Wir haben uns viertägig wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist großzügig und genau, wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Es ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und haben uns Kuchen, Gemüse und Wein vorbei gebracht. Zum Supermarkt sind es Muttermilch Auto auch nur 5 Minuten. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Piękna willa. Całość przemyślana i wykonana idealnie dal komfortu i wygody gości. Grill i stół na zewnątrz super na kolacje. Basen. Zewnętrzny prysznic oraz osobna toaleta przy basenie. Nie jestem w stanie wymienić jednej rzeczy, która mogłaby być zrobiona lepiej. Wygląd i aranżacja miejsca bardzo ładnie. Z właścicielami można swobodnie porozmawiać po angielsku i są bardzo mili. The house is amazing. It's beautiful and stylishly furnished, very clean, has all the amenities needed, and is perfect for two couples or a family with kids. The garden has a wonderful pool, sun lounges, a trampoline, swings, a ping-pong table, and a great bbq and outdoor lounge with a fireplace. Das Haus ist das, was es verspricht. Ruhig gelegen und perfekt für eine Familie. Wir waren für 2 Wochen zu viert dort und haben den tollen Pool, mit großem Grill und einer gut ausgestatteten Küche sehr genossen. Die Gastgeberin Sandra ist sehr nett & jederzeit erreichbar. Die Villa bietet alles was man sich wünscht: Whirlpool, Pool, Billardtisch, Klavier, Garten mit einem großen Trampolin, Rutsche für Kleinkinder, Schaukel und vieles mehr. Auch die Wohnräume sind top ausgestattet und sehr modern. Klare Empfehlung!

We had a lovely holiday at this very spacious and comfortable villa. The pool was fabulous, the communication with hosts was clear and prompt. Nothing was too much trouble if we needed anything it was brought to us without delay. We highly recomend this place.

Ideal für eine große Gruppe. Sehr gute Ausstattung von Küche, Außengrill und Freizeit (Billard, Tischtennis, Tischfußball, Fahrräder ...) Sehr gut klimatisiert. Toller Poolbereich, sehr schönes Pool. Äußerst netter Vermieter. Großzügig, hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich.

I would have rated 20, but Booking only allows me to give 10:) It is a perfect, paradise-like place, where you are surrounded with green, you have a large pool only for you, huge garden (hard to say who loved it more - me, my wife, our daughter or our dog;). Quiet, for people who love nature, but still close to Rovinj and beaches. The villa is very well equipped, wi-fi with strong signal, and the outside kitchen is all you need for summer cooking:) Bike and hike routs around.

Wer einen gemütlichen und privaten Urlaub haben möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und haben uns zu jeder Zeit geholfen, wenn wir etwas benötigten. Dennoch waren sie nicht aufdringlich. Das Grundstück ist nach unserer Sicht schöner als auf den Fotos. Erholung pur, garantiert. We stayed for two weeks at the beginning of June with our 3 yr old son. We had a great time. The pool is the best we've had in the past 4 years of Villa holidays. So clean and whilst not heated it was the perfect temperature for splashing about in and cooling off. We all loved it. The description of the house is corresponding to the reality. The house is confortable and very clean. The house has an exceptional view on the sea in front to Razanac. The owners of the house are very very frendly and kindly and they made our holiday special. We recommend this house and if in future we will come back in Razanac we would like to consider this house another time.

Alles perfekt! Ivan und Sanja sind wunderbare Gastgeber und waren sehr hilfsbereit und dennoch diskret. Das Haus ist wunderschön modern eingerichtet, hat alles was man braucht. Sehr empfehlenswert für Ruhesuchende um abzuschalten. Mit dem Auto ist man in 10min in der schönen Altstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Das kleine Paradies können wir jedem weiterempfehlen!

Sehr großzügiges abgeschlossenes Anwesen mit viel Auslauf und Spielmöglichkeiten für den Hund. 10/10. the Villa is amazing. You‘ve got everything you need and even more. The facilities are big and clean. The hosts are very Kind and helpful. They even filled the fridge with a food platter an drinks. The communication is really easy and the even left us dog snacks for our therapy after they allowed us to bring him.
