We just spent 14 days with our family at this lovely place. So much needed rest with the beauty of the house, pool, fireplace etc. Everything we could possibly think of was there. Towels and beddings were changed during our stay, beaches, stores and Zadar is within a 25 minute drive. The place has every basics you can think of. We will definitely be back. Thank you for our lovely stay.

Très bon logement, propriétaires très sympas, boissons et petits gateaux à l'arrivée et il nous ont encore apporté des pastèques après et pour le départ encore une autre cadeau.

Die Villa ist sehr schön und hat einen super ausgestatteten Garten. Es gibt eine Essecke draußen die überdacht ist, mit einem richtig schönen Grillofen daneben. Für Kinder gibt es eine Schaukel und ein Trampolin. Der Pool ist ebenfalls sehr schön.

Very nice house with two large, spacious apartments. There were extra towels for the pool area, and even charcoal for the barbecue was available. Pool was cleaned regularly and is a perfect size for several people. There are washing machines in both apartments. Nice terrace and comfortable beds. There are also turtles in the garden, much to the delight of the children. You can get to Zadar quickly. The landlord was always friendly and helpful with any concerns or questions.

I definitely recommend it! There wasn't a single negative moment during my stay. The villa is gorgeous, modern, and has a fantastic view. Service 11/10! Thank you, Mate, for everything! Tolles Haus mit schönem Pool, sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche, in jedem Zimmer ein TV mit Netflix, Tennisanlage und Outdoor Fitnessstudio. Super freundliche Vermieter. Sehr zu empfehlen für Familien mit Kindern. Ca. 10 Minuten Fahrzeit nach Zadar, großer Supermarkt in 5 Min und kleiner Minimarkt 2 Min zu Fuß.

Liebe Lydia und Familie, vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist perfket ausgestattet, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool ist wunderschön und hat eine tolle Größe. Wir waren mit 4 Generationen in diesen Haus und jeder hat sich von klein bis groß sehr wohl gefühlt, und jeder hatte seinen Platz. Kada smo tražili kuću za odmor ove godine, obratili smo se agenciji Zadarvillas s kojima smo već ljetovali. Preporučena nam je Villa Zizi u Vrsima kao baš posebna. I moram istaknuti da zaista je posebna. Vila se nalazi na malo izdvojenoj lokaciji, ali opet u neposrednoj blizini svega što vam je potrebno. Budući da ne volimo gužvu i pretrpane plaže u samom centru nekog mjesta, ova lokacija se pokazala kao pun pogodak. Istražili smo sve moguće uvale okrenute Velebitu i... We stayed for a week at Villa Julija and had the best week. The villa was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities you could possibly need. The location was great, a short walk to the beautiful marina with nice restaurant choices on the way and 2 shops within walking distance. The host was very accommodating with our late arrival after delays at the airport. Would definitely reccomend!!

Fantastic house, very clean and spacious!!! The swimming pool is amazing!! We had a very good time.

De accommodatie was nog groter dan op de foto’s. De eigenaresse was zo ontzettend vriendelijk, ze stuurde ons berichten over waar we konden eten en welke activiteiten er waren te doen in de omgeving. Het huisje was al gevuld met eten, drinken, handdoeken en alle schoonmaakbenodigdheden. Als we wat nodig hadden konden we zelfs een berichtje sturen. Het zwembad is verwarmd en het huisje is voorzien van airco in elke ruimte.

We had a wonderful time in Martinas fantastic house: It has a traditional style, high quality facilities, every room has its own bath which makes it perfect for families or groups, and of course the pool is just a dream. You really don’t need to leave the house to find relaxation at the pool or under an olive-tree ;). I especially want to thank the Zadarvillas team and Ivana, the owner of Villa Trabakul! They are a very professional and very helpful team who always responded very quickly to our many questions both during the reservation and during our stay. We were wonderfully welcomed by owner Ivana when we arrived, with a lot of kindness, she even prepared a great welcome buffet! She lives not far from the house and is ready to help throughout our stay!

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 7 Freunden im Alter von 20 Jahren 10 Nächte in der Villa. Der Vermieter war super. Er kam zur Übergabe und ging mit uns kurz das Haus durch. Danach ließ er uns unsere Privatsphäre und kündigte sich immer frühzeitig an, wenn er zum Poolreinigen kam (nur 2 mal in den 11 Tagen). Ani und Henri haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und standen uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat während unseres Aufenthaltes zur Seite. Der Check-In ebenso wie der Check-Out gestalteten sich als äußerst unkompliziert und beide haben alle Einrichtungen der Villa ausführlich gezeigt. We had a wonderful stay at the Villa – it was everything we hoped for and more. The Villa, courtyard, and pool are beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. The hosts were very welcoming and even surprised us with fresh fruit a couple of times during our stay. I would highly recommend this Villa to anyone looking for the perfect balance of relaxation and exploring the beauty of Zadar County.

Das Haus ist in einer idealen Lage um Ruhe zu haben, aber man ist auch schnell in Zadar (mit dem Auto 10 Minuten). Das Haus entspricht den Bildern und Tomislav ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sollten wir wieder in Zadar Urlaub machen, immer wieder in diesem schönen Haus.
