Wir waren eine Woche im Juni in der wundervollen und modern eingerichteten Villa. Für uns war das Haus einfach perfekt. Vor allem auch durch den Gastgeber Marinko, der uns top Informationen über gute Restaurants, Ausflugsziele, Taxiunternehmen, Reservierungen etc. mitgeteilt hat. Ideal für eine große Gruppe. Sehr gute Ausstattung von Küche, Außengrill und Freizeit (Billard, Tischtennis, Tischfußball, Fahrräder ...) Sehr gut klimatisiert. Toller Poolbereich, sehr schönes Pool. Äußerst netter Vermieter. Großzügig, hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich.

Très bon logement, propriétaires très sympas, boissons et petits gateaux à l'arrivée et il nous ont encore apporté des pastèques après et pour le départ encore une autre cadeau.

A recommander mais il faut une voiture absolument.

A very beautiful, meticulously maintained property with modern technology that works perfectly. A very friendly and helpful hostess. A paradise for relaxation, thanks to its very quiet natural setting, although the sea is only partially accessible on foot. The garage with a wallbox is great for electric cars. The villa is outstanding!

We stayed for 10 fantastic days in this comfortable and beautiful villa. Quiet location within a 10 minute drive of the town of Zadar which was a lovely mix of culture, history and modern vibes. We arrived late at night at the villa and Tomislav was there to welcome us. He was helpful and easy to contact for our various needs (car hire etc). Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und alles was wir benötigt haben war vorhanden. Die Hosts haben und bei Fragen zu Corona-Testmöglichkeiten unterstützt, was eine große Hilfe war! Ich kann diese Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen :)

Everything was very well organized and clean. The location is very nice, you are within a few minutes at the Inland Sea and can swim really well there. The hostess made us feel very welcome and was available with any question. In particular, she helped us to arrange the airport transfer. The pool was heated, so we could still swim there in October. This villa is perfect for a peaceful getaway, though within 10 minutes of a small town (Benkovac) that has a number of good restaurants. Sopot was a bit too rustic. Pizzeria Milonga was amazing (medium pizzas are just fine - the jumbo ones are HUGE!), but our favourite was Konoba Niko which was the friendliest and had the best food. Der Gastgeber war sehr nett, war sehr unkompliziert und das Haus (mit 2 getrennte Wohnungen im Obergeschoss) waren sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gab neben den Pool, spielen für Kinder e.g. Billard, Darts, Tischtennis.

A very nice house in the middle of a rural idyll. The pool was a good size and well maintained. There was enough space in the house for 8 people. The landlords were very friendly and helpful. It was very clean.

An amazing welcome with delicious ham, cheese, and wine. A nice gesture when arriving late in the evening. We enjoyed the house, pool and the other facilities very much. The house is located in a cozy and quiet village outside Zadar. We can recommend this place to other families.

Przepiękna nowoczesna willa z basenem i tarasem z jacuzzi na dachu. Pokoje wygodne i super wyposażone, super salony gdzie można spędzać czas, wspólnie gotować czy jeść posiłki. Na tarasach miejsce dla wszystkich. Super spędziliśmy tam czas, a Pani Właścicielka jest przecudowna i przemiła osoba.

Our 1st time to Croatia and wanted a more peaceful City to visit with less tourists. We chose later in the year which came with some rainy weather which we expected. The Villa itself is nicely situated as only a short drive into the Old City but have the option to walk as well. It is near the main road but we live in London so was not a big issue for us. Unsere Familie hat zwei entspannte Wochen in dem schönen, modernen Ferienhaus mit Pool verbracht. Das Haus ist zentral in der Region gelegen, man benötigt zu jedem Ziel ca. 30 min, d.h. zum Meer, den Bergen oder nach Zadar, Nin. Die Anfahrt ist unkompliziert und das Haus gut erreichbar. Wir verbrachten eine wunderbare Woche in diesem liebevoll eingerichteten Haus. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail, und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus war absolut sauber und bestens ausgestattet – es war wirklich alles da, was man braucht.Die Lage ist angenehm ländlich und ruhig, mit dem Auto erreicht man jedoch in kurzer Zeit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. sve je bilo odlično, domaćin ljubazan i uvijek dostupan, bazen i kuća super opremljeni, kreveti udobni, čistoća na vrhunskom nivou.. nadamo se kako ćemo se opet vratiti, svakako preporuka. mi smo bili s puno djece i nije uopće bio problem, kuća je na osami... sve pohvale
