Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Villa Mindula. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es sind viele Haushaltsgeräten und -gegenstände da. Das Haus ist sehr sauber. Die Gastgeberin hat uns sehr gute Tips für Unternehmungen und Restaurants gegeben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

This villa is perfect for a peaceful getaway, though within 10 minutes of a small town (Benkovac) that has a number of good restaurants. Sopot was a bit too rustic. Pizzeria Milonga was amazing (medium pizzas are just fine - the jumbo ones are HUGE!), but our favourite was Konoba Niko which was the friendliest and had the best food. The villa is fairly new, and Goran, the owner, met us on arrival. He also got us some provisions as we didnt actually get there until around 11.30pm. The pool is... , August 14th, 2018

The villa was very clean, well equipped, and had more than we expected. Well-thought-out solutions, air conditioning in every bedroom, mosquito nets on every window. Comfortable beds. Well-equipped, large bathrooms. Contact with the owners is very good, if you need anything they respond immediately. Only advantages, we are very satisfied. We recommend!

Nothing to complain about. A very nicely decorated house. Spacious and clean swimming pool. Everything is there for a successful holiday (towels, sheets, washing machine, the kitchen is practically furnished and decent kitchen equipment is provided). The neighbors regularly supplied us with fresh vegetables from their garden and we were even treated to pastries. The house is centrally located to many tourist attractions. Recommended!

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Vermieter ist nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Villa ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Wir würden diese Unterkunft wieder mieten.

Everything was fine, we were 6 people and enjoyed every single day. A Marked for food and other things is only 3 minutes by walk away. A taxi to Zadar old town costs about 80 HRK. The owners were very Friendly and courteous. We would come back again

First of all, thank you very much to Ivan and Sonja, to make our stay in Croatia to fantastic holidays. The house is in the countryside 10 minutes away of Zadar city, close to shops, great restaurants and the beach (you definitely need a car). The newly renovated house with its unbelievable nice pool, the place was offering us relaxing holidays for our kids and us. A very nice house in the middle of a rural idyll. The pool was a good size and well maintained. There was enough space in the house for 8 people. The landlords were very friendly and helpful. It was very clean.

A very nice Villa with enough room for 8 people. Everything with air condition and modern interieur. Nice People, Karlo was very polite and host. Some bedrooms have no direct access to the bathroom, you have to take that into account. Would be great if the villa would provide big pool towels, like the villa zrinchi. We bought pool towels in the mall because the regular shower towels where to small

De villa was zeer proper. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaars en zeer bereidwillig. Het zwembad werd zeer regelmatig onderhouden. Gezellige, rustig omgeving. Goede ontvangst en alles wat je nodig hebt is voorradig. Dit is een aanrader.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in der Villa Silentium und äußerst zufrieden. Es war sauber und alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Das Ferienhaus ist ruhig gelegen und hat einen eigenen Pool. Die Gastgeberin ist äußerst nett und hat uns auch während des Urlaubs auf Nachfrage tolle Tipps gegeben. Wir können das Haus absolut empfehlen.

What a gorgeous view and spot for a relaxing holiday. The house has been newly built in the last few years and has everything you could need. we loved it. You can walk down to the sea along a rocky path. Owners were very helpful and we would highly recommend it.

Der Aufenthalt war äußerst entspannt und das Haus war perfekt ausgestattet. Durch viele kleine Details fühlte man sich herzlich willkommen. Der Pool hat an warmen Tagen für Erfrischung gesorgt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

De villa was mooi en verzorgd. Alles aanwezig. Het zwembad was heerlijk, precies zoals de foto's. Hele gastvrije en lieve verhuurders.

Alles perfekt! Ivan und Sanja sind wunderbare Gastgeber und waren sehr hilfsbereit und dennoch diskret. Das Haus ist wunderschön modern eingerichtet, hat alles was man braucht. Sehr empfehlenswert für Ruhesuchende um abzuschalten. Mit dem Auto ist man in 10min in der schönen Altstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Das kleine Paradies können wir jedem weiterempfehlen!

Very nice Villa in Zadar. Whirlpool and pool was perfect, next to the big garden. The Villa is spacious and was perfect for us. To Zadar Center you have to walk about 20 minutes, which was perfectly fine for us as well. Supermarkets are just around the corner. Really enjoyed staying here.
