This villa is perfect for a peaceful getaway, though within 10 minutes of a small town (Benkovac) that has a number of good restaurants. Sopot was a bit too rustic. Pizzeria Milonga was amazing (medium pizzas are just fine - the jumbo ones are HUGE!), but our favourite was Konoba Niko which was the friendliest and had the best food. The villa is fairly new, and Goran, the owner, met us on arrival. He also got us some provisions as we didnt actually get there until around 11.30pm. The pool is... , August 14th, 2018

Villa Molaris is a 5 star villa , it is ultra clean, has a great layout, amazing outside area and beautiful clean and luxurious pool and a huge parking area too which is useful if you have 2 cars. The villa really is beautiful and has everything you need. We have stayed in a lot of villas in the past 10 years and this one is the best of them all. Hallo zusammen, Die Bilder täuschen nicht. Wir konnten eine Stunde früher einchecken als angegeben. Bei der Ankunft waren wir von der Umgebung und dem Haus überwältigt. Die Vermieter haben uns eine ausführliche Hausführung gegeben und uns anschließend mit kroatischen Delikatessen (zwei Vesperplatten) und sowohl Bier als auch alkoholfreien Getränken empfangen. We spent a great time in a beautiful, modern and well equipped villa (fully air-conditioned) in a very quiet village (about 25 minutes - by car - from Zadar city. Apart from the spacious terrace with various chairs and loungers, the pool and the huge fig tree, the outdoor kitchen is the absolute highlight. Fully furnished, including a BBQ and a large table, this was the central area of everyday life. The landlord family lives right next door, was very friendly and took excellent care of us.... This holiday was amazing, the hosts were brilliant communicators, they looked after us so well. The house was very clean, very well equipped and there was many extra touches. The Hosts were the best we have encountered. They helped us find restaurants, local events, book things, they even made us breakfast on a couple of occasions. I would wholeheartedly recommend this villa. We were made to feel very welcome and I cannot recomend this accomodation enough!

Dieses Haus hat für uns keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Eine hochwertige Ausstattung, sei es von der Küchenausstattung bis hin zu jedem Zimmer in diesem Haus. Jedes Zimmer hat einen Fernseher und auch eine Klimaanlage. Auch die Bäder sind Tip Top und modern. Auch hier wurde nicht gespart an der Verarbeitung. Preis Leistung sind hier voll erfüllt. Wir waren zum ersten Mal in der Villa Silentium und äußerst zufrieden. Es war sauber und alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Das Ferienhaus ist ruhig gelegen und hat einen eigenen Pool. Die Gastgeberin ist äußerst nett und hat uns auch während des Urlaubs auf Nachfrage tolle Tipps gegeben. Wir können das Haus absolut empfehlen.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Gastgeber waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Objekt ist stilvoll und passend eingerichtet.... Leider etwas im Inland, dafür aber für einen sehr guten Preis.

We had the place to ourselves and booked 10 nights in the villa with its own pool. What a great find. The villa was very clean and spacious. Great pool and well looked after. The villa was very clean and tidy and again the main pool was clean and plenty of sunbeds. it was quiet and peaceful with a good sun aspect at all times of day. The Villa was located in Benkovac. A really spacious villa with everything you could need. A lovely view and chilled atmosphere around the heated pool. Hosts are very friendly and villa was spotless. Supermarket only a 75m walk, which is very convenient!

This property is quite superb. The villa is very clean and well equipped. There are comfortable living spaces and the bedrooms were lovely. Every bedroom has an ensuite. When we arrived we were welcomed by Mia’s mum and dad. There was a roaring fire in the grate. We had no hired car so Mia’s dad very kindly took us down to Zadar to the car rental place. Es war wirklich ein tolles Haus. Es war alles da was wir brauchten. Wir hatten 4 Kinder dabei die den Pool liebten. Sie konnten laut sein und Spaß haben ohne jemanden zu stören.
