A really great stay. The accommodation is barrier-free, which was very beneficial for my father in his wheelchair. The house is on a large property, which is also completely wheelchair accessible. We really liked the pool with integrated stairs, the outdoor shower and the various outdoor seating areas. We also really appreciated the warm welcome from the landlady with a ham platter and ice cream, but we still had complete privacy on the property at all times. This was very important to us.... Unser Aufenthalt war spitze. Am meisten Genossen haben wir die Außenküche, mit Sitzgelegenheit an der wir alle 14 problemlos Platz fanden. Auch der Pool mit seinen ganzen Liegen war echt spitze. Das Haus ist super. Das Haus besteht aus 3 seperaten Wohnungen mit jeweils eigenständigen Küchen und Bädern. Wohnung 1, 1 Schlafzimmer 2P und 1 Schlafcouch 2P. A superb swimming pool and very well-maintained setting. Position very quiet, very welcoming hosts. Lots of accessible visits close to the house. We recommend!!!!

The villa delivered everything it promised. Very modern, well-kept and clean house. The owners are very nice and even welcome you with drinks and small snacks. The outdoor area is great with a great pool, a charcoal grill and even a music box (Bluetooth). We would have loved to stay much longer.

Das Haus ist in einer idealen Lage um Ruhe zu haben, aber man ist auch schnell in Zadar (mit dem Auto 10 Minuten). Das Haus entspricht den Bildern und Tomislav ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sollten wir wieder in Zadar Urlaub machen, immer wieder in diesem schönen Haus.

The villa and the swimming pool were absolutely perfect with all we needed but what was best is the welcoming from Jure and his family. Jure was very helpful and very kind from the first day with some things to eat and drink, a wonderfull lunch offered for the Assumption Day and olive oil as a souvenir when we leave. His mother was as well so nice with some figs for the breakfast. Thanks again for all you during our holidays, we will come back ????

The description of the house is corresponding to the reality. The house is confortable and very clean. The house has an exceptional view on the sea in front to Razanac. The owners of the house are very very frendly and kindly and they made our holiday special. We recommend this house and if in future we will come back in Razanac we would like to consider this house another time.

We had a great 7-night stay at Villa Rose. The villa is in a great location only 15-minute walk to the lovely historic town of Nin. We had a car for convenience, but everything is within walking distance. A number of great restaurants, shops, bakeries are on your doorstep.The villa itself is absolutely great; everything is as the photos. Wir haben unseren Urlaub in diesem sehr schönen, gepflegten Haus sehr genossen. Alles ist so wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Die Einrichtung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Perfekte Vermieter, sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich würde dieses Haus jeder Zeit weiterempfehlen.

Brand new house with the huge estate, big pool and equipped with everything you need for nice vacation: full kitchen, fridge, barbecue grill, a separate bathroom for each bedroom, air conditioning. Easily fits 8-10 people. Very quiet area but still not far from Biograd or Zadar. Great and very friendly owner. 100% recommendation

Everything was fine, we were 6 people and enjoyed every single day. A Marked for food and other things is only 3 minutes by walk away. A taxi to Zadar old town costs about 80 HRK. The owners were very Friendly and courteous. We would come back again

We are impressed with this facility. The villa has everything you need. The owners have thought of every detail. A charming place, peace and quiet and luxury. Beautiful interiors and beautiful views of the entire area. The owners are wonderful people. They are always at your disposal and to help. They are not intrusive, you can spend your vacation in privacy. I can certainly recommend this property. If I visit Croatia in the future, I will definitely come to Benkowac again

We were a party of 5, with three children age 17 down to 12. We had a fabulous stay in Villa Aurum. With incredible views to the sea and islands, it offered the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. We had such a wonderful holiday last year we had to return this summer. This is a very glamorous house in a beautiful setting, quiet and secluded yet near town. A lovely warm welcome from Lucija who made sure the house had everything we could need and left us supper. We felt very looked after and have returned relaxed and refreshed. Perfect holiday!

Wir hatten wunderschöne 14 Tage mit 2 Familien in der Villa. Sie ist modern und vollausgestattet. Marta und ihre Familie sind wunderbar herzlich. Sie standen uns per WhatsApp jederzeit zur Verfügung, beantworteten alle Fragen und empfingen uns am ersten Tag mit einer leckeren Vesperplatte und ein paar Getränken. Stayed in this villa for two weeks. Wonderfully quiet and away from all the hustle and bustle. The villa has a game room with a real table football game, pool table and table tennis table. There is also fast WiFi. The house itself is fully equipped, 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, 1 with bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Das Haus ist sehr schön und gepflegt, Pool wird jeden zweiten Tag gereinigt- ideal für Familien und Freunde Urlaub. Nur in einem Schlafzimmer gibt es ein großes Doppelbett, ansonsten nur 140 cm Betten. Wunderschöner kleiner Strand in ca 2 km Entfernung, auch für Familien mit kleinen Kindern geeignet. Traumhaftes Panorama auf die Berge. Sehr freundliche Besitzer und Nachbar.
