Wunderschöne, renovierte Villa mit top Ausstattung! Der Pool ist sehr groß und sauber. Die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

If you are looking for a home away from home this is a great place to go. Situated in a quiet rural village, great for some quiet relaxation by the pool whilst enjoying amazing views. We were two families traveling together and it was fantastic for the children, they had a great time in the pool and also had plenty of space to play in the garden area, as well as there being a trampoline and swing set. Von der Anreise, über den Aufenthalt bis hin zur Abreise war alles super. Wir hatten in der ersten Nacht zwar ein kleines Problem worum sich aber direkt gekümmert wurde. Es wurde auch am nächsten Tag nochmal nachgefragt ob alles gut ist. Wir haben uns vor Ort sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen die Unterkunft weiter.

Sehr nette Vermieterin. Schlüsselübergabe unproblematisch. Grundsätzlich war alles sehr sauber. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit allen Geräten die man braucht. Sehr nette Nachbarn, die hin und wieder etwas aus dem Garten rüber geben. Man ist dort fern ab vom Trubel und kann wirklich die Ruhe genießen.

The villa is great. A mit of Space and Highlight is the entertainment floor and wellness area. You can easily spend a day there during cloudy days. BBQ area is also spacious and nice.

One less attractive thing is the location. The town itself has nothing to mention and it’s really in the countryside, so 30-40 mins driving to the nearest sea. We stayed in Villa Wave and it was beautifully decorated, the interior is gorgeous and the facilities were exceptional. The service through Zadar Villas was great, so helpful and our Rep Dino was brilliant, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We’ll be back again next year! :)

It was one our nicest holidays and a perfect house for the two weeks. Marija and Vrato make you feel like you are friends and just guests at there house! We can recommend it definitely!

This is a great house for a family holiday. The owner is very welcoming and makes you feel at home. The house has everything you need. The pool and hotub are fantastic and the outdoor entertainment area is lovely and relaxing to spend an evening (just remember to pack some mosquito repellent!). The neighborhood is quite as it's a good 30 minute walk from the centre.

Unser Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus war ausgezeichnet. Es ist mit allem nötigen ausgestattet und darüber hinaus waren Getränke und alle nötigen Haushalts und Pflegeartikel ausreichend vorhanden. Das Haus war blitzsauber und die Vermieter waren für alle Fragen schnell erreichbar und haben regelmäßig während des Aufenthalts den Pool und die Anlage gepflegt. First of all, we would like to thank the owners. They were very friendly and were always available when needed. Upon arrival, we received a very friendly welcome and there was a large fruit basket and drinks in the fridge. Thank you for that. Furthermore (although it may seem insignificant) detergent for the washing machine and dishwashing liquid for the dishwasher were freely available. Der Aufenthalt in dieser Villa hat sich echt gelohnt. Es liegt ein wenig außerhalb, der Vorteil ist, man hat seine Ruhe und mit einem Mietwagen konnten wir letztendlich alles erkunden und erreichen. Die Villa ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Tennisplatz hat sich auch bezahlt gemacht. Der Platz liegt super da und wir haben jeden Tag 2-3 Stunden gespielt. See you next year

Wir haben 10 wundervolle Tage in dieser Villa verbracht und unseren Aufenthalt von Anfang bis Ende genossen. Schon bei der Ankunft waren wir positiv überrascht, da die Villa unsere Erwartungen nicht nur erfüllt, sondern sogar übertroffen hat. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich außergewöhnlich: ein schöner Pool für entspannte Stunden, ein eigener Fitnessraum, Spielmöglichkeiten wie Tischtennis, Kicker und sogar ein kleiner Spielplatz für die Kinder.... Daniel und seine Familie waren großartige Gastgeber. Sie haben uns seightseeing-Tipps gegeben und uns alles im Haus gezeigt. Der Pool war perfekt gereinigt und wurde auch während unseres Aufenthaltes diskret gereinigt. Die Aussenküche sowie die vielen Sitzgelegenheiten rund um den Pool, haben wir sehr genossen. Die Städte Split und Zadar sind schnell erreichbar und sehr sehenswert.

Der Aufbau vom Haus, die Atmosphäre.. einfach alles war Top. Leider hat bei uns die nächtliche Beleuchtung am Pool gefehlt, aber sonst war es einfach traumhaft und entspannt. So viele Möglichkeiten hat man in dieser Villa.

Von ddr Übdrnahme bis zur Übergsbe war alles super. Nela konnte uns für jegliches Anliegen schnell weiterhelfen. Die Villa hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Das grillieren hat bei diesem Grill richtig spass gemacht. Das Haus hat sämtliche Ausstattung die man sich wünschen kann. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Alles hat uns gefallen. Zadar ist in ca 20-25 min erreichbar. Auch ein grosser Einkaufszentrum ist ist in unmittelbarer nähe. Wir... Alessandro Mastroianni, July 4th, 2024

We (family with teens) had a great holiday here and throughly enjoyed the peace and quiet, the location and the suburb quality of the villa. The host was exceptional and couldn't have been more helpful. Would throughly recommend this for a brilliant relaxing holiday!

What an amazing Villa, exactly as described, spotlessly clean. We were by met by owners Marinko and Anna who explained everything and were on hand for the whole stay. The view and the hottub went well with bottle wine left for us. Found a fabulous breakfast place really close, so reasonably priced. First day we walked from the villa to Zadar, but there are regular buses, beautiful place. Beach is at the bottom of the road with a few shops and few good restaurants. Villa, location and service... Sei es das Haus,die Umgebung oder unser Vermieter..wir haben absolut nichts auszusetzen. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und versuchen bald wieder zu kommen

We stayed for two weeks at the beginning of June with our 3 yr old son. We had a great time. The pool is the best we've had in the past 4 years of Villa holidays. So clean and whilst not heated it was the perfect temperature for splashing about in and cooling off. We all loved it. And, unlike most villas in Croatia, the pool is gated, so very safe for young children. A massive bonus for us. Tomislav is a fantastic host - very warm, friendly and accommodating. In 1 woord geweldig. De kinderen hebben enorm genoten van het zwembad en de grote tuin eromheen. Huis is erg ruim en schoon. wij verbleven er met 2 gezinnen en dit was super. Op loopafstand is een supermarkt oor de dagelijk. In de omgeving (Zadar) genoeg te beleven. Het huis zelf ligt in Galovac, iets buiten Zadar. Rustige buitenwijk. Villa Lubey - stunning views, great location and excellent hosts! Highly recommend! We arrived to Villa Lubey as a group of 8 adults and two infants. The villa is well equipped with 3 kitchens, washing machine, dishwasher and an outside bbq! Air conditioning throughout and a modern finish to all rooms. It was very clean and we were provided with cots and a highchair for the infants. The views from the outside pool are beautiful- sunsets are amazing and in the daytime you can see swallows...
