Meine Frau und ich konnten mit unserem Hund wunderschöne Ferien im Haus der Familie Ference verbringen. Das Haus ist mit schönem Pool, perfektem Aussengrillplatz und riesigem Umschwung an ruhiger Lage das perfekte Ferienhaus. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. What a wonderful house! We enjoyed this beautiful home a lot, all descriptions and pictures match the reality. The contact with the owners' family was easy and always friendly, they all were very helpful. Our home offers pool, jacuzzi, bar, patio lounge, barbecue grill/outside kitchen, large rooms, billard, darts, kicker, a sports area, garden with fresh vegetables, chilling zones, ... did I forget something? We had an amazing stay, thank you for hosting us!

Tolles Haus mit super sauberem Pool. Sehr hilfsbereite, nette und familienfreundliche Vermieter. Kukljica mit Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß in 5 Min. zu erreichen. Badebuchten auch fußläufig zu erreichen.

Nothing to complain about. A very nicely decorated house. Spacious and clean swimming pool. Everything is there for a successful holiday (towels, sheets, washing machine, the kitchen is practically furnished and decent kitchen equipment is provided). The neighbors regularly supplied us with fresh vegetables from their garden and we were even treated to pastries. The house is centrally located to many tourist attractions. Recommended!

What a great family. They welcomed us with food and brought some fresh cherries. Lovely people with an exceptional friendly character. The villa is close to 2 supermarkets where you can find everything you need. The villa is simply beautiful. The rooms were clean and the stone oven in the pool house is a real highlight. We were a group of 10 guys and will definitely come back. Thank you for the great stay!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la villa est chaleureuse et très agréable, située en plein milieu de la nature et pourtant à seulement 10 minutes du centre en voiture. Les couchers de soleil au bord de la piscine étaient juste magnifiques, et que dire de Tomislav, un hôte ultra généreux et serviable, avec qui on a envie d’être ami. Away from the sea but amazing place, close to Zadar, everything was clean, nice equipped. We enjoyed here a lot of fun in the garden with pool. If you want a private place for your group I can really recommend this place. Thank you!

What a beautiful house in the Croatian countryside. Easy drive to the Krka waterfalls and we also did day trips to Split and Zadar. 5 stars

First of all, Luka is a great host. He willingly took care of everything they needed even beyond the scope of his duty. A large boat will take you to the island, there is a small nice boat available on the island, and on the mainland a new four-wheeler (including 3 helmets) is great for a trip to the store or to Biograd. Luka took care of the gasoline and everything necessary. The house is in perfect condition, really spacious, good quality grill, heated pool, great playground for children,... Wir (6 Freunde, 22-25 J.) haben unsere Woche hier sehr genossen. Der Gastgeber war super freundlich, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und hat auf unsere Anliegen stets sofort reagiert. Das Haus war sehr sauber, der Pool wurde regelmäßig kontrolliert und alles hat unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Urlaub! So. We were very excited about this apartment.

Every think was clean und only wow to say. 

Ivan was a very good Host. If we had a question he answered us very fast.

Also he gave us a lot of tips where we can eat good or what is near to our house what we can look.

I have nothing bad to say about the apartment and the host.

Wir waren eine Gruppe aus 8 Personen und das Haus war traumhaft. Es war schön abgelegen und man war schnell am Meer. Das Ein- und Auschecken hat super funktioniert. Gerne wieder!

We’ve recently stayed a week in Villa Zizi, with a group of 5 friends. During this week it was pretty warm in Croatia. The pool was great during the week, and the airconditioning kept us cool inside. The villa is beautiful and very complete, with great views. We’ve enjoyed multiple sunsets from the terrace.

Everything was perfect on accommodation.

family of 8 (7 adults 1 child) had a fantastic 10 nights stay end of July. Goran our host met us there and is very informative and friendly. Villa is lovely and clean, spacious and fully equipped. The pool was clean and refreshing after long and busy days out. What impressed us is the free gallons of drinking water Goran provided, a godsend on hot days. The area is a bit remote but you need a car to travel anywhere in Croatia so no problems. Visited the amazing Krka and Plitvice waterfalls,... Brenda A., August 6th, 2019

Wir waren 10 Nächte in dem Haus von Danijel und seiner netten Familie. Die Besitzer sind überaus freundlich und gaben uns auch viele Auskünfte zu Freizeitaktivitäten und Restaurantempfelungen. Im Haus war es sehr ruhig, die Ausstattung läßt keine Wünsche offen. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad und es gibt einen großen Wohn- Essbereich. Beautiful and comfortable. The location is in a country setting with easy access to Zadar and Split. The outdoor space is absolutely gorgeous. Comfortable newsrooms and baths, functional kitchen, WIFI, and cable!!! It was spectacular!

We had a most fabulous twelve nights at the villa. Ideally placed to visit the beautiful cities of Zadar, Nin, Split, Sibernic, Trogir and the most stunning Krka National Park. Set in the rural location provided us with the peace and quiet we sort. The pool was a fantastic relief from the scorching heat of the August sunshine and the wonderful neighbours provided us with fresh figs and almonds from their own trees as an additional treat.
