Our holiday in this house was amazing. We loved the Pool and the Whirlpool. You can see the sea from the Terrace. It is quiet but you can walk to a bar where you can also get a great pizza! The Beach is also in walking distance and the water was really clear and nice. All in all we had a great holiday!

Really nice villa, well maintained and clean, on top of the hill (or close enough) overlooking the sea (you cannot actually see the Adriatic) The closest beach is circa 10 mins walk, but you don't have to hurry, as the swimming pool is big enough, especially for kids (we had three, and to be fair, they didn't want to go to the beach) Ample parking for three cars. Alles war super

Wir haben uns viertägig wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist großzügig und genau, wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Es ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und haben uns Kuchen, Gemüse und Wein vorbei gebracht. Zum Supermarkt sind es Muttermilch Auto auch nur 5 Minuten. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

We had a perfect stay in this beautiful villa. The owners are so kind too. There are many nice thing to do in de villa as it has the pool, trampoline, pool table and table tennis. We had a lot of beautiful sunsets from the terrace. Some nights we did a barbecue with fresh fish, meat and vegetables from the market from Zadar, very nice! Zadar is just 25 minutes drive and close by there is a place to go to a beautiful beach as well. The house is also very new and clean. We really enjoyed our... I especially want to thank the Zadarvillas team and Ivana, the owner of Villa Trabakul! They are a very professional and very helpful team who always responded very quickly to our many questions both during the reservation and during our stay. Das Haus von Ivan und Sanja ist wunderschön. Tolle, moderne Einrichtung, schöner, gepflegter Garten und ein sensationeller Pool, an dem man auch die Abendstunden unter einem Walnussbaum sitzend den Abend ausklingen lassen kann. Die Gastgeber sind äußerst aufmerksam, hilfsbereit aber dennoch sehr diskret, um die Privatsphäre des Urlaubers nicht zu stören. Toll war’s!

Skabrnja is 25 minutes by car from Zadar. It's a cozy little village and gives you an impression of rural life in Croatia. The house is really nice and the premises was spotless and very well maintained. The best of all, however, was our host Ana. We couldn't be more happy with her. When we arrived at the house she had prepared a ham and cheese plate for us. There was water in the fridge and chocolate for the kids. She also took an effort in helping with all our requests. Top... We had a fantastic stay and will likely return shortly! The hosts were extremely nice, the house very clean, with good furniture, good beds and a very nice pool (which our host kept very clean). The beach is 5 minutes by car, small groceries and Maslenica as well. We really enjoyed every minute of our stay. We even had two small turtles in the garden, perfect for my daughter!

Für uns als fünfköpfige Familie war das Haus in Smilcic mit seinen Steinmauern und großen Bäumen sehr urig und geräumig, weitere Personen hätten noch gut Platz gehabt. Besonders das große und sehr gut ausgestattete Poolhaus wurde zum Mittelpunkt unseres Aufenthalts Ende August. Bei Tagestemperaturen knapp über 30 Grad haben wir den großen und blitzsauberen Pool mit Solar-Gartendusche jeden Tag mehrfach genossen, immer draußen... Wir hatten die Unterkunft als Gruppe zu 6 gemietet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verlief immer ohne Probleme. Falls wir Fragen hatten oder etwas benötigten, hat Jure uns sofort geholfen! Beim Check-In wurden wir mit Häppchen überrascht und uns wurde alles im Haus gezeigt. Er, sowie auch seine Frau, sind unglaublich nette Menschen! Der Gastgeber war sehr nett, war sehr unkompliziert und das Haus (mit 2 getrennte Wohnungen im Obergeschoss) waren sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gab neben den Pool, spielen für Kinder e.g. Billard, Darts, Tischtennis.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Silvana. Elle correspond en tous points à sa description et aux photos. Dans la maison vous trouverez tout de fonctionnel, appareils ménagers tous en excellent état, sèche-cheveux dans chaque salle de bain, fer et table à repasser. Everything was perfect. We had a good time.

Lovely spacious villa with private pool, trampoline, slide, swings and no neighbors (except the owners). We were received very friendly. The owners had brought melons and prepared a bag of briquettes for the barbecue. The kitchen has a coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave and a large refrigerator. There is also a freezer in the basement, which can be handy.

We had a wonderful time in Martinas fantastic house: It has a traditional style, high quality facilities, every room has its own bath which makes it perfect for families or groups, and of course the pool is just a dream. You really don’t need to leave the house to find relaxation at the pool or under an olive-tree ;). We had a most fabulous twelve nights at the villa. Ideally placed to visit the beautiful cities of Zadar, Nin, Split, Sibernic, Trogir and the most stunning Krka National Park. Set in the rural location provided us with the peace and quiet we sort. The pool was a fantastic relief from the scorching heat of the August sunshine and the wonderful neighbours provided us with fresh figs and almonds from their own trees as an additional treat. Very spacious house. Very comfortable, very well equipped, nicely decorated. Air conditioning and mosquito nets everywhere. Flat screen TV. Large, clean swimming pool, robot available. Lots of accessories for fun: floats and buoys, ball, games for children. Poolside lighting in the evening. Swing to relax! Very comfortable beds. Thanks to the neighbors who are the owner's parents.
