We would like to say that this villa is a very great way to spend your holiday next to the crowded city of Zadar - you can spend pleasant time with your family and friends, where you have a private swimming pool for yourself, completely prepared for guests. Super Haus. Alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Mietwagen sollte vorhanden sein. Kontakt sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. 5*

Die Villa war modern und es war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Der Pool war beheizt und von der Größe sehr angenehm. Der Host war immer erreichbar und hat uns am ersten Tag direkt Tipps gegeben zum Essen und feiern.

Wir würden bei der Anreise von den Vermietern sehr herzlich empfangen. Durften auch schon vor 16 Uhr ins Haus. Es war alles vorhanden also auch Sachen wie Spülmittel, Waschmittel, Spüllappen sowie Essig Öl Salz. Zum Empfang stand eine Platte mit Schinken und Käse und Wein im Kühlschrank. Die Vermieter waren jederzeit erreichbar. Wir haben die Tage an dem schönen Pool sehr genossen. Zur Straße kann ich sagen das ich sehr empfindlich bin.

Great host - very helpful and family who owned made us feel very welcome- ideal location for us as we wanted to see zadar/ split, the coast and parks but need a car which we had Wonderful house with very well maintained pool- accommodation on 2 levels each with own kitchen and bathrooms with upstairs ideal for our teenagers - many thanks again and hope to return to Croatia some time soon and would be happy to... The rent was great as everything you need was available for a perfect stay. The house is around half an hour driving of the principal's spot to visit. You will be in the middle of a small village. The house was extra clean. Good flexibility from the owner for the check-in hour. Ivana the owner was very kind, available and reactive to all our questions. Thanks for your great welcome!

Wow. Was für ein Haus, was für tolle Gastgeber. Aber der Reihe nach: Wir sind mit 6 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern (14/15) gereist. Wir mögen es, wenn unser Ferienhaus einzigartig und liebevoll gestaltet ist. Das Haus hatte wirklich alles. Einen tollen Pool, eine Tischtennisplatte, Billard, eine Karaoke-Anlage in der alten Taverne (Im Winter ist der Teil eine charmante Konoba), Massage-Sessel uvm. Die Villa ist schön und sauber. Der Pool ist klasse. Der Garten lädt zum relaxen ein. Die Eigentümer sind sehr zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen. War ein super Aufenthalt.

Das Haus verfügt über 2 große geräumige Wohnungen die jeweils top ausgestattet sind. Besonders hervorzuheben sind der makellose Zustand und die Sauberkeit von Haus, Pool und Garten! Fußläufig ist alles was man für einen perfekten Urlaub braucht erreichbar (Bäckerei, Restaurants, Zentrum,Strände, etc.) Wer es etwas ruhiger haben möchte steigt ins Auto und erreicht in ca 15 Minuten ruhigere Strände mit keiner Infrastruktur. We had a wonderful time in villa moki. It was just like the pictures. Really clean. Especially the pool which was spotless. We loved the outdoor living area and fire. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Great spot, nice and quiet but close enough to be able to adventure out. The one down side was that we had to leave at the end of the week.

This villa was amazing! The house was beautiful and clean. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. Goran was there whenever we needed him. The outside area is amazing. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t play along for some of the weekend, so the heated pool didn’t work out for us. We would absolutely stay there again! Was a joy staying here!

Tolles Haus mit wirklich guter Ausstattung, die Lage ist ganz gut und sie Kommunikation war hervorragend;) kann man wirklich nur empfehlen.

family of 8 (7 adults 1 child) had a fantastic 10 nights stay end of July. Goran our host met us there and is very informative and friendly. Villa is lovely and clean, spacious and fully equipped. The pool was clean and refreshing after long and busy days out. What impressed us is the free gallons of drinking water Goran provided, a godsend on hot days. The area is a bit remote but you need a car to travel anywhere in Croatia so no problems. Visited the amazing Krka and Plitvice waterfalls,... Brenda A., August 6th, 2019
