An absolutely well designed whole house. With so many space on it. Spotless clean. Definitely will come back again.

Sehr schöne Villa in absolut ruhiger Lage. Wer weg vom Massentourismus will ist hier genau richtig. Tolle Sommerküche direkt am Pool. Im ganzen gesehen aber eine sehr gute Erfahrung!

Unterkunft, genauso, wie auf den Bildern. Moderne, neue Einrichtung! Alles in mehr als ausreichender Menge vorhanden (Teller, Besteck, etc.) Staub oder ähnliches sucht man vergebens, es war sehr sauber! Die Unterkunft wird über Zadar Appartments verwaltet, die eigentlichen Vermieter wohnen direkt hinter dem Ferienhaus. Sie standen immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite! Wir haben als Familie einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Villa Iris verbringen dürfen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber und auch der Housekeeperin Martha lief super. Martha gab uns einige Tipps für Ausflüge oder Restaurants die alle absolut toll waren. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und es fehlt an nichts, toller Pool schöner Ausblick. Auch die Gegend ist sehr schön ruhig nicht so touristisch (was uns sehr gut gefallen hat) und man kann verschiedene Ausflüge... Rolf W., August 25th, 2022

The handover was done on time. We were on arrival in a constant exchange via WhatsApp with the owners. The communication in advance was always very helpful, personable and all questions were dealt with in the short term. The house is very well furnished, the 4 bedrooms are large and there is a bathroom next to the common area on the ground floor (open kitchen, dining area and living room) on each floor. Wir waren in Juni 2023 als Familie in der Villa XO. Die Hausbesitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Parkplätze sind überdacht und das Haus genau so, wie man es auf den Fotos sehen kann. Alles wie neu! Es gibt draußen eine Gasgrill und in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht (Wasserkocher, Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine, Töpfe, etc.) Die Klimaanlage hat ebenfalls gut funktioniert und ist in jedem Schlafzimmer individuell einstellbar. Die Außenanlagen mit Pool , sehr schön. Ideal für uns mit 2 Hunden da das Gelände mit einer hohen Mauer bzw. einem Zaun umschlossen war. Wir hatten das ganze Haus für uns. Die obere Wohnung , sehr schön. Die untere Wohnung bedarf einiger Renovierungsarbeiten . Im Großen und Ganzen aber ok

Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend hatte uns bei der Ankunft kalte Getränke bereitgestellt schöner Pool und Riesen Außenanlage

Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen in der Villa NOA verbracht. Das Haus und der Pool sind wunderschön. Der Besitzer hat sich perfekt um uns gekümmert und die zahlreichen Tips waren auch super. Die Kinder wollten garnicht mehr nach Hause fahren. Danke nochmal für alles…

The villa was incredible, hosts were lovely, and I am very happy to recommend this villa! The rooms were perfectly sized and the outdoor area was great, we bbq’d every night!

Wir sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit von den Vermieter betreut worden. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail erbaut worden und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wer Entspannung und Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig! Ein Auto ist dringend nötig da sich in der Nähe nur ein kleiner Laden befindet! Wir können es nur empfehlen... und haben bereits für nächstes Jahr gebucht

Villa Moki enjoys a peaceful location near Benkovac which means that the necessary shops, such as the bakery, are close by. Several beaches and popular coastal towns, including Biograd na Moru, are within a 20-minute drive, making the location truly fantastic. The Villa itself is very comfortable, new and clean. This is a house to slow down and become holiday feeling. Martina is the perfect host, always available, friendly and helpful. The offered meal, the wine, oil and all other things are great, tasting fine and delicious. We had the luck to be part of the grill season in the „grill house“, which was extraordinary.

The owners are really welcoming and helpful. The villa is located directly in a croatia village, not in any holiday village. This in my opinion very nice, because you have a your peace.

The hostess is very helpful and friendly. The house is beautiful and perfect for 9 people. We were there with three families in total and felt really comfortable. The house offers everything your heart desires. It is remote. It is also very centrally located, meaning you never have to travel far anywhere. We will definitely come back.

A lovely house in the peaceful countryside 15-20 minutes outside of Zadar. You are surrounded by grapes vines and olive trees, and the outdoor space inlcudes a ping pong table, bocce, and best of all a pool. Small supermarkets are within a 5 minutes drive. Watch out for sheep on the roads! The host and her family made us feel very welcome. Dont miss the opportunity to taste their wine.

We had a delightful stay in Villa Tatijana. The villa was perform for our 2 families (4 adults, 4 children), loads of space and the pool brilliant especially when the weather was so hot (and the villa aircon very welcome). The location is great, being a few steps from the sea and about 1km along a quiet road to the harbour with several restaurants and bars. I would recommend having a car to get around further, including getting from the ferry terminal and to a supermarket of a decent size... Ian M., August 4th, 2022
