Lovely super clean comfortable villa. Wonderful welcome by friendly helpful owner. Much appreciated the privacy afforded by the garden. Would thoroughly recommend.

We had a wonderful time at this cottage! Everything was at the highest level – the house was clean, well-kept and very well-equipped. The heated pool is a huge plus, especially on colder days – we were delighted! The owners are very nice and helpful, you can see that they care about the comfort of their guests. Lots of amenities made us feel at home. We definitely recommend this place and will definitely come back!

Villa agréable, conforme aux photos. Difficile à localiser lors de notre arrivée, mais Mrs Lana a trouvé une personne parlant français qui est venue nous chercher. Quartier un peu à l’écart mais très calme. Sinon la maison est idéalement située pour visiter la région: Zadar, Sibenik, Split, Trogir, Krka.....que de belles choses à voir!!!

he villa is stunning and the location is excellent! The house is great for a group with multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, and privacy for each! We absolutely loved the outdoor space, the pool, and the gym — can’t wait to visit again.

Die Gastgeberin Sandra ist sehr nett & jederzeit erreichbar. Die Villa bietet alles was man sich wünscht: Whirlpool, Pool, Billardtisch, Klavier, Garten mit einem großen Trampolin, Rutsche für Kleinkinder, Schaukel und vieles mehr. Auch die Wohnräume sind top ausgestattet und sehr modern. Klare Empfehlung!

Alles perfekt.

Stayed in this villa for two weeks. Wonderfully quiet and away from all the hustle and bustle. The villa has a game room with a real table football game, pool table and table tennis table. There is also fast WiFi. The house itself is fully equipped, 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, 1 with bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Outside there is a trampoline and a swing for the kids. A little further on is a general playground, basketball court, etc. The private swimming pool is of... Raymond v., August 27th, 2022

Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen in der Villa NOA verbracht. Das Haus und der Pool sind wunderschön. Der Besitzer hat sich perfekt um uns gekümmert und die zahlreichen Tips waren auch super. Die Kinder wollten garnicht mehr nach Hause fahren. Danke nochmal für alles…

For 8 people, this is just perfectly spaced, very nice and clean and we were very well taken care of. The pool and spa provide a very welcome break from the unconditional heat of Croatian summer. The only real issue we had was that the middle room was not air-conditioned, but again, this is only needed if you need the last room, otherwise, this is a non-issue. All in all a great experience, and I would recommend!

The Host is one of the nicest persons we could imagine. We were seven Guys from germany and he welcomed us wirhout any prejudices regarding our age or anything else. The welcoming with a great snack plate and drinks made the beginning of our vacation perfect. We could reach him wirh any issue. It was very clean, and the house was absolutely identical to the pictures. We surely will come back another time! Thank you Mateo ☺️❤️

Sehr ruhig gelegen, perfekt zum abschalten.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich toll, hat eine umfassende Ausstattung (zwei voll ausgestattete Wohnungen) und ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Gastgeber haben uns mit offenen Armen empfangen, waren sehr sympathisch und haben sich um alles gekümmert. Vom Ort der Villa sind Zadar, diverse Strände sowie Bademöglichkeiten und andere Touristenziele sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Villa ist absolut zu empfehlen!

Очень гостеприимные хозяева. Угощали далмацким ужином и домашним вином. Дом расположен в отдалении от цивилизации в очень живописном месте с видом на дубово-оливковые посадки. Автомобиль - обязательно, потому что до магазина/города/пляжа пешком с детьми далековато. Пляж - идиллическая бухта с небольшим количеством отдыхающих (как правило не более 10 человек), что просто идеально при наличии толп народа в Хорватии в августе. Wir waren 11 Erwachsene und konnten dank des schlechten Wetter das Haus super ausnutzen. Whirlpool, Sauna, Fitness und Tischtennis für jeden was dabei . Toller Aufenthalt! Für größere Gruppen sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne und saubere Villa vorgefunden. Es fehlte an nichts, die Küche war bestens ausgestattet, es gab genügend Handtücher ( auch für den Pool ), der Pool war super um ein paar Bahnen zu schwimmen und die Aussicht am Haus und von der Dachterrasse ist fantastisch! Die Sauberkeit des Hauses und der gesamten Anlage war bemerkenswert! Vielen Dank, wir hatten zwei tolle Woche !

Eine wunderschöne Villa , mit allem was man braucht um einen sehr schönen Urlaub zu verbringen. Die Lage ist phantastisch, keine direkten Nachbarn...falls es mal ein bisschen lauter wird beim toben im Pool . Wir hatten unseren Hund mit , er hat es glaub ich auch sehr genossen, außer an diese Wärme , da musste er sich erst daran gewöhnen. Alles in Allem , top Wetter , top Villa und Grundstück... top Urlaub !!! Vg David und Freunde

Die Eigentümer war sooo lieb. Alles sauber, gut bestückte Küchen und von Toilettenpapier bis Öl und Holzkohle/ Holz alles vorhanden.
