Wir haben die Zeit in Marijas Haus sehr genossen. Es entspricht zu 100% der Beschreibung und hat unsere Erwartung sogar übertroffen. Der Garten ist sehr schön und lädt zum relaxen ein. Grosser Pool, ausreichend Liege- u Sitzgelegenheiten. Vollständig eingerichtetes, modernes, grosses Haus. Viele liebevolle Details die uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm gemacht haben. Nice house, all equipped and super nice owner

It was wonderful, a very green landscape and lots of mountains! Croatia is a very beautiful country. The welcome was nice, the owner was available. The house was beautiful. We took advantage of the pool and visited the cities like Zadar and Split. Thanks again!

Great villa, very private but also very close to the center of Zadar. The house is of good quality and it has all one needs to enjoy a restful vacation. Tomislav is a great host! Very responsive, reliable and generous!

Unser Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus war ausgezeichnet. Es ist mit allem nötigen ausgestattet und darüber hinaus waren Getränke und alle nötigen Haushalts und Pflegeartikel ausreichend vorhanden. Das Haus war blitzsauber und die Vermieter waren für alle Fragen schnell erreichbar und haben regelmäßig während des Aufenthalts den Pool und die Anlage gepflegt. The whole property was absolutely amazing. I have never been at holiday home which was so well equipped! Everything you need is there: place to grill, big swimming pool and even an old tavern which was kind of attraction for us. Mirko who is the host is very nice and friendly. It was clean, beautiful and what is the most important, our kids have lot of space to play and rub with no option to be bored. Amazing place for families withs kids as well as for a group of friends :)

Villa Teuta ist eine sehr stilvoll eingerichtete Villa mit der perfekten Lage in Zadar. Sie war sehr sauber und die Besitzerin ist stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat immer einen Tipp parat. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche. Alles war wie beschrieben und noch besser. Die Vermieter haben mit ihrer außergewöhnlichen Gastfreundschaft unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gestaltet. Sie haben sogar für uns Fleisch zum Grillen eingekauft, damit wir in Ruhe am Pool den Tag verbringen konnten. Der wurde auch täglich vom Vermieter gereinigt. We had such a wonderful holiday last year we had to return this summer. This is a very glamorous house in a beautiful setting, quiet and secluded yet near town. A lovely warm welcome from Lucija who made sure the house had everything we could need and left us supper. We felt very looked after and have returned relaxed and refreshed. Perfect holiday!

The Villa is beautiful with great views, perfect sunsets and just a short walk/ cycle to the beach and village. It is extremely well equipped, clean and comfortable. The host is lovely - so welcoming and friendly but unobtrusive. If you are looking for a quiet break away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, then this is the perfect place to be.

This villa was really perfect, me and my friends spend there a week and everything was great. The pool was clean and warm, and jacuzzi was the best think. Rooms were beautiful and the kitchen had everything we needed. Also the host was very friendly and helpful, he gave us a lot of recommendations.

Das Ferienhaus war optimal für uns (5 Personen). Es war alles perfekt, sauber, sehr nette Vermieter. Gute Lage für etliche Ausflüge und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Kleine Supermärkte, mit allem, was man benötigt. Bäcker fährt jeden Tag direkt am Haus vorbei. Können das Haus bestens empfehlen!

Das Haus ist, so wie abgebildet, in einem super Zustand, alles passt perfekt, das Pool ist ein Hit. Der Vermieter, Goran ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, es war für uns alle eine super schöne Urlaubswoche. Gerhard

Tolle Lage da es ein bisschen abseits ist. Man hat seine Ruhe und ist trotzdem in 5 Minuten zu Fuß beim Meer. Nach Zadar fährt man cirka 30 Minuten und kann dort die tolle Stadt mit seinen Sehenswürdigkeiten erleben. Das Haus selber war sehr sauber und toll ausgestattet, inklusive tollem Fitnesskeller und top gepflegten Pool. Alles an Ausstattung was man benötigt ist vorhanden in diesem Haus.

Wer die Ruhe liebt, ist hier genau Richtig.

The facilities of the villa were just fantastic. We spent so much time there because there was nothing we didn't like. The owner was also one of the coolest people I have ever met. Every day he filled the refrigerators with drinks, although that was not part of the contract. Maid made sure every day was clean and tidy. A table full of free drinks, as well as fresh, delicious fruit and a nice wine cellar, plus there were even 3 e-bikes. It was really our best holiday so far.

Amazing spacious villa with lovely pool area and outside area. 3 large double rooms and large sofa. Villa was equipped with everything one would need. Good location also. Games room/gym was an extra bonus.
