We were lucky enough to spend a very nice week in this wonderful place on the Croatian coast. First, I would like to write about our hosts. We were lucky to meet a very friendly and straightforward young couple. They are kind, direct, smiling and very helpful! We could communicate in English and German. I especially want to thank the Zadarvillas team and Ivana, the owner of Villa Trabakul! They are a very professional and very helpful team who always responded very quickly to our many questions both during the reservation and during our stay. We were wonderfully welcomed by owner Ivana when we arrived, with a lot of kindness, she even prepared a great welcome buffet! She lives not far from the house and is ready to help throughout our stay!

The villa is great. A mit of Space and Highlight is the entertainment floor and wellness area. You can easily spend a day there during cloudy days. BBQ area is also spacious and nice.

One less attractive thing is the location. The town itself has nothing to mention and it’s really in the countryside, so 30-40 mins driving to the nearest sea. Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche in diesem Haus verbracht. Die Bilder sprechen für sich - alles ist genau so, wie abgebildet. Es gibt für jeden "Sonnenstand" die passende Sitzmöglichkeit im Außengelände, sodass man mit der Sonne oder dem Schatten (je nach Bedarf) umziehen kann. Die Lage und der Blick aufs Wasser sind super. 2 families (8 people) have had a fantastic week in Villa Mare. Every need was catered for and there were lots of little extra touches which made all the difference. Toni is an excellent host, we can't thank him enough. The accommodation is perfect, lovely and clean and we wanted for nothing. We were very sad to leave!

HI, we visited the villa on August 22. A group of 12 people. It was a wonderful accommodation including equipment. The owner was very helpful and willing. I can warmly recommend for accommodation a party of good friends who will enjoy this beautiful house. I have nothing to complain about - I definitely recommend it. Karel

A really spacious villa with everything you could need. A lovely view and chilled atmosphere around the heated pool. Hosts are very friendly and villa was spotless. Supermarket only a 75m walk, which is very convenient!

Een heel mooi, modern en comfortabel huis. Heerlijk terras met zwembad en alles super schoon. Ruime hoeveelheid aan equipment. Centrale maar toch heel rustige liggen en een heel hartelijke ontvangst van de behulpzame gastvrouw.

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa war Klasse. Es ist alles wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Die Gastgeber sind nett und hilfsbereit. Zadar is eine schöne Stadt. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen. Von mir 5 Sterne

Ein wunderschönes Haus, in dem wir uns von Anfang an wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, modern und umpfangreich ausgestattet. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und konnten uns jederzeit mit jedem Anliegen an den Eigentümer Toni wenden, der immer hilsbereit war. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten in Zadar und auch die Nationalparks Paklenica, Plitvice und Krka sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dem Haus und einen... Konumu harika çok sakin sessiz biryerde, denize çok yakın. Sahibi Tatijana harika bir insan.

The villa was very clean with homemade food and fully prepared.  Villa very modern with all equipment prepared stove oven, microwave, refrigerator, TV, internet, air condition .. Etc and everything you need.  Swimming pool was very clean with a filter also was table tennis and grill in Garten and much more.  The location of this villa is very nice.  What was very important the owner of the villa was full friendly uncomplicated very nice contact also he was very helpful he... Alles hat zur überdurchschnittlichen Zufriedenheit geführt. Die Gastgeberin war jederzeit für Anliegen erreichbar, bereits bei der Ankunft hat sie Gastgeschenke bereitgehalten, im Laufe der Woche folgten noch Kirschen aus dem eigenen Garten und Wein. Alles versprochene wurde eingehalten und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit erfüllen, das Haus ist sehr gepflegt. Die Bilder im Internet haben genau das gezeigt wie es dort ist.
