Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in der Villa Ivana. Von A wie Außengelände bis Z wie zuhausefühlen war alles perfekt. Im Haus und im Garten gab es einfach alles was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Die Ausstattung war super. Sehr herzliche Gastgeber. From the moment we arrived, the hosts made us feel incredibly welcome. They genuinely cared about making our stay perfect and were always helpful, kind, and available whenever we needed anything. A lot of care has been taken making this place feel like a home away from home. Everything was immaculately clean, easy to use and understand. The pool is refreshing and clean, with nice lights on until around midnight. There is a large TV, with access to Netflix, Disney, YouTube etc. WIFI is very good. Für uns als fünfköpfige Familie war das Haus in Smilcic mit seinen Steinmauern und großen Bäumen sehr urig und geräumig, weitere Personen hätten noch gut Platz gehabt. Besonders das große und sehr gut ausgestattete Poolhaus wurde zum Mittelpunkt unseres Aufenthalts Ende August. Bei Tagestemperaturen knapp über 30 Grad haben wir den großen und blitzsauberen Pool mit Solar-Gartendusche jeden Tag mehrfach genossen, immer draußen... This is a house to slow down and become holiday feeling. Martina is the perfect host, always available, friendly and helpful. The offered meal, the wine, oil and all other things are great, tasting fine and delicious. We had the luck to be part of the grill season in the „grill house“, which was extraordinary.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sehr gut! Wir waren mit 8 Leuten da und wir sind alle etwas jünger. Die Besitzer haben uns trotzdem sehr freundlich empfangen und waren immer hilfsbereit! Es wurde sofort ein Shuttle für uns vom Flughafen organisiert und auch obwohl wir ab und zu mal aus versehen den Jacuzzi Raum etwas überschwemmt haben waren die Besitzer trotzdem mega freundlich und nicht sauer auf uns! Wir durften die Villa „La Aurora“ eine Woche genießen. Schon bei der Ankunft war alles top vorbereitet, das Haus angenehm heruntergekühlt, im Kühlschrank erwarteten uns eine große Melone und 5 Liter Wasser. Die Villa wurde neu erbaut und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so im Urlaub benötigt. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und dabei trotzdem unaufdringlich. Every think was clean und only wow to say. 

Ivan was a very good Host. If we had a question he answered us very fast.

Also he gave us a lot of tips where we can eat good or what is near to our house what we can look.

Very nice and big Villa. Had a fantastic stay there with 9 friends. Enough bathrooms and space for everyone.

Wir waren über Ostern mit 4 Freunden in der Unterkunft. Die Lage ist mit Pkw sehr gut und die gesamte Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Highlight ist natürlich der Whirlpool. Sehr zu empfehlen.

The stay was very pleasant. Everything was thought out to ensure guests felt at their best. Nothing was missing, the standard was high, and the property was fully maintained. We are very pleased.

We stayed one week at Villa Kate, and it was amazing! The four bedrooms are very nice, and with the four bathrooms, it felt like staying in a hotel! Although the weather wasn’t great, we still enjoyed the villa’s incredible amenities: the pool, the soccer/basketball/badminton court (!), table tennis, and more. It was a lot of fun! Nous étions à 3 couples d'amis dans cette villa pour 10 jours de vacances dans le nord de la croatie. Elle conviendrait très bien à des familles également. Tout était réellement parfait ! L'extérieur comme l'intérieur de la villa, il y a absolument tout et c'est très bien entretenu. It is a fantastic house with a great pool! We enjoyed it every minute. Everything you need is available. Zadar is closeby. Every morning we bought bread at a nearby bakery. A small supermarket is nearby (only cross the road). The photo’s reflect the reality. I highly recommend this accodmodation.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Villa Val :) Das Haus ist groß, sehr modern, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es fehlt einem wirklich an nichts!!! Küche, alle Zimmer sind perfekt ausgestattet. Garten mit Pool wunderbar, Dachterrasse Abends einfach nur Traumhaft... ankommen und genießen! Kontakt war superfreundlich, nett und sehr hilfsbereit, danke;) Jederzeit und sehr gerne wieder...
