Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Tia war sehr angenehm und uns hat es im Haus an nichts gefehlt. Falls doch mal etwas nicht gepasst hat war nur eine kurze Whatsapp an den Gastgeber Roman nötig und das Problem wurde geklärt. Auch trotz der Tatsache das die Villa direkt an einer Hauptstraße liegt (Pool liegt auf der anderen Seite der Straße, also: Straße -> Haus -> Pool), ist es im und ums Haus sehr ruhig, nur die ab uns zu startende Flugzeuge vom Zadar Airport... Amazing, cozy place in a peaceful village! It has a beautiful garden area and delicious home grew fruit and vegetables. We (and our kids) loved the pool! The host brought us tasty homemade wine and liquor. Would love to come back!

Voor wie rust en ruimte zoekt - weg van de drukke kustplaatsen - is dit een heel fijn vakantiehuis. De uitrusting van de woning is compleet, de tuin zeer goed verzorgd en het zwembad bijzonder aangenaam. Maar bovenal is de gastvrijheid van de eigenaar fantastisch. We werden ontvangen met kaas en vleeswaren, en gedurende ons verblijf regelmatig voorzien van vers fruit en eieren. Wir, zwei Erwachsene, waren 2 Wochen bei Lucija zu Gast. Wie wurden sehr herzlich und gastfreundlich empfangen. Man kommt an und denkt sich einfach nur „Wowww“. Das Inserat und die Bilder geben 1:1 wieder was man vor Ort vorfindet. Wir haben eine sehr großzügige Wurst und Käseplatte und einen Wein zum Einstieg bereit gestellt bekommen. Thanks a lot. We enjoyed our stay at Villa Peter. Booking, payement and access were easy. The Villa is increadible (well equiped, pool and poolhouse splendid) and our hosts very nice. She was available for any question. Thanks a lot !

Like a 4 star hotel, modern, clean, comfortable.

We loved swimming in the pool, spent many hours there. We loved the big kitchen and dining room upstairs for our large group. We loved having AC in the bedrooms downstairs. We liked having the large grill available to us as well. The villa was a great place to hang out at all day but also a great location to go explore the surrounding areas.

Really nice villa, well maintained and clean, on top of the hill (or close enough) overlooking the sea (you cannot actually see the Adriatic) The closest beach is circa 10 mins walk, but you don't have to hurry, as the swimming pool is big enough, especially for kids (we had three, and to be fair, they didn't want to go to the beach) Ample parking for three cars. The villa is a 15 minute drive to the centre of Zadar and the same to the small town of Nin (Uber also readily available if you’re without a hire car). The location itself is very quiet, but, there are plenty of small supermarkets close by for provisions, and it feels safe at all times. The hosts were excellent. Das Haus ist nur zu empfehlen. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Alleinlage mit atemberaubender Aussicht aufs Meer. Man ist in 3 Gehminuten am eigenen kleinen Strand. Ein Traum!!!

Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen und die Gastgeber sind äußerst zuvorkommend. Alles Perfekt!

family of 8 (7 adults 1 child) had a fantastic 10 nights stay end of July. Goran our host met us there and is very informative and friendly. Villa is lovely and clean, spacious and fully equipped. The pool was clean and refreshing after long and busy days out. What impressed us is the free gallons of drinking water Goran provided, a godsend on hot days. The area is a bit remote but you need a car to travel anywhere in Croatia so no problems. Visited the amazing Krka and Plitvice waterfalls,... Brenda A., August 6th, 2019

Von ddr Übdrnahme bis zur Übergsbe war alles super. Nela konnte uns für jegliches Anliegen schnell weiterhelfen. Die Villa hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Das grillieren hat bei diesem Grill richtig spass gemacht. Das Haus hat sämtliche Ausstattung die man sich wünschen kann. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Alles hat uns gefallen. Zadar ist in ca 20-25 min erreichbar. Auch ein grosser Einkaufszentrum ist ist in unmittelbarer nähe. Wir... Alessandro Mastroianni, July 4th, 2024

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem Haus. Wir waren 5 Erwachsene und hatten genügend Platz. Die Terasse und der Pool waren das Highlight. Alles da was man braucht. Das Grundstück ist umzäunt und somit konnte unser kleiner Hund frei herumlaufen. Insgesamt ein gelungener Urlaub. Würden wir nochmal buchen. A und I.Deis

Sweet apartments with an amazing pool and chill area. We loved the old, rustic interior style and enjoyed our stay very much. Marino is entitled to be a super host! 

We had a fantastic stay and will likely return shortly! The hosts were extremely nice, the house very clean, with good furniture, good beds and a very nice pool (which our host kept very clean). The beach is 5 minutes by car, small groceries and Maslenica as well. We really enjoyed every minute of our stay. We even had two small turtles in the garden, perfect for my daughter!

Cozy house, the furnishings correspond to the photos. The area and the house are very lovingly laid out. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the beach from Biograd. In Benkovac there are several supermarkets.

The villa offers an unique experience, a natural stone and wood house with individual character, an exclusive pool and a huge garden full of olive trees, wine, paprika, tomatoes and much more. The guests are allowed to take fruits from the garden. The owner respects the privacy, they always ask for allowance in advance before they enter the estate to manage the garden. They are very kind and try to help in any matter.
