Villa Nebesi is magnificent, in a very peaceful countryside about 15 minutes from the sea. The region is magnificent. The villa is very well decorated, the swimming pool is pleasant and the pool house with fridge is a real plus. The owner is very friendly and always ready to give good advice. I highly recommend … we will definitely go back!

This villa was amazing! The house was beautiful and clean. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. Goran was there whenever we needed him. The outside area is amazing. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t play along for some of the weekend, so the heated pool didn’t work out for us. We would absolutely stay there again! Was a joy staying here!

We had a wonderful week at this villa. The owners seem to be a bit new to hosting but were so quick to respond to any questions and requests. They are very eager to please! Which was wonderful! Our first night we asked if there were any fans in the property as we were there during a scorching heat wave. Within an hour, three brand new fans were delivered to make us comfortable. Wir waren 10 Tage in der Villa und haben es sehr genossen. Der große Pool und die Außenküche sorgen dafür, dass man eigentlich nur draußen ist. Alles sehr sauber und neu. Klimaanlage in fast jedem Zimmer. Insgesamt wirklich perfekt. Wer aber einen Strand-Urlaub möchte, sollte ein anderes Objekt wählen, welches näher am Strand ist.

Wir können die Villa nur weiterempfehlen! Es war alles perfekt. Sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und ausreichend Platz. Der Pool wurde ebenso täglich gereinigt. Die Villa befindet sich außerhalb von Pakostane, in Vrana. Den Massentourismus bekommt man überhaupt nicht mit. Martina (Hausbesitzerin) hat für uns an einem Abend Abendessen gekocht. Skabrnja is 25 minutes by car from Zadar. It's a cozy little village and gives you an impression of rural life in Croatia. The house is really nice and the premises was spotless and very well maintained. The best of all, however, was our host Ana. We couldn't be more happy with her. When we arrived at the house she had prepared a ham and cheese plate for us. There was water in the fridge and chocolate for the kids. She also took an effort in helping with all our requests. Top... Wir durften die Villa „La Aurora“ eine Woche genießen. Schon bei der Ankunft war alles top vorbereitet, das Haus angenehm heruntergekühlt, im Kühlschrank erwarteten uns eine große Melone und 5 Liter Wasser. Die Villa wurde neu erbaut und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so im Urlaub benötigt. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und dabei trotzdem unaufdringlich. Die Unterkunft ist genau so schön wie auf den Fotos und super für Freundesgruppen geeignet. Die Aufteilung und Einrichtung ist sehr schön, der Wintergarten ist ideal für abends. Zu den Supermärkten und nach Zadar ist es nicht weit. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen :-)

Quelle superbe maison, confortable, moderne et très bien équipée !! La réalité est encore mieux que la description. L'accueil sur place a été excellent, du check-in au départ. A part un wifi parfois un peu capricieux, tout était vraiment parfait. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Super schöne Location!

Der Aufenthalt war überragend! Ein super schönes Haus mit allem was man brauch. Da steckt die Liebe im Detail, es wurde an alles gedacht. Auch der Besitzer ist super nett und hat uns sogar bekocht an einem Tag. Wir werden aufjedenfall wieder kommen :-)

Very nice, modern house, very clean and well maintained. So far the villa was best equipped (kitchenware, cooking ingredients, cleaning, washing) we have ever been. Quiet location with very few tourists, but very close to Nin and Zadar. We appreciated the sandy beach and swallow water at the Ljubac beach and also the dog beach just 15min walk from the house.

The house with the pool was really nice. The beds were really comfortable, you could sleep very well! Well air-conditioned rooms! You had a lot of space and a lot of peace and quiet! Es war für uns als Familie ein sehr schöner Urlaub, das Haus ist sehr sauber gewesen und voll ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht, der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Top Vermieter immer erreichbar und alle Fragen beantwortet. Hat sich die Zeit genommen und uns die Gegend gezeigt, dank Ihm hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub, immer wieder gerne.

Wir waren 11 Erwachsene und konnten dank des schlechten Wetter das Haus super ausnutzen. Whirlpool, Sauna, Fitness und Tischtennis für jeden was dabei . Toller Aufenthalt! Für größere Gruppen sehr empfehlenswert.

Die Villa Mediteran ist eine tolle Unterkunft, für alle, die Ruhe suchen und gerne ein eigenes Pool genießen möchten. Dieses ist supersauber, der Gastgeber sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Der Strand ist zu Fuß leicht zu erreichen und nicht überfüllt, man kann Tretboote und SUPs ausborgen (gegen Gebühr). Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man den Touristenmassen ausweichen möchte. The house was very spacious with a great variety of accommodations. The location was also very nice, it is close to the supermarket and the center of town. Taking one of the bikes on top of the hills is also a must. The view is amazing.

The house is very beautiful and we were welcomed with great sympathy. the place is calm and silent and you can take advantage of the pool easily. A villa that I recommend to everyone. Paolo
