Wir, zwei Erwachsene, waren 2 Wochen bei Lucija zu Gast. Wie wurden sehr herzlich und gastfreundlich empfangen. Man kommt an und denkt sich einfach nur „Wowww“. Das Inserat und die Bilder geben 1:1 wieder was man vor Ort vorfindet. Wir haben eine sehr großzügige Wurst und Käseplatte und einen Wein zum Einstieg bereit gestellt bekommen. Alles völlig unkompliziert, sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Etwas abgelegen, doch dafür auch sehr ruhig und entspannt. Mit dem Auto erreicht man alles aber sehr zügig. Das Haus und die Pool sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Ein wirklich toller Ort um mit einer großen Gruppe Urlaub zu machen. Die Nähe zum Flughafen (10min) und auch die schönsten Strände (30min) in der Umgebung sind schnell erreicht. Außerdem hat man sehr viel Ruhe da es keine Nachbarn gibt. Der Vermieter ist wirklich sehr nett und zuvorkommend und hat uns an einem Abend auch lecker bekocht.

Huge villa with many amenities for families. The 2nd and 3rd floor are modern, clean and comfortable but the 1st floor could do with a little refresh, particularly the bedroom and bathroom closest to the pool. The pool and hot tub were lovely and well kept. The location of the villa is great for catching a bus to Zadar, next door to a large supermarket and a short walk to a pretty beach and town. Great communication with the owner.

Wir wurden empfangen mit Snacks und frischen Brötchen schon ca eine Stunde vor vereinbarten Check in da wir schneller als gedacht über die Grenze kamen. Das Haus ist toll ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit mit leider recht schlechten Wetter, konnten den Urlaub allerdings sehr genießen. Absolut zu empfehlen!

We wrapped up a week sailing and landed at Markos gorgeous home. Most perfect in every way. Thankyou Marko and family for a spotless, extremely relaxing stay. Perfect location to multiple national parks and Starigrad. We hope to return!!

Die Lounge mit einer komplett ausgestatteten Küche war perfekt! Ein Tommy Markt gleich nebenan, man hört aber gar nix. Das Personal war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit, uns wurde sogar Grillbesteck nachgebracht ????

In 1 woord geweldig. De kinderen hebben enorm genoten van het zwembad en de grote tuin eromheen. Huis is erg ruim en schoon. wij verbleven er met 2 gezinnen en dit was super. Op loopafstand is een supermarkt oor de dagelijk. In de omgeving (Zadar) genoeg te beleven. Het huis zelf ligt in Galovac, iets buiten Zadar. Rustige buitenwijk. Wel heb je een auto nodig om naar Zadar te gaan. Voor ons was dat geen probleem, wij waren met de auto. Auto is veilig op eigen terrein te parkeren. Ook erg... Souad. A, August 7th, 2021

We stayed in the villa for 10 days and it was amazing. It felt like our second home, there was nothing that we could fault. The owner was also great and was always on hand to answer any of our questions. He also helped arrange local trips. The location was excellent, close to the beach, walking distance to the bars and restaurants, but at the same time in a quiet area away from the overcrowded tourist area.

Wir (Familie mit drei Kindern) sind zum wiederholten Mal in der Villa Val und sind jedes Mal hellauf begeistert. Die Villa ist topp eingerichtet, man fühlt sich direkt wohl und der Blick von der Dachterrasse ist einfach wunderbar. Zentral gelegen erreichen wir alles fußläufig, sei es der Strand von Diklo oder die nächst gelegenen Restaurants. Die Gastgeber sind absolut liebenswürdig und sehr serviceorientiert, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

The villa was very clean with homemade food and fully prepared.  Villa very modern with all equipment prepared stove oven, microwave, refrigerator, TV, internet, air condition .. Etc and everything you need.  Swimming pool was very clean with a filter also was table tennis and grill in Garten and much more.  The location of this villa is very nice.  What was very important the owner of the villa was full friendly uncomplicated very nice contact also he was very helpful he... Wundervolle Villa. Da wir unsere beiden Hunde mit hatten, war es fantastisch, dass das Grundstück so groß und umzäunt war. Sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet und perfekt gepflegt. Wir haben bereits für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht. Es war super ruhig und im Grünen. Von dort konnte wir mit den Fahrrädern wunderschöne Ausflüge machen und waren in wenigen Minuten am Meer und in Rovinj mit dem Auto.

Unser Gastgeber (Djordje) war super nett, hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation hat super funktioniert. Das Haus war perfekt sauber, ich meine wirklich perfekt! Wir waren mit 2 Familien - insgesamt 9 Personen und 3 kleinen Hunden im Haus. Der Platz ist so großzügig, dass es einfach genial war, die Hunde konnten den ganzen Tag ums herum sein. We had a fantastic stay. Great property finished to a really high standard with everything you need. We enjoyed the spa room and the excellent pool and other facilities. Price was good too. Location was quiet but still close to Zadar and lots of nice beaches nearby.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a villa in Sveti Filip i Jakov, and it was an unforgettable experience for our family. Villa exceeded our expectations and provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing and fun-filled holiday with children. Weather was great, with over 35 degrees for the entire stay, hence the pool was ideal for such temperatures.
