We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in dit mooie, schone huis met zwembad en grote tuin. Voorzien van wasmachine, oven, magnetron, vriezer. Slaapkamers met grote kasten. Zwembad heeft een douche. In het buitenhuis/bijgebouw is een buitendouche en wc en een overkapping met lange tafel met banken. Ligstoelen, schommelstoel, zitjes. Er is altijd wel een goed plekje te vinden. Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Ferienhaus, die Besitzer sind sehr nett und waren sehr bemüht uns unseren Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Wir würden immer wieder gerne hingehen.

Our group of ten had a great time at Villa Tereza in Prkos. Marija and her husband, are both very friendly people and great hosts, that welcomed us warmly upon our arrival. Sehr schöne Villa, ruhig gelegen, Pool ist auch beheizt (falls man im April oder Oktober fährt), sauber und viele Kleinigkeiten vorhanden die auch nicht im Text erwähnt werden, z.B. haben wir die Kohle zum Grillen gestellt bekommen oder einen Staubsaugerroboter gehabt. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hat auf alle Anliegen per SMS sehr schnell reagiert. Очень гостеприимные хозяева. Угощали далмацким ужином и домашним вином. Дом расположен в отдалении от цивилизации в очень живописном месте с видом на дубово-оливковые посадки. Автомобиль - обязательно, потому что до магазина/города/пляжа пешком с детьми далековато. Пляж - идиллическая бухта с небольшим количеством отдыхающих (как правило не более 10 человек), что просто идеально при наличии толп народа в Хорватии в августе. The villa consists of two apartments, downstairs are two double bedrooms, upstairs one triple and one double bedroom. The location is great, about 5min walk from the beach and restaurants. Apartments were really nice and clean! The pool is amazing, with sun-beds provided. We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend staying in the villa. Thanks Tomislav!

Sehr nette Vermieterin. Schlüsselübergabe unproblematisch. Grundsätzlich war alles sehr sauber. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit allen Geräten die man braucht. Sehr nette Nachbarn, die hin und wieder etwas aus dem Garten rüber geben. Man ist dort fern ab vom Trubel und kann wirklich die Ruhe genießen.

Sehr schönes Haus, wie auf den Bildern beschrieben und alles in einem Top Zustand. Großer Pool und schöne Zimmer, alles vollklimatisiert. 10/10. the Villa is amazing. You‘ve got everything you need and even more. The facilities are big and clean. The hosts are very Kind and helpful. They even filled the fridge with a food platter an drinks. The communication is really easy and the even left us dog snacks for our therapy after they allowed us to bring him. Der Aufenthalt in dieser Villa hat sich echt gelohnt. Es liegt ein wenig außerhalb, der Vorteil ist, man hat seine Ruhe und mit einem Mietwagen konnten wir letztendlich alles erkunden und erreichen. Die Villa ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Tennisplatz hat sich auch bezahlt gemacht. Der Platz liegt super da und wir haben jeden Tag 2-3 Stunden gespielt. See you next year

Staying at Momo's place was lovely. Momo and Vanja were very welcoming hosts, accommodating our late flights and adding lovely personal touches like hand-pressed olive oil and homegrown potatoes which were delicious! Very enjoyable stay!

Big swimming pool was excellent as well as fitness area. Great hosts, very friendly and helpful.

Wir haben uns für diese Villa entschieden, weil die so frei stand und ein großer Abstand zu den anderen Häusern war. Das heißt man konnte draußen länger bleiben, reden, feiern und auch etwas lauter ohne dass sich die Nachbarn sofort beschwert haben. Der Obstgarten hinterm Haus war auch mega. Die Villa Mediteran ist eine tolle Unterkunft, für alle, die Ruhe suchen und gerne ein eigenes Pool genießen möchten. Dieses ist supersauber, der Gastgeber sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Der Strand ist zu Fuß leicht zu erreichen und nicht überfüllt, man kann Tretboote und SUPs ausborgen (gegen Gebühr). Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man den Touristenmassen ausweichen möchte. Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich habe letztes Jahr bei ihnen gebucht und war sehr zufrieden. Das Haus wurde top in Schuss gehalten. Das Haus dieses Jahr war auch super. Jedoch waren wir mit der Sauberkeit und Ausstattung nixht zufrieden. Hier ist Notwendigkeit zur Optimierung

We had a wonderful time with two families at Villa Idassa. The house is perfect for relaxing but also for staying active. It’s fully equipped for living there—you can even reach a supermarket on one of the bikes provided. Key pickup, communication with the host, and any questions we had—everything went smoothly. This Villa is amazing, it has all the facilities that you need. The pool is great and cleaned regularly. The Terrance with great at night too. We used the BBQ and Roman the host was kind enough to get us some coal as we didn’t have a car We went as a group of 7 and there was more than enough room. The decor is lovely and very modern.
