Vielen Dank für eine Woche im August, im Paradies von Sanja und Ivan.Ihr beide habt ein wunderschönes Domizil für uns als Familie geschaffen,der Garten,die Terrassen und der Poolbereich sind wunderschön,der Ausblick ist atemberaubend.Man befindet sich mitten im Olivenhain,ganz alleine im Einklang mit der Natur.Auf Wunsch wird der Pool bis nachts beleuchtet,was zu tollem Mondscheinschwimmen einlädt.Man ist ganz alleine und doch in 10 Minuten im großen... Very nice house with two large, spacious apartments. There were extra towels for the pool area, and even charcoal for the barbecue was available. Pool was cleaned regularly and is a perfect size for several people. There are washing machines in both apartments. Nice terrace and comfortable beds. There are also turtles in the garden, much to the delight of the children. You can get to Zadar quickly. The landlord was always friendly and helpful with any concerns or questions.

The house is awesome and the landscape is beautiful. Ivana, the responsible, was very friendly and cool with us We were a group of friends (+/- 23 years old) and it was perfect

Eine wunderschönes Ferienhaus, in toller Lage mit sehr freundlichen und netten Vermietern , wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen . Die Bilder entsprechen genau der Realität und das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen.

The house was beautiful. Communication with the host was very good and nice. There were absolutely no problems with the arrival and departure. The house was in perfect condition and beautifully prepared and cleaned when we arrived. Everything was available what you could possibly need. The rooms and wardrobes are beautiful and very spacious. All in all everything was perfect and we had the best time!

Hochwertiges Haus, alles vorhanden was man für einen top Urlaub benötigt. Sehr freundliche Besitzer. Gerne wieder.

Die Villa ist der Wahnsinn, es fehlt an nichts und es wurde auch nirgends gespart weder an der Ausstattung noch an der Qualität. Wir wurden von Misela empfangen sie ist wirklich sehr zuvorkommend und echt freundlich, sie hat uns viele Empfehlungen zugesendet und war für alle anliegen sofort erreichbar- sowas ist selten! Wir würden definitiv die Villa weiterempfehlen und selber natürlich sehr gerne wiederkommen!

We had a wonderful stay. We were immediately impressed by the modern, high-quality furnishings, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The outdoor area has been perfectly designed and every corner invites you to linger. The pool is simply gorgeous and a real eye-catcher! Our hostess was extremely welcoming and provided us with valuable tips that made our stay even more enjoyable. We were absolutely thrilled and can highly recommend this house!

Schönes Steinhaus in Mitten von unzähligen Olivenbäumen und trotzdem nur einen Katzensprung ins Zentrum von Zadar - Tomislav ist wirklich ein sehr, sehr netter Vermieter - kommen gerne wieder ....

Das wunderschöne Haus liegt in unvergleichlicher Lage, ist perfekt ausgestattet und ist ein ruhiges Refugium nahe dem quirligen und wundervollem Zadar. Tomislav war sehr freundlich, zugewandt, unkompliziert und mit Tipps sehr hilfreich. Außerdem schmeckt sein Wein wirklich gut Lars B., Germany, August 13th, 2022

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house. Ivana is very hospitable and provided us with fresh melons, tomatoes and peppers from the family's own cultivation. The house and the pool are very beautiful and absolutely clean and well maintained. We will definitely be very happy to come back.

The Host is one of the nicest persons we could imagine. We were seven Guys from germany and he welcomed us wirhout any prejudices regarding our age or anything else. The welcoming with a great snack plate and drinks made the beginning of our vacation perfect. We could reach him wirh any issue. It was very clean, and the house was absolutely identical to the pictures. We surely will come back another time! Thank you Mateo ☺️❤️

Villa Lubey - stunning views, great location and excellent hosts! Highly recommend! We arrived to Villa Lubey as a group of 8 adults and two infants. The villa is well equipped with 3 kitchens, washing machine, dishwasher and an outside bbq! Air conditioning throughout and a modern finish to all rooms. It was very clean and we were provided with cots and a highchair for the infants. The views from the outside pool are beautiful- sunsets are amazing and in the daytime you can see swallows... We spent 2 weeks in Villa Idassa with 2 families of 4. The villa looked nice on the pictures before our arrival and was even more beautiful in reality! Its equipment is perfect and nothing is missing in this house. We literally found everything we needed! Each room is equipped with air-conditioning which is very convenient when it's 35°C outside! The beds that are usually of lower quality in such rented houses were extremely comfortable (although maybe a bit too soft on the long-term... Es war alles perfekt. Sehr sauber, gute Lage, toller Außenbereich mit Pool, Liegen, Tischtennisplatte und Grillbereich. Hätte alles nicht besser sein können ☺️

Wir haben uns ein schönes Ferienhaus mit Pool für eine Woche Urlaub in Kroatien gewünscht. Das Haus hat die Erwartung len übertroffen, da es noch schöner in Echt aussieht. Der Pool und die Liegen sind alle super, um einen Tag zu Hause zu bleiben. In 1,5 Kilometer ist ein Supermarkt entfernt oder jn Zadar gibt es sämtliche andere Supermärkte. Zur Ausgangssituation: 6x Erwachsene zwischen 21 - 33 wollten eine Woche in der Sonne, Pool und lauterer Lautstärke den Urlaub vertreiben. Schön wäre es wenn das Haus näher zum Meer wäre, hat uns am Ende nicht gestört. Anfahrt: unkompliziert und gut erreichbar - Haus ist zwar etwas abgelegen, aber gut zu erreichen. Aktuell verbringt man in Slowenien an den Grenzen sehr viel Zeit (Hinfahrt ca. 5h, Rückfahrt 1,5h) Anreise war für 16 Uhr vorgesehen, hat... Stefan H, August 1st, 2020

Everything was wonderful! The house looks exactly like the pictures. Check in was straightforward and Marko was very personable, nice and available if we needed anything. The sea is no more than 8 minutes walk away and we even had our own small private beach. We can only recommend the villa to everyone :)
