Sehr nette Vermieterin. Schlüsselübergabe unproblematisch. Grundsätzlich war alles sehr sauber. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit allen Geräten die man braucht. Sehr nette Nachbarn, die hin und wieder etwas aus dem Garten rüber geben. Man ist dort fern ab vom Trubel und kann wirklich die Ruhe genießen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Silvana. Elle correspond en tous points à sa description et aux photos. Dans la maison vous trouverez tout de fonctionnel, appareils ménagers tous en excellent état, sèche-cheveux dans chaque salle de bain, fer et table à repasser. Super, tolles Haus, nette Leute. Ausstattung, Sauberkeit

Alles super gelaufen vom Anfang bis zum Schluss. Kann man mit sehr gutem Gefühl weiterempfehlen. Würde es sofort wieder buchen. Die Vermieterin hat sich ein paar Tage vorher schon gemeldet wegen der Anreise, wir konnten auch schon etwas früher ins Haus ohne Aufpreis.

Absolut korrekte und unkomplizierte Abwicklung, sehr nette und entgegenkommende Vermieterfamilie, die jederzeit erreichbar ist und viele Tipps für Ausflüge etc. geben kann. Wunderbar privates, ruhiges, sehr gepflegtes Grundstück abseits der großen Touristenströme und trotzdem nur in 20min Autodistanz zum Velebit-Gebirge oder Zadar. Unbedingt empfehlenswert!

Great place in a good location -a few metres from the beach, lovely pool in a lovely garden, two independent apartments with everything you could possibly need. Day trips and bike hire etc available locally but make sure you book as they fill up fast. Would definitely recommend the villa as a great place to stay, comfortable, spacious and well equipped.

The rent was great as everything you need was available for a perfect stay. The house is around half an hour driving of the principal's spot to visit. You will be in the middle of a small village. The house was extra clean. Good flexibility from the owner for the check-in hour. Ivana the owner was very kind, available and reactive to all our questions. Thanks for your great welcome!

Wir verbrachten eine wunderbare Woche in diesem liebevoll eingerichteten Haus. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail, und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus war absolut sauber und bestens ausgestattet – es war wirklich alles da, was man braucht.Die Lage ist angenehm ländlich und ruhig, mit dem Auto erreicht man jedoch in kurzer Zeit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Everything was perfect. We had a good time.

Cozy house, the furnishings correspond to the photos. The area and the house are very lovingly laid out. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the beach from Biograd. In Benkovac there are several supermarkets.

Sehr schöne Villa! Viele schöne Strände nur wenige Autominuten entfernt. Sehr netter Vermieter!

Quelle superbe maison, confortable, moderne et très bien équipée !! La réalité est encore mieux que la description. L'accueil sur place a été excellent, du check-in au départ. A part un wifi parfois un peu capricieux, tout était vraiment parfait. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit privatem Pool. Super Ausstattung. Gesamtes Haus und Grundstück sehr ordentlich und sauber. Tolle Vermieter/Eigentümer. Diese waren immer ansprechbar und haben sich rührend um unser Wohlergehen gekümmert. Dafür nochmals vielen Dank! Das Haus selbst liegt im Landesinneren und man muss immer Wege mit dem Auto für Einkaufen, Meer und Restaurants in kauf nehmen. Ansonsten hat man dort absolute Ruhe und Erholung.

Das Haus ist nur zu empfehlen. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Alleinlage mit atemberaubender Aussicht aufs Meer. Man ist in 3 Gehminuten am eigenen kleinen Strand. Ein Traum!!!

We spend two wonderful weeks in this Villa. The House is modern and clean. Outside area with pool and Grill was the place we spend the most our time. Thanks a lot for a very nice time and great support during our staying in the Villa.

Wir waren sehr begeistert von der Villa. Anreise mit 13 Personen war kein Problem - Eigentümer waren sehr nett und herzlich! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und könnten uns gut vorstellen, noch ein mal zu kommen. Das Haus ist komplett umgeben von einer Mauer, das heißt sehr geschützt und man ist für sich alleine. Das Haus hat mehrere Eingänge zu den Zimmern. Excelent villa, located in a very quiet area, close to Rovinj. This villa offers anything you need for a relaxing stay - big rooms, well equipped kitchen, excelent garden with nice heated pool and nice barbecue area. Easy to reach by car and also a big garage for the car. The host is very discrete and ready to help, if need it.

Die Villa Moki ist zu 100% weiterzuempfehlen. Eine top ausgestattet und moderne sowie sehr saubere Unterkunft. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern . Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und erfüllen jeden Wunsch.

First of all, Luka is a great host. He willingly took care of everything they needed even beyond the scope of his duty. A large boat will take you to the island, there is a small nice boat available on the island, and on the mainland a new four-wheeler (including 3 helmets) is great for a trip to the store or to Biograd. Luka took care of the gasoline and everything necessary. The house is in perfect condition, really spacious, good quality grill, heated pool, great playground for children,...
