Really excellent villa which was perfect for our family of 10. Great pool, and facilities, would highly recommend it.

Wir hatten als 6er Gruppe eine wundervolle Zeit in dieser Villa. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und haben sich auch um den Transfer vom Flughafen gekümmert. Der Strand mit einem ausreichenden Angebot befindet sich ca. 10 min zu Fuß von der Villa entfernt. Auch das Einkaufen zu Fuß war kein Problem. Die Villa ist modern eingerichtet und sehr detailliert. Die Sauberkeit auf dem gesamten Grundstück war makellos. Die Küche, sowie die Bäder sind voll... Diana, August 27th, 2019

Tomislav was a great host, answering fast to our questions, giving advices for the area. The villa is just excellent, amazing (now even heated!) pool, nice outdoor area with bbq. If you go with kids, nice play area with sand and lots of toys. Great sunset views. You are totally on your own, but also in (a bit farer) walking distance to town (about 35-40 min to Zadar harbour area). Inside of the apartment is also top! Super schönes Ferienhaus. Tolle Lage, in 10 Minuten ist man am Meer sowie bei allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend und sofort zur Stelle falls etwas benötigt wird. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

A very great place to stay. The house is amazing, spacious, lots of things to do a swimming pool, games like darts, pool billard and table tennis. The beds are great, the sleeping rooms all have a bathroom. Kitchen is well equipped, everything you need to enjoy a great holiday time. Host was nice and responsive. We (5 adults) had a great time and would definitely recommended a stay here!

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in Zadar. Die Unterkunft können wir nur empfehlen, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

Es ist eine wunderschöne Villa direkt am Meer. Die Zimmer waren aauber, groß und sehr modern eingerichtet. Uns hat es an nichfs gefehlt. Kann man nur zu 100% weiter empfehlen.

Waren schon zum zweiten Mal in der Unterkunft. Sind auch diesmal mehr als zufrieden. Sehr zuvorkommend und gastfreundlich. Alles was wir noch benötigten, sei es ein Kinderbett oder Hochstuhl, es wurde uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Kann die Unterkunft für jeden empfehlen! Immer wieder gerne ! Danke an die herzensgute Gastgeberin !!

Sehr schöne Villa, ruhig gelegen, Pool ist auch beheizt (falls man im April oder Oktober fährt), sauber und viele Kleinigkeiten vorhanden die auch nicht im Text erwähnt werden, z.B. haben wir die Kohle zum Grillen gestellt bekommen oder einen Staubsaugerroboter gehabt. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hat auf alle Anliegen per SMS sehr schnell reagiert. We had a most wonderful welcome from our hosts, and were presented with a platter of regional meat, cheese and bread, a bottle of red and white local wine and some fresh figs from their garden! There was chilled bottled water too. Any time we contacted the hosts we got an immediate and helpful reply.

We stayed for a week at Villa Julija and had the best week. The villa was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities you could possibly need. The location was great, a short walk to the beautiful marina with nice restaurant choices on the way and 2 shops within walking distance. The host was very accommodating with our late arrival after delays at the airport. Would definitely reccomend!!

A warm welcome, & a stunning place with simple elegance. the place was very clean and tidy. We enjoyed the Pool (was cold) play area for the kids. Also had Snooker table great for entertainment. The nearest city is Zadar and takes about 30 mins and delightful with a famously historic places and the famous musical sea organ. We were able to drive down to Plitvic lakes and Krkr National Forest in 1.5 hours and 1 hour each place. We truely hope to come back to this place again as the... Arun Kumar, April 6th, 2019

First of all, thank you very much to Ivan and Sonja, to make our stay in Croatia to fantastic holidays. The house is in the countryside 10 minutes away of Zadar city, close to shops, great restaurants and the beach (you definitely need a car). The newly renovated house with its unbelievable nice pool, the place was offering us relaxing holidays for our kids and us. Very lovely and special house, inside you have a full privacy We enjoyed the pool with the sound of the crickets! The owners were very nice, they even prepared a meal when we arrived, brought us breakfast, and some local fresh vegetables and fruits from their own garden! we will certainly go back!
