We had a really lovely stay at Villa Emocija with our group and kids. The villa is just as beautiful as in the pictures, very spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed the pool and also used the outdoor grill, which made for some great evenings together. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, so we honestly didn’t miss anything during our stay. What impressed us the most was the hospitality of the owners. We had a wonderful time in villa moki. It was just like the pictures. Really clean. Especially the pool which was spotless. We loved the outdoor living area and fire. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Great spot, nice and quiet but close enough to be able to adventure out. The one down side was that we had to leave at the end of the week.

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern 10 Tage in diesem schönen Haus und haben jeden Tag voll und ganz genossen. Im Haus gibt es alles was man braucht und der Pool ist einfach toll. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und hat uns von Anfang an perfekt unterstützt. In der Gegend kann man viele tolle Ausflüge machen und die kleine Bucht in der Nähe ist sehr schön. It is a fantastic house with a great pool! We enjoyed it every minute. Everything you need is available. Zadar is closeby. Every morning we bought bread at a nearby bakery. A small supermarket is nearby (only cross the road). The photo’s reflect the reality. I highly recommend this accodmodation.

The house is really nice and quiet. Zadar is very busy and the area is nice with paklenica, Nin and Sibenik all on driving distance.

Very nice house with two large, spacious apartments. There were extra towels for the pool area, and even charcoal for the barbecue was available. Pool was cleaned regularly and is a perfect size for several people. There are washing machines in both apartments. Nice terrace and comfortable beds. There are also turtles in the garden, much to the delight of the children. You can get to Zadar quickly. The landlord was always friendly and helpful with any concerns or questions.

We had a great time in Croatia thanks to Tomislav and his friends who welcome us. The house was magical and better then expected! They was really patient with our time of arrival who was not precise because of the traffic on the road. Littles attentions was waiting for us like food and it was really welcome! Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche in diesem Haus verbracht. Die Bilder sprechen für sich - alles ist genau so, wie abgebildet. Es gibt für jeden "Sonnenstand" die passende Sitzmöglichkeit im Außengelände, sodass man mit der Sonne oder dem Schatten (je nach Bedarf) umziehen kann. Die Lage und der Blick aufs Wasser sind super. Wir haben die Zeit in Marijas Haus sehr genossen. Es entspricht zu 100% der Beschreibung und hat unsere Erwartung sogar übertroffen. Der Garten ist sehr schön und lädt zum relaxen ein. Grosser Pool, ausreichend Liege- u Sitzgelegenheiten. Vollständig eingerichtetes, modernes, grosses Haus. Viele liebevolle Details die uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm gemacht haben. We had a perfect stay in this beautiful villa. The owners are so kind too. There are many nice thing to do in de villa as it has the pool, trampoline, pool table and table tennis. We had a lot of beautiful sunsets from the terrace. Some nights we did a barbecue with fresh fish, meat and vegetables from the market from Zadar, very nice! We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The pool was a great bonus, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the large living room provided plenty of space to relax and spend time together. Overall, a fantastic place to stay, and we would happily come back! 

Everything in the house was awesome. It was very new, everything was clean, nice bedrooms and bathromms, the bbq place was great and last but not least the pool was a dream. Thank you very much!

We travel a lot and have stayed in many properties. This by far was the most professional, comfortable, clean and welcoming. The house was perfect and just as described. The owner was extremely gracious and helpful with directions and suggestions. The check in/out process was painless! The location is near beautiful beaches and Konoba Mika, our favorite local restaurant with amazing local cuisine and friendly service.

This villa was amazing! The house was beautiful and clean. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. Goran was there whenever we needed him. The outside area is amazing. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t play along for some of the weekend, so the heated pool didn’t work out for us. We would absolutely stay there again! Was a joy staying here!

We had a wonderful ten days staying at Villa Marija. The villa is well located between Zadar to the south and the Paklenica national park to the north. Poličnik itself is quiet but there are two small supermarkets and a pharmacy within walking distance. The surrounding area is full of lovely restaurants and lots of interesting places to visit. Vielen Dank Anna…. Du warst ein super Host. Die Unterkunft und besonders der Pool waren super. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Besonders toll war auch deine Flexibilität. Wir kommen gern wieder . Toll war auch das Überraschungsfrühstück am ersten Tag

Wir waren 9 Erwachsene im Alter zwischen 18 und 21 Jahren. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und kam uns mit einigen Geschenken entgegen, was wir sehr nett fanden. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu bemängeln und wir können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.
