Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin Tea war sehr gut. Leider konnte man sich aus Termingründen nicht persönlich kennen lernen, aber alles hat ganz wunderbar via Whats App funktioniert. Der Schlüssel wurde hinterlegt und beim Auschecken dürften wir sogar noch bis zum Nachmittag im Haus bleiben da keine taggleiche Folgebuchung anlag. Das Haus hat alles was man benötigt, es handelt sich um 2 voneinander getrennte Wohnungen. Wir haben uns dann immer auf der Terasse... Jennifer D., October 17th, 2019

The house is really nice and quiet. Zadar is very busy and the area is nice with paklenica, Nin and Sibenik all on driving distance.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem luxuriösen Haus in Kroatien. Die Unterkunft ist hochwertig ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die sehr nette Betreuung vor Ort – wir wurden herzlich empfangen und während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes bestens unterstützt. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Very nice house, pool is definitely the best festure

Villa war top, Kommunikation mit Zadar Villas und dem Eigentümer war top. 10/10 gerne wieder!

We were a group of seven people and spent ten days in this beautiful villa. The hosts were super friendly and even brought us some gifts. Check-in and check-out were uncomplicated and the communication was great. The inner area of the villa is split into two floors, with two bedrooms and a bathroom in the lower floor and a kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms in the upper floor. The kitchen is well-equipped. Heerlijk huis, alles wat je nodig hebt is er!

We had a really lovely stay here and explored the surrounding areas of Zadar, Krka National Park and Split during our holiday. The accommodation was very clean, extremely comfortable and had everything we needed to make our holiday a very pleasant one. The pool and outside areas are also lovely and the hosts were excellent. Our group had a fantastic stay at this very lovely and beautiful home. We thoroughly enjoyed the use of the pool and jacuzzi and were pleasantly surprised by the large fruit tree garden that we could enjoy. There was enough space for all of us to relax and great amenities provided. We found Meri to be a very kind and pleasant woman who was happy to help and popped by a few times during our stay to help with things and to give us extra towels. Villa położona z dala od turystycznych szlaków. Cisza i spokój. Basen bardzo dobrze utrzymany. Możliwość zagrania w tenisa stołowego. Rowery. Do tego gospodarze dzielili się z nami warzywami z ogródka. Można też u nich kupić ekologiczną oliwę.

We had a great time in the villa. We were two families with three children and it was perfect. The villa was well equipped, clean and the pool was great. The service and contact with the landlords was top-notch.

Es war ein wunderschönes Haus, eine sehr schöne Villa, und die Leute waren sehr nett, wirklich sehr nett. Ich schreibe selbst etwas sehr Positives, außerdem haben sie uns Obst gegeben – darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Vielen Dank! Wir können die Villa nur weiterempfehlen! Es war alles perfekt. Sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und ausreichend Platz. Der Pool wurde ebenso täglich gereinigt. Die Villa befindet sich außerhalb von Pakostane, in Vrana. Den Massentourismus bekommt man überhaupt nicht mit. Martina (Hausbesitzerin) hat für uns an einem Abend Abendessen gekocht. The villa is great. A mit of Space and Highlight is the entertainment floor and wellness area. You can easily spend a day there during cloudy days. BBQ area is also spacious and nice.

One less attractive thing is the location. The town itself has nothing to mention and it’s really in the countryside, so 30-40 mins driving to the nearest sea. Die Villa Leonardo ist eine tolle Unterkunft für mehrere Personen. Es war alles sehr sauber, das Grundstück ist sehr großzügig und bietet alles, was man benötigt. Der Check-In sowie die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Alles war genau so wie beschrieben. Die Villa ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit unserem Vermieter war perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Superbe maison avec tout l'équipement souhaité à l'intérieur. Situé à 5min de marche de trois supermarché. 30min du centre ville Et 20 des plages. Super séjour!
