Wir waren einfach nur begeistert. Wir sind sehr herzlich empfangen wurden und es entstand sofort eine Kroatisch-Deutsche Freundschaft. Unser Vermieter war jeder Zeit erreichbar für Auskünfte und war sehr hilfsbereit. Dank ihm hatten wir das Glück Zadar auch anders zu erleben. :-) Das Haus ist sehr sauber und individuell eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. The handover was done on time. We were on arrival in a constant exchange via WhatsApp with the owners. The communication in advance was always very helpful, personable and all questions were dealt with in the short term. The house is very well furnished, the 4 bedrooms are large and there is a bathroom next to the common area on the ground floor (open kitchen, dining area and living room) on each floor. The villa delivered everything it promised. Very modern, well-kept and clean house. The owners are very nice and even welcome you with drinks and small snacks. The outdoor area is great with a great pool, a charcoal grill and even a music box (Bluetooth). We would have loved to stay much longer.

Von Anfang an ein perfekter Urlaub: Marija und Ihre Familie sind perfekte Gastgeber - immer ansprechbar, hilfsbereit und super nett. Die Finca sehr schön- wie in der Beschreibung: Pool mit Lounge-Bereich super zum Relaxen & Spaß haben. Finca sehr sauber und alles da, was man braucht. We do not usually write reviews but happy to do after such a wonderful stay. Great host - very helpful and family who owned made us feel very welcome- ideal location for us as we wanted to see zadar/ split, the coast and parks but need a car which we had Wonderful house with very well maintained pool- accommodation on 2 levels each with own kitchen and bathrooms with upstairs ideal for our teenagers - many thanks again and hope to return to Croatia some time soon and would be happy to... The villa offers an unique experience, a natural stone and wood house with individual character, an exclusive pool and a huge garden full of olive trees, wine, paprika, tomatoes and much more. The guests are allowed to take fruits from the garden. The owner respects the privacy, they always ask for allowance in advance before they enter the estate to manage the garden. They are very kind and try to help in any matter.

Super schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Die Kommunikation hat sehr gut geklappt und wir konnten schon vor der Check-in Zeit in die Unterkunft.

A really spacious villa with everything you could need. A lovely view and chilled atmosphere around the heated pool. Hosts are very friendly and villa was spotless. Supermarket only a 75m walk, which is very convenient!

Ett rymligt och privat boende med jättefin trädgård. Nära till fantastiska badmöjligheter och livsmedelsbutik. Kan rekommendera detta till en stor familj eller ett större sällskap!

Wir würden bei der Anreise von den Vermietern sehr herzlich empfangen. Durften auch schon vor 16 Uhr ins Haus. Es war alles vorhanden also auch Sachen wie Spülmittel, Waschmittel, Spüllappen sowie Essig Öl Salz. Zum Empfang stand eine Platte mit Schinken und Käse und Wein im Kühlschrank. Die Vermieter waren jederzeit erreichbar. Wir haben die Tage an dem schönen Pool sehr genossen. Zur Straße kann ich sagen das ich sehr empfindlich bin.

The villa is two apartments which as a family was great as we shared everything. Spacious rooms and very clean. The pool is the real cherry on the cake though. Everything is within walking distance and the area was just getting busier towards the end of our week. Our transport arranged by Tomislav was really good do I fully recommend Kreso, he was so helpful and gave fair prices too. Great week all round and the weather was fabulous too!

Der Aufenthalt war äußerst entspannt und das Haus war perfekt ausgestattet. Durch viele kleine Details fühlte man sich herzlich willkommen. Der Pool hat an warmen Tagen für Erfrischung gesorgt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The Villa is very quiet a bit outside of the center. Beautiful, spacious outdoor area with front and back terrace + sitting area (large dining table) right in front of the house - sea view ️. There are enough umbrellas, umbrellas and seat/lounge chairs (some in the garden shed). The barbecue area is well laid out and has a very convenient outdoor sink and a lot of counter space all around. Die Villa ist sehr schön und hat einen super ausgestatteten Garten. Es gibt eine Essecke draußen die überdacht ist, mit einem richtig schönen Grillofen daneben. Für Kinder gibt es eine Schaukel und ein Trampolin. Der Pool ist ebenfalls sehr schön.

We had a fantastic week-long stay at this villa! The home was impeccably clean and exceeded our expectations. The owner, Mr. Surać, gave us a wonderful welcome with a plate of charcuterie and cheese, a bottle of white wine, and some refreshing cold drinks. The house itself is spacious, modern, and comfortable, equipped with everything you could possibly need for a great time with family or friends. Tolles Haus, die Bilder sind genauso wie es im Echt aussieht. Sehr ruhige Lage, vielleicht fast zu ruhig.
