The house was very nice, very well maintained and the equipment was perfect and lovingly designed in detail. The house is as described. The location is nice and quiet and yet you have a sea view from the pool. The hosts are super helpful and very friendly. We can only recommend this house and the host. It was really a wonderful vacation.

This villa is everything and more! It has it all. Gorgeous views, they are amazing. There are enough things to do -tennis, football, swim, sauna, jacuzzi, bikes, relax....we were a family of 5 - 2 adults and children 18,16,11. They loved it. I played tennis every morning and they played football every evening. It is a very safe place. Beautiful is an understatement! Villa itself so clean and luxurious. The owners are lovely and helpful! Es war tatsächlich alles so wie beschrieben und zum Teil sogar noch besser. Alles war sauber, alles hat funktioniert…der Aufenthalt war ein echter Genuss. Perfekt für 6 Personen bzw. 2 Familien. Inklusive Stellplätze für 2 PKW‘s im abgeschlossenen Grundstück. Jeder Raum mit separater Klimaanlage, Netflix, super Pool mit mehreren Liegen, gemütliche Grill- und Sitzecke, Tischtennisplatte und und und…

This house is perfect, if you are looking for a quiet place to relax. It's a little bit off the grid, so if you plan on going out at night, it needs some organizing, but you'll find everything you ned in Bencovaz, which is really close. The host is also very friendly, communication works smoothly and the house is beautiful. You have 7 rooms with their own bathrooms, a very nice swimming pool, a shady patio, great sundecks, two full kitchens, enough fridges to keep everything cool, a... Andreas, June 2nd, 2018

Don't have a single bad thing to say. Everything was great, amazing house with pool, kind owners who responded fast and helped with all kind of things and the kitchen had everything that you would need. Just simply an amazing house to stay at.

Es ist eine wunderschöne Villa direkt am Meer. Die Zimmer waren aauber, groß und sehr modern eingerichtet. Uns hat es an nichfs gefehlt. Kann man nur zu 100% weiter empfehlen.

Eine super schöne Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichem Besitzer der sich um Alles kümmert und immer telefonisch erreichbar ist. Wir waren 6 Personen und das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz. Jederzeit würde ich wieder kommen :0)

Tolles Haus mit super netten und zuvorkommenden Vermietern. Alles da, was man für einen unbeschwerten und erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Wir haben uns in Katharinas und Emils Haus rund um wohl gefühlt. Danke, dass wir ihre Gäste sein durften

Eine wunderschöne Villa mit allem was man braucht! Ruhige Umgebung, nicht weit weg von Stadt oder Meer. Tolle, zuvorkommende „Vermittler“. Reibungsloser Ablauf. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

this villa is beautiful, modern, clean, has beautiful ever-changing views of the sea. The house has been built and equipped to a very high standard, and we enjoyed it very much.

This property is quite superb. The villa is very clean and well equipped. There are comfortable living spaces and the bedrooms were lovely. Every bedroom has an ensuite. When we arrived we were welcomed by Mia’s mum and dad. There was a roaring fire in the grate. We had no hired car so Mia’s dad very kindly took us down to Zadar to the car rental place. Es war alles total zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Angefangen beim Check-In war alles sehr unkompliziert. Wir wurden mit einer Platte voller Köstlichkeiten zum Essen empfangen und fanden alles total sauber vor. Die Kommunikation war auf Englisch und Deutsch und sehr angenehm. Die Zimmer sind schön ausgestattet und die Küche hat alles was man benötigt. Der Pool bzw. der ganze Außenbereich ist sehr schön gestaltet und hat uns unseren Aufenthalt extrem verschönert.... Exceptional property. There was literally nothing to fault. Perfectly equipped for a family. It had everything we needed and more from pool toys to a washing machine and a boat to get to the mainland. The PS5 was a hit with the kids! Beds were super comfortable and the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the heat! Views to die for especially from the sun terrace and a host who was super attentive and kind. There was absolutely nothing to dislike!

Je recommande vivement cette location, le propriétaire est tout simplement au top, d'une gentillesse , et d'un grand professionnalisme !! La maison est superbe, très belle piscine et transats au top! La salle de gym, le jacuzzi et le sauna sont supers!Par ailleurs, le propriétaire nous a confectionné un magnifique repas à la maison , ce fut un régal !!!

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Urlaub. Wir durften etwas früher in die Villa, damit wir nicht irgendwo in einem Restaurant warten mussten, weil wir einen frühen Flug hatten. Wir kamen auch an einem Nationalfeiertag an, das wussten wir vorher nicht. Die Villenbesitzer waren so freundlich, den gesamten Kühlschrank mit Getränken und Lebensmitteln zu füllen.
