Prekrasna kuća, jako dobro opremljena, sadrži sve što je potrebno. Dvorište ograđeno, izolirano, cijeli dan ima hladovine, bazen za osvježenje. Sve je odlično.

We were lucky enough to spend a very nice week in this wonderful place on the Croatian coast. First, I would like to write about our hosts. We were lucky to meet a very friendly and straightforward young couple. They are kind, direct, smiling and very helpful! We could communicate in English and German. Wir fahren jedes Jahr nach Kroatien, aber das war bis jetzt das schönste Ferienhaus was wir bisher hatten! Wir ( 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder ) wurden von Lucija herzlich begrüßt! Sie war die ganze Woche für uns da, wenn wir Fragen hatten! Das Ferienhaus ist super ausgestattet! Es hat an nichts gefehlt! Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen

Es war eine schöne zeit in Kroatien ein schönes Land.

Sauberes,großes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus mit großzügiger Außenanlage und tollem Pool! Die Vermieter sind total lieb und sie kümmern sich um alles! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Es gibt wirklich nichts zu bemängeln. Das Haus war genau wie auf den Bildern abgebildet! Noch dazu waren die Vermieter extrem freundlich, standen uns bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung und haben uns sogar mit frischem Obst und Gemüse aus eigenem Anbau versorgt. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und auch die Nachbarn waren sehr nett. Ein Auto ist zwar ein muss, aber damit erreicht man dann auch alles was das Herz begehrt: Nationalparks, Strände, Zadar, etc.

Świetne miejsce, dom czysty, przestronny w pełni wyposażony. dobry kontakt z właścicielem i bezproblemowe zakwaterowanie. duży plus za saunę, basen oraz kort tenisowy ( wszystkie niezbędne akcesoria dostępne ) dodatkowy atut to cicha i bezpieczna okolica. Serdecznie polecam.

Sve preporuke i pohvale za ovaj objekt jer je sve bilo super od damo domaćina pa do objekta i sadržaja. Sigurno se vraćamo

We've been 6 guests for a week (no children) and had the time of our lives. The place doesn't only look stunning - everything is brand new and feels that way too. A little HighQuality escape if you want. Little markets with fresh fish and groceries are just around the corner... the beach just "down the hill" and Zadar and Zadar Airport just a few min of drive. Unser Aufenthalt war spitze. Am meisten Genossen haben wir die Außenküche, mit Sitzgelegenheit an der wir alle 14 problemlos Platz fanden. Auch der Pool mit seinen ganzen Liegen war echt spitze. Das Haus ist super. Das Haus besteht aus 3 seperaten Wohnungen mit jeweils eigenständigen Küchen und Bädern. Wohnung 1, 1 Schlafzimmer 2P und 1 Schlafcouch 2P. Die Villa ist wirklich sehr schön und die Bilder sind realistisch. Die Umgebung ist super geeignet zum entspannen und um nicht gestört zu werden. Wenn man jedoch etwas unternehmen möchte ist in der Umgebung nicht sehr viel geboten. Die klassischen Touristenattraktionen (geführte Bootsfahrt, Jetski, Bootsmiete, etc) sind natürlich gegeben. Restaurants hat es ebenfalls genügend. Die Landschaft ist gut geeignet für eine schöne Wanderung. Alles in allem... Julian Adolphi, September 10th, 2023

The villa can be considered as a high standard villa.

There were 7 of us in the complex. Everything was there that is needed in everyday vacation.

In addition to 2 large bathrooms, the house has another toilet.

The pool is relatively large, so that you can swim nice lengths.

Pool shower, enough loungers and pool towels also no problem.

Absolutely beautiful villa with amazing views. Lovely hosts - perfect for our family holiday. Had the most wonderful time in this gorgeous villa. The table tennis table and pool table were an excellent bonus! Pool beautiful and clean, plenty of places to keep cool as the weather was extremely warm. Perfect for a big group - there were 11 of us.

Beautiful, accomodation, very well equiped perfectly fit for guests travelling with children. The first accomodation in Croatia where we received what we expected. No mass tourism around, we discovered many "hidden" beaches around where we could enjoy all the beauty of Croatia.

Der/ Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend. Bei Nachfragen wurde innerhalb Minuten geantwortet. Auch zu späterer Stunde war draußen noch gemütliches Beisammensein unter der Weintrauben-Terrasse möglich.???? 2 Küchen mit 2 Kühlschränken und 2 Geschirrspülern war sehr sehr hilfreich, um die Unterkunft bestens zu nutzen. Der riesige Pool mit Outdoor-Dusche lädt zum Wohlfühlen ein.

Obrovská pohostinnost, vstřícnost, nic není problém, majitelé pro vás zařídí cokoliv... Přejete si pugét růží, domácí dort nebo motorku na celý pobyt? Zařídí, přivezou, vždy ochotně a s úsměvem. If you are looking for a home away from home this is a great place to go. Situated in a quiet rural village, great for some quiet relaxation by the pool whilst enjoying amazing views. We were two families traveling together and it was fantastic for the children, they had a great time in the pool and also had plenty of space to play in the garden area, as well as there being a trampoline and swing set. Das Objekt besticht durch seine Größe und Sauberkeit! Man hat zwei Klimaanlagen und an jedem Fenster ein Rollo. Alles ist funktional eingerichtet. Die Matratzen sind für Menschen mit Rückenschmerzen ein Segen. Unser Hund hat den voll umzäunten Garten absolut genossen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar.

Eine wunderschöne Villa mit 2 seperaten Wohnungen, perfekt für Familien oder große Gruppen! Perfekte Lage: Bäcker, Restaurant und kleineres Geschäft sind direkt über die Straße, größere supermärkte (Plodine, konzum) ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar! Zum Strand oder in die Innenstadt ist man in 10 Minuten gelaufen. Nun zum Haus... Es ist top modern und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet! Jede Wohnung ist für exakt 7...
