Perfekte Villa zum Entspannen! Villa genauso wie sie auf den Bildern angeboten wird. Zimmern sind nicht übertrieben groß aber braucht man im Urlaub auch nicht. Service der Eigentümer ist wirklich perfekt und wird jegliches Problem sofort behoben. Einzige Überlegung, für das Gemütliche Beisammensein am Abend wäre eine andere Sitzgarnitur einfach gemütlicher. Aber insgesamt eine Top Villa :)

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Urlaub. Wir durften etwas früher in die Villa, damit wir nicht irgendwo in einem Restaurant warten mussten, weil wir einen frühen Flug hatten. Wir kamen auch an einem Nationalfeiertag an, das wussten wir vorher nicht. Die Villenbesitzer waren so freundlich, den gesamten Kühlschrank mit Getränken und Lebensmitteln zu füllen. Huge villa with many amenities for families. The 2nd and 3rd floor are modern, clean and comfortable but the 1st floor could do with a little refresh, particularly the bedroom and bathroom closest to the pool. The pool and hot tub were lovely and well kept. The location of the villa is great for catching a bus to Zadar, next door to a large supermarket and a short walk to a pretty beach and town. Great communication with the owner.

Alles perfekt.

We travel a lot and have stayed in many properties. This by far was the most professional, comfortable, clean and welcoming. The house was perfect and just as described. The owner was extremely gracious and helpful with directions and suggestions. The check in/out process was painless! The location is near beautiful beaches and Konoba Mika, our favorite local restaurant with amazing local cuisine and friendly service.

Wir (7 Erwachsene + 1 Kleinkind) waren vor knapp 2 Wochen dort zu Gast und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein früherer Check In war kein Problem und wir wurden von Anfang an herzlich empfangen. Marinko der Eigentümer, der auch gleichzeitig fließend deutsch spricht hat uns direkt mit einem Willkommens-Getränk in Empfang genommen und uns alles Wissenswerte über die Villa und die Möglichkeiten der Freizeitgestaltung in der Nähe aufgezählt. The location is perfect for exploring Zadar county. The villa itself is spacious and plenty of room for everyone staying to enjoy whatever they wish to do. Whilst it was too hot to sit in the tavern or to play pool/darts/table tennis, it's lovely to have so much to do within the villa. The pool area is lovely, plenty of shade if needed. The garden attracts lots of wildlife including lizards and swallows which nest in the eaves. Bathrooms and rooms very clean and tidy.... MrPeteUK, July 5th, 2025

Die Villa ist einfach TOP! Bietet alles was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Toller Pool, draussen eine Bar mit Kühlschrank, grosser Grill. Innenbereich sehr grosszügig. Einfach nur toll und würde ich jedem empfehlen.

Wir sind als Gruppe mit 10 Männern angereist und waren erst einmal erstaunt, wie groß die Anlage ist - auf den Bildern erscheint das Haus kleiner, als es tatsächlich ist. Es ist alles, wie beschrieben - besser geht's nicht. Völlig entspannter Vermieter, alles sauber, problemlose Abwicklungen in jeder Hinsicht, egal bei welchen Themen (Empfehlungen für Strände, Tipps für Corona-Tests, alles 1a). Sehr hochwertige Ausstattung und sehr sauber. Ruhig gelegen, in ein paar Minuten ist man mit dem Auto bei schönen Buchten und im kleinen Dorf Vijnerac.

Nice cozy well-equipped house surrounded by a nice garden with trees flowers and a pool with relaxing sun beds. Air-conditioning, TV and good internet. Capacity for hot water in the shower was a little limited and asked for some planning with a larger group. Everything was well prepared for our stay including some nice surprises such as fruit, soda and homemade olive oil and liquor. Although we visited at the end of the season and the weather was not perfect we had a great family holiday. We were made most welcome by our host and he was available at all times if we had any questions. The Villa was perfect for our family (all young adults), especially the on suite bathrooms and good sized bedrooms. We stayed at Martina's house with our two sons aged 4 and 1, the location is rural and very quiet which was perfect for us. The property itself is very nice and extremely clean. Martina had everything we could need for our two sons including cots and high chair. The pool is lovely and also very private. The property is a short 10 min drive away from two towns which were really nice and on the water front. Lots of restaurants and lots to do for the children. Martina was a great host and... Perfekt für einen Trip mit einer größeren Gruppe! Der Pool war sehr sauber, der Außenbereich sehr schön und die Küche wunderbar ausgestattet.

We were two families with small kids and the biggest assets of the place were the pool and the fact that the house was very well equipped with spices, coffee, tea - the usual suspects you need when your'e cooking but forget to pack. The hosts were really friendly, unintrusive but helpful whenever we needed anything. We had some issues with mosquitos in two rooms, but the hosts provided us with Raid as soon as we reported it, which helped.
