Wir haben 10 wundervolle Tage in dieser Villa verbracht und unseren Aufenthalt von Anfang bis Ende genossen. Schon bei der Ankunft waren wir positiv überrascht, da die Villa unsere Erwartungen nicht nur erfüllt, sondern sogar übertroffen hat. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich außergewöhnlich: ein schöner Pool für entspannte Stunden, ein eigener Fitnessraum, Spielmöglichkeiten wie Tischtennis, Kicker und sogar ein kleiner Spielplatz für die Kinder.... A lot of care has been taken making this place feel like a home away from home. Everything was immaculately clean, easy to use and understand. The pool is refreshing and clean, with nice lights on until around midnight. There is a large TV, with access to Netflix, Disney, YouTube etc. WIFI is very good. The house is perfect for bigger groups, everyone still has enough privacy, also the view was beautiful, it was easy the communicate with the owners (they were also very nice!), it was a very good and fun trip for me and my friends :)

Nur unweit vom Ortskern liegt dieses schöne Haus in dem sich Gross und Klein wohlfühlen kann Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Nebesi. The property is very modern and was very clean and well kept. The views are stunning and the pool warm and inviting The best feature was the location, as long as you are after peace and quiet. All you could hear was the occasional cockerel or tractor going past. That said, it was close to the sea and shops. We were three families living there for a week and we absolutely loved the secluded location and the house. We almost never left the house since everything you need is there. There is a really nice poolhouse with a kitchen that we used all the time. We would all strongly recommend this house to friends and others and we wouldn’t be surprised if we return next year! Everything was fine, we were 6 people and enjoyed every single day. A Marked for food and other things is only 3 minutes by walk away. A taxi to Zadar old town costs about 80 HRK. The owners were very Friendly and courteous. We would come back again

We had a nice stay at the hotel of Tomislav. He was very friendly and helpful. We recommend the house to 100%. It was neat, clean and everything was there. If we had questions he answered quickly and gave suggestions for free time activities.

We loved swimming in the pool, spent many hours there. We loved the big kitchen and dining room upstairs for our large group. We loved having AC in the bedrooms downstairs. We liked having the large grill available to us as well. The villa was a great place to hang out at all day but also a great location to go explore the surrounding areas.

We stayed a week with our 3 children (9,8,6 years) in Villa Basil. We had a wonderful time! It was very hot during our stay, but there was air conditioning everywhere inside, so it was still nice and cool to sleep. Outside there were plenty of places to sit in the sun or the shade. The owners are very friendly. Smooth communication and the woman was so kind to provide water, juice and something tasty to eat upon our arrival. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und sehr zuvorkommend, kümmert sich um alles was man benötigt oder beanstandet. Das Haus ist sehr sauber innen sowie außen, super ausgestattet! Insgesamt der Perfekte Ort zum Entspannen und zum gemeinsamen Zeitvertreib.

Eine wunderschöne Villa , mit allem was man braucht um einen sehr schönen Urlaub zu verbringen. Die Lage ist phantastisch, keine direkten Nachbarn...falls es mal ein bisschen lauter wird beim toben im Pool . Wir hatten unseren Hund mit , er hat es glaub ich auch sehr genossen, außer an diese Wärme , da musste er sich erst daran gewöhnen. We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in dit mooie, schone huis met zwembad en grote tuin. Voorzien van wasmachine, oven, magnetron, vriezer. Slaapkamers met grote kasten. Zwembad heeft een douche. In het buitenhuis/bijgebouw is een buitendouche en wc en een overkapping met lange tafel met banken. Ligstoelen, schommelstoel, zitjes. Er is altijd wel een goed plekje te vinden. Wij hadden van alles bij ons, maar laat alles thuis. Van wattenstaafjes tot aluminiumfolie, verzin het...het was aanwezig. Wij huren al een aantal jaar via HomeAway vakantiewoningen maar zo’n compleet huis hebben we nog niet eerder gehad. Wel jammer dat er geen weegschaal was, maar tijdens je vakantie moet je je ook niet wegen

Just what we wanted! Silence Relaxation and comfort, walking distance to the sea! Very clean! Very nice homeowner! Wonderful restaurants and shopping within walking distance Everyone was happy!!!!

Eine perfekte Villa! Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder. Toller Garten mit Pool und Tischtennistisch, super Dachterasse mit Jacuzzi und Meerblick, 4 Schlafzimmer mit Bad, ..... einfach alles da. Die Vermieter sind super nett und für jede Frage offen. Wir haben viele tolle Tipps für Restaurants und Strände bekommen. Mit dem Bus sind es ca 10 Minuten bis Zadar. Bars und Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Wirklich SEHR EMPFEHLENSWERT!

The house is amazing. It's beautiful and stylishly furnished, very clean, has all the amenities needed, and is perfect for two couples or a family with kids. The garden has a wonderful pool, sun lounges, a trampoline, swings, a ping-pong table, and a great bbq and outdoor lounge with a fireplace. The location is away from noisy cities in the hills, incredibly quiet, and a good base to explore the region. The owner is incredibly helpful with everything you'd want to know or need for... Das Haus ist wirklich toll. Nicht nur von der Einrichtung her sondern auch von der Lage. Man ist wirklich für sich alleine. Der Eigentümer ist sehr sehr nett und die Kommunikation hat problemlos geklappt (in Englisch).
