This villa is perfect for a peaceful getaway, though within 10 minutes of a small town (Benkovac) that has a number of good restaurants. Sopot was a bit too rustic. Pizzeria Milonga was amazing (medium pizzas are just fine - the jumbo ones are HUGE!), but our favourite was Konoba Niko which was the friendliest and had the best food. The villa is fairly new, and Goran, the owner, met us on arrival. He also got us some provisions as we didnt actually get there until around 11.30pm. The pool is... , August 14th, 2018

Super tolles Haus und ganz tolle liebe Vermieter die sich um alles gekümmert haben. Das Haus ist Optimal um einen ruhigen Urlaub zu genießen.

Das Ferienhaus war optimal für uns (5 Personen). Es war alles perfekt, sauber, sehr nette Vermieter. Gute Lage für etliche Ausflüge und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Kleine Supermärkte, mit allem, was man benötigt. Bäcker fährt jeden Tag direkt am Haus vorbei. Können das Haus bestens empfehlen!

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einer traumhaften Villa! Der Garten und der Pool sind unglaublich toll! Wir hatten so viel Spaß und konnten uns super erholen! Auch Mateo, Zlatka und die ganze Familie sind wundervolle Gastgeber! Sie haben uns bei allem super unterstützt und extrem dazu beigetragen, dass es ein perfekter Urlaub wurde! Wir waren 11 Erwachsene und konnten dank des schlechten Wetter das Haus super ausnutzen. Whirlpool, Sauna, Fitness und Tischtennis für jeden was dabei . Toller Aufenthalt! Für größere Gruppen sehr empfehlenswert.

We travel a lot and have stayed in many properties. This by far was the most professional, comfortable, clean and welcoming. The house was perfect and just as described. The owner was extremely gracious and helpful with directions and suggestions. The check in/out process was painless! The location is near beautiful beaches and Konoba Mika, our favorite local restaurant with amazing local cuisine and friendly service.

Toller Service von der Familie. Unterkunft war außergewöhnlich sauber hatten sehr viel Spaß mit der Familie. Das war für uns der erste Urlaub seit 10 Jahren in Europa , weil wir sonst immer in die Karibik fliegen . Würden aber dies wiederholen aber dann auf jeden Fall dort

Die Villa ist genauso schön, wie die Bilder es zeigen. Schöne saubere Zimmer, ein wunderschöner Außenbereich, ein toller Pool mit Liegen und unglaublich vielen Extras, wie z.B. Luftmatratzen und Schwimmringe, Bogenschießen, Wasserspielzeug, Fahrräder usw. Unseren Kindern war es nie langweilig. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Das Objekt ist in der Realität genauso wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich. Alles sehr sauber und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich nett, auch zu unseren zwei Kindern, welche herzlich willkommen waren. Wir wurden mit frischem Obst und Gemüse versorgt und die Gastgeber waren bei allen Anliegen und Fragen jederzeit erreichbar. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

The house is really nice and quiet. Zadar is very busy and the area is nice with paklenica, Nin and Sibenik all on driving distance.

What a great family. They welcomed us with food and brought some fresh cherries. Lovely people with an exceptional friendly character. The villa is close to 2 supermarkets where you can find everything you need. The villa is simply beautiful. The rooms were clean and the stone oven in the pool house is a real highlight. We were a group of 10 guys and will definitely come back. Thank you for the great stay!

Villa Lubey - stunning views, great location and excellent hosts! Highly recommend! We arrived to Villa Lubey as a group of 8 adults and two infants. The villa is well equipped with 3 kitchens, washing machine, dishwasher and an outside bbq! Air conditioning throughout and a modern finish to all rooms. It was very clean and we were provided with cots and a highchair for the infants. The views from the outside pool are beautiful- sunsets are amazing and in the daytime you can see swallows... The villa is great, everything is new and clean, very stylish, very nice owners, there is a pool that is cleaned several times a week, you can grill a barbecue, there is a parking space

It’s a fantastic villa in a quiet and beautiful area! Close to many cities, so a car is really needed. The house pool and lounge area is really nice! Perfect for friends and family. The only thing to take note off is that there could be a bit windy compared to in the cities, but it isnt really a big concern, so we are over all really Happy with our stay here! And the hosts is really caring!
