We had a lovely stay at Villa Nebesi. The property is very modern and was very clean and well kept. The views are stunning and the pool warm and inviting The best feature was the location, as long as you are after peace and quiet. All you could hear was the occasional cockerel or tractor going past. That said, it was close to the sea and shops. Fantastisch

Tolles Haus mit schönem Pool, sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche, in jedem Zimmer ein TV mit Netflix, Tennisanlage und Outdoor Fitnessstudio. Super freundliche Vermieter. Sehr zu empfehlen für Familien mit Kindern. Ca. 10 Minuten Fahrzeit nach Zadar, großer Supermarkt in 5 Min und kleiner Minimarkt 2 Min zu Fuß.

Perfekt für uns 8 Männer nach dem Abi - super location, toller Pool, prima geschlafen, es hat alles gestimmt...nach dem nächsten Abi kommen wir wieder...

Beautiful villa, finished to an incredible high spec. Everything works, everything is well thought out. Pool is lovely. Highly recommeneded!

Ausstattung und preislich sehr gut. Im großen und ganzen sehr zufrieden, würde/n diese Villa weiter empfehlen.

Wir haben es sehr genossen, dass das Haus über zwei separate Stockwerke mit eigenem Zugang verfügt. So konnten unsere jüngeren (aber doch schon selbständigen und freiheitsliebenden) Familienmitglieder ihren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen geniessen… und wir auch! Ein tolles Haus an toller Lage!

The Villa is very quiet a bit outside of the center. Beautiful, spacious outdoor area with front and back terrace + sitting area (large dining table) right in front of the house - sea view ️. There are enough umbrellas, umbrellas and seat/lounge chairs (some in the garden shed). The barbecue area is well laid out and has a very convenient outdoor sink and a lot of counter space all around. We had a pleasure to stay at this Home. Tomislav is a great host. He told us the good Restaurants of the City and was always available for us. We didn't contact him a lot, because the place was great and everything went fine.

sve je bilo odlično, domaćin ljubazan i uvijek dostupan, bazen i kuća super opremljeni, kreveti udobni, čistoća na vrhunskom nivou.. nadamo se kako ćemo se opet vratiti, svakako preporuka. mi smo bili s puno djece i nije uopće bio problem, kuća je na osami... sve pohvale

Das Haus haben wir in einem sehr sauberen und gepflegten Zustand vorgefunden. Übergabe erfolgte sehr zügig und Informativ. Es ist alles was man für ein schönen Urlaub benötigt vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 8 km. in Biograd vorhanden (Lidl und Co.) Zu den Stränden sind es ca. 15 min. mit dem Auto, es gibt jede menge Auswahl. für drei Parteien ideal aufgeteilt, jeder hat ausreichend Schlafzimmer und Bäder. Wir können das Haus mit guten... The house is brand new as all equipment is. It’s a very comfortable house and everything was super clean. Hosts are very friendly and correct. The house is located in a row of other houses but nevertheless provides sufficient privacy. The supermarket is just 300 meters away.

We have just returned from a week at Villa Noa and all we can say is wow! The villa is amazing and has all that you need for a great stay. Tomislav was fantastic and was so helpful providing recommendations for places to visit and meeting us at check in. The location is perfect for access to Zadar and the surrounding areas. Not one bad word to say. We will definitely be back!

What a lovely villa, clean, tidy, everything we needed, superb hosts who went above and beyond. There is not much to do in the village, however we had a hire car and found it to be a perfect base for exploring Croatia. Only two minor things to be aware of, the church bells chime (multiple times) before 6am every morning, and if you have very young children, the villa living accomodation is up a stone staircase, however in my opinion these are minor things considering the villa and pool, and... Eine super schöne Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichem Besitzer der sich um Alles kümmert und immer telefonisch erreichbar ist. Wir waren 6 Personen und das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz. Jederzeit würde ich wieder kommen :0)

Genügend Platz für 2 Familien. Pool und Outdoorbereich mit Küche, Grillstelle, große Sitzmöglichkeit, Sonnenliegen und Parkplatz. Alles da was man braucht um in Ruhe mit der Familie zu entspannen. Eine Klimaanlage für den oberen Schlafbereich. Tipp hier: die Türe im EG geschlossen halten. WC, Dusche und Waschmaschine im Outdoorbereich. Sehr gut. Everything was fine, we were 6 people and enjoyed every single day. A Marked for food and other things is only 3 minutes by walk away. A taxi to Zadar old town costs about 80 HRK. The owners were very Friendly and courteous. We would come back again
