. Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Absolute Ruhe und Entspannung im schönen Haus mit tollem Pool. Vielen Dank

Very comfortable villa located in a small village around 20km from Zadar. The owners meet us at the villa shortly after we landed at Zadar Airport, and communication with them was straight forward. They showed us around the villa and explained how everything worked. The villa was immaculately clean, very spacious, with plenty of everything you need, and comfortably sleeps 6. Eine wunderschöne, modern und bequem eingerichtete Villa (vollklimatisiert) in einer sehr ruhigen Ortschaft im Hinterland von Zadar (25 Minuten mit dem Auto). Abgesehen von der großzügigen Terrasse mit diversen Stühlen und Liegen, dem Pool und dem riesigen Feigenbaum ist die Außenküche das absolute Highlight. We had such a wonderful holiday last year we had to return this summer. This is a very glamorous house in a beautiful setting, quiet and secluded yet near town. A lovely warm welcome from Lucija who made sure the house had everything we could need and left us supper. We felt very looked after and have returned relaxed and refreshed. Perfect holiday!

The villa and the swimming pool were absolutely perfect with all we needed but what was best is the welcoming from Jure and his family. Jure was very helpful and very kind from the first day with some things to eat and drink, a wonderfull lunch offered for the Assumption Day and olive oil as a souvenir when we leave. His mother was as well so nice with some figs for the breakfast. Thanks again for all you during our holidays, we will come back ????

Ich bin stank beeindruckt, die Villa ist mega Groß, schön und modern. Die Besitzer sind auch mega freundlich und der Preis is mehr als gerechtfertigt. Ein paar Macken gibt es natürlich schon z.b. die Dusche geht bei längeren Duscheinheiten über aber das ist nicht wirklich schlimm. Die Positiven Aspekte überwiegen mehr als deutlich. Ich war sehr zufrieden kann ich nur weiter empfehlen ????

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Tia war sehr angenehm und uns hat es im Haus an nichts gefehlt. Falls doch mal etwas nicht gepasst hat war nur eine kurze Whatsapp an den Gastgeber Roman nötig und das Problem wurde geklärt. Auch trotz der Tatsache das die Villa direkt an einer Hauptstraße liegt (Pool liegt auf der anderen Seite der Straße, also: Straße -> Haus -> Pool), ist es im und ums Haus sehr ruhig, nur die ab uns zu startende Flugzeuge vom Zadar Airport... This villa has all you need. Kitchen has enough dishes and cutlery, dishwasher, washing machine, grill place, nice swimming pool. Each room has its own toliet and shower booth. Bed mattress was ok to sleep well. There is a small shop in few steps. Big market is 10 minutes to drive. Sand beach in 5 minutes walk and it was nice for playing with kids. Warm as it is and not deep at all. Owner's family is very kind and lives next door so you can get help easily. Really recommend this... Seungah H., July 31st, 2021

Vriendelijke ontvangst bij aankomst. Een fijne ruime woning met voor en achter een terras en een zwembad. Goede locatie voor uitstapjes naar Zadar, Trogir en Split en nationaal park Krka.

What a lovely villa, clean, tidy, everything we needed, superb hosts who went above and beyond. There is not much to do in the village, however we had a hire car and found it to be a perfect base for exploring Croatia. Only two minor things to be aware of, the church bells chime (multiple times) before 6am every morning, and if you have very young children, the villa living accomodation is up a stone staircase, however in my opinion these are minor things considering the villa and pool, and... Wir fahren jedes Jahr nach Kroatien, aber das war bis jetzt das schönste Ferienhaus was wir bisher hatten! Wir ( 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder ) wurden von Lucija herzlich begrüßt! Sie war die ganze Woche für uns da, wenn wir Fragen hatten! Das Ferienhaus ist super ausgestattet! Es hat an nichts gefehlt! Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen

Already in advance we contacted the owners. That went easily and it was also always answered quickly. All contact persons were always friendly and helpful. The house has a very nice, large courtyard with pool, sunbeds, lounge furniture, umbrellas, tables, chairs and a ping pong table. Everything was neat and tidy. The rooms each had enough space.
