We travel a lot and have stayed in many properties. This by far was the most professional, comfortable, clean and welcoming. The house was perfect and just as described. The owner was extremely gracious and helpful with directions and suggestions. The check in/out process was painless! The location is near beautiful beaches and Konoba Mika, our favorite local restaurant with amazing local cuisine and friendly service.

We spent 5 unforgettable days at Villa Aurum in May – and it was simply perfect! The villa is spacious, beautifully designed, and ideal for a group of 8. Each room was bright, comfortable, and well-equipped, offering plenty of space and privacy. Die Unterkunft mit großem Garten und einem angenehm kühlen Pool liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend. Supermärkte und ein Strand sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit und kümmern sich mit Leidenschaft um den Garten und den Rest des Grundstücks. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und können das Haus weiterempfehlen!

Eine sehr schöne gepflegte Villa für bis zu 10 Personen, top Ausgestattet und durch die Gastgeber mit Herz und einer liebevollen Art geführt. Der Pool war Klasse temperiert und mit einer gesunden Salzwasser Elektrolyse Anlage ausgestattet, so das kein Hautreizendes Chlorwasser zum Einsatz gekommen ist. Had a wonderful time in this beautiful villa. The photos do not do justice to the superb outside space and pool. Would highly recommend the villa to anyone thinking of staying in this area. The owner is knowledgable about the local area and sent tips for things to do whilst in the area and also for other parts of Croatia. Great communication and we had a great stay here!

Great hosts, very nice and helpful. The house itself is perfect, clean everywhere, plenty of equipment in the kitchen for cooking. Perfect garden, beautiful swimming pool and views.

Wir waren für 5 Tage zu Gast und es war unglaublich. Nagelneues Haus mit großartigem Komfort. Die Gastgeberfamilie war fantastisch, jederzeit ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Der Pool und das Haus waren so sauber, habe ich bisher noch nie erleb. Die Lage am Meer mit kleinem Olivenhain war traumhaft. Gäbe es 6 Sterne, würde ich die auch vergeben!

sehr schönes penibel gepflegtes Anwesen, moderne Technik die bestens funktioniert. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Ein Paradies zum Erholen, da sehr ruhig in der Natur gelegen, Meer zu Fuß nur bedingt zu erreichen. Garage mit Wallbox super fürs E-Auto, nach Rovinij nur 5 Minuten mit dem PKW, fußläufig leider nicht viel erreichbar, was uns jetzt aber nicht gestört hat. Die Verantwortlichen Personen sind echt nett und hilfsbereit. Es war alles super sauber und komfortabel. Der Strand ist nicht weit entfernt und überhaupt nicht überlaufen.

We've been 6 guests for a week (no children) and had the time of our lives. The place doesn't only look stunning - everything is brand new and feels that way too. A little HighQuality escape if you want. Little markets with fresh fish and groceries are just around the corner... the beach just "down the hill" and Zadar and Zadar Airport just a few min of drive. Everything you’d ever want in a home away from home. Quiet neighborhood, every convenience of home in the kitchen, close to everything, pool, and cherry trees! Kiddos loved the swings and picking cherries for break every morning. There are a lot of stairs in the house but we spent almost all of our time outside that it was never an issue for our kiddos. The house is really pretty and super modern. It is also very clean. The only think i miss in the description is that the owners actually live on the top floor so is you are looking for more privacy or tend to be more loud I wouldn’t recommend. Other than that everything is perfect and the host is kind and replies quickly.

Wir waren vom 15. - 29. August 2019 in diesem wundervollen Objekt in toller Lage mit 3 Familien ( 12 Personen ) . Wir haben uns in diesen 2 Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt. Das ganze Haus ist in einem top Zustand. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren vorhanden und wir wurden nach einer Woche Aufenthalt auch gefragt, ob wir neue Bettwäsche und Handtücher wollen. +Villa was close to the ocean and on the doorstep to Paklenica national park. A perfect combination of our stay. The house was very well equipped and seemed brand new. Nice pool to chill in. Good size bedrooms with individual air-conditioning. Quick response from owners when we had questions. - In the description online it lists washer and drier as amenities, but these were not in place.

Heel mooie vakantie in de buurt van Zadar beleefd. De villa is zeer rustig gelegen in een klein dorpje, doch vlakbij de zee en gezellige dorpjes. Alles was aanwezig voor een aangenaam verblijf met in het bijzonder het heel warm onthaal. Een aanrader voor gezinnen

Zur Ausgangssituation: 6x Erwachsene zwischen 21 - 33 wollten eine Woche in der Sonne, Pool und lauterer Lautstärke den Urlaub vertreiben. Schön wäre es wenn das Haus näher zum Meer wäre, hat uns am Ende nicht gestört. Anfahrt: unkompliziert und gut erreichbar - Haus ist zwar etwas abgelegen, aber gut zu erreichen.
