Very nice hostess, welcomed us straight away with a sausage / cheese plate. If there are any problems, it is always available and answers quickly. The villa itself is incredibly beautiful, rustic style but still renovated. The walls are not too high, so you're beneath yourself without feeling oppressed. Overall, nothing to complain about the house & the hostess.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Alora. It was perfect! The arrival was breathtaking and the host had prepared a welcome snack, it was done with so much care. Our whole stay enjoying the pool, jacuzzi, sunbeds, even relaxing at night with a board game was the cherish on the so called cake. Also during our stay the contact with the host and Zadar Villa’s was very to get some advise on local activities like kayaking or snorkeling tour. We certainly advise you to book Villa Alora.

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche hier, ruhig und abgelegen ca. 20 min zu den verschiedenen Stränden und nach Zadar. Die Vermieter waren sehr zuvorkommend und jederzeit zu erreichen. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt und es war alles Sauber.

Wir können die Villa nur weiterempfehlen! Es war alles perfekt. Sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und ausreichend Platz. Der Pool wurde ebenso täglich gereinigt. Die Villa befindet sich außerhalb von Pakostane, in Vrana. Den Massentourismus bekommt man überhaupt nicht mit. Martina (Hausbesitzerin) hat für uns an einem Abend Abendessen gekocht. Es war ausgezeichnet ! Sie war sehr bemüht und immer erreichbar. Pakostane ist ungefähr 15 min mit dem Auto... Nina, August 20th, 2019

We (family of 6) stayed in Villa Mirta for two weeks and enjoyed every day of it. Lucija really made us feel at home as of arrival by welcoming us in person and kindly stocking the house with all necessities including food & drinks for the first day or two. She and her family were available at all times during our stay to answer questions, helping out etc. While only being a short drive from the village of Novigrad, the modern house has full privacy and is thoughtfully decorated &... This fantastic villa gives well needed rest after tracking in the mountains and National parks nearby. Zadar is 20 min drive away and a great place to visit and revisit.

Liebevoll gepflegtes und sehr sauberes Haus. Riesiger Garten. Man wohnt in einem kleinen Ortsteil, Nachbarn weit weg in absoluter Ruhe auf dem Land. Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Man kann in der gegend einige Ausflüge unternehmen, z.B. Krka NP, Zadar, diverse Strände und Inseln (Pag, Vir usw.). Wir waren zu fünft mit Hund (das Grundstück ist von einer Mauer umgeben, Hund bleibt da) und alle hatten Platz und haben sich sehr wohlgefühlt.

The villa was very clean with homemade food and fully prepared.  Villa is very modern with all equipment prepared, stove oven, microwave, refrigerator, TV, internet, air condition .. Etc and everything you need.  Swimming pool was very clean with a filter, also was table tennis and grill in Garden and much more.  The location of this villa is very nice.  What was very important the owner of the villa was full friendly and uncomplicated, very nice contact and also he was... Great place, exceptional hosts, highly recommended!

A wonderfully quiet place to stay. The house itself is well equipped and there are plenty of things to do in the region. The pool is lovely when it's hot outside, and when it's raining the living room is just as nice.

Tomislav was a great host and we had a wonderful stay. The villa is clean, spacious, and has a really nice pool. The communication was easy and consistent and we were even allowed to check in early which really helped with our plans. The villa is located a little bit outside of Zadar so you need to take taxi but there are beautiful views from the balconies and supermarkets within 5 minutes walk. I would highly recommend this booking for families or groups of friend

We had a delightful stay in Villa Tatijana. The villa was perform for our 2 families (4 adults, 4 children), loads of space and the pool brilliant especially when the weather was so hot (and the villa aircon very welcome). The location is great, being a few steps from the sea and about 1km along a quiet road to the harbour with several restaurants and bars. I would recommend having a car to get around further, including getting from the ferry terminal and to a supermarket of a decent size... Ian M., August 4th, 2022

Ein tolles Haus und ein toller Gastgeber. Alles wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen. Perfekt für Familien und ruhige Urlaubsfreude.

Wir waren beim Check-in 2 Stunden zu früh und trotzdem haben wir problemlos den Schlüssel bekommen. Das Haus war sauber und genauso wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Alles in allem ein super guter Urlaub und auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert!

Great villa in a quiet but beautiful area, walking distance to stony but beautiful beach with a few simple beach bars. A small village with a few great restaurants, make sure to visit the konoba. Villa is great, immaculate and clean with superb pool and sunshades and loungers. The only improvement would be air conditioning in the bedrooms as it gets really hot at night. Otherwise, a fantastic stay didn’t want to leave!

Every detail was amazing and the host was super friendly

In 1 woord geweldig. De kinderen hebben enorm genoten van het zwembad en de grote tuin eromheen. Huis is erg ruim en schoon. wij verbleven er met 2 gezinnen en dit was super. Op loopafstand is een supermarkt oor de dagelijk. In de omgeving (Zadar) genoeg te beleven. Het huis zelf ligt in Galovac, iets buiten Zadar. Rustige buitenwijk. Wel heb je een auto nodig om naar Zadar te gaan. Voor ons was dat geen probleem, wij waren met de auto. Auto is veilig op eigen terrein te parkeren. Ook erg... Souad. A, August 7th, 2021

We had a great time in Croatia thanks to Tomislav and his friends who welcome us. The house was magical and better then expected! They was really patient with our time of arrival who was not precise because of the traffic on the road. Littles attentions was waiting for us like food and it was really welcome! There was a small problem with the wifi but they was very reactive and fix it really quick. Tomislav was very nice and give us advice for activities and other stuff, it's was a... Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und die Villa war wirklich sauber und super gepflegt. Der Pool war ein Traum in dieser Hitze. Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.
